Description

The present invention relates to a translucent decorative laminate sheet having a Japanese paper-like appearance and excellent in translucency and light diffusibility, and a method for producing the same.

Conventionally, translucent decorative laminate sheets have been widely used for various lighting fixtures, shoji paper-style interior products, and the like. The applicant of the present application has also developed various patents regarding such translucent decorative laminate sheets (see Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).

According to the prior art, a laminating sheet material in which a transparent resin sheet is superimposed on the front and back surfaces of a translucent decorative sheet is sandwiched between two upper and lower mold plates and heated and pressed to be laminated and integrated into one laminated sheet. Thus, a translucent decorative laminate sheet is manufactured. In addition, if a fine Japanese paper pattern is provided on the surface of the template in advance, the pattern is transferred onto the transparent resin sheet during heating and pressurization, and a fine Japanese paper-like uneven pattern is formed on the front and back surfaces of the laminate sheet. It is also disclosed that a variety of designs can be obtained. On the other hand, since the translucent laminate sheet is required not to impair the texture of the translucent decorative sheet, the front and back surfaces of the laminate sheet form the same or very similar surface shape, and the difference in appearance is not known. Such a device was devised.
And in the lighting fixture using the above translucent decorative laminate sheets, it was possible to produce a unique Japanese-style lighting atmosphere by shining softly as a whole.

However, in the past, incandescent bulbs and fluorescent lamps have been the main light sources for lighting fixtures, but recently, LED lighting has become mainstream instead of fluorescent lamps. Since this LED illumination is a small point light source unlike a fluorescent lamp or the like, when viewed through the laminate sheet, it is difficult to make it shine as a whole because it shines in a point shape. Therefore, it has become necessary to increase the light diffusibility in order to make the light source inconspicuous. On the other hand, it was also necessary to increase translucency from the viewpoint of obtaining an energy saving effect.
Therefore, the LED light source is required to have both excellent translucency and light diffusibility. However, when the translucency is increased, the light diffusibility is decreased, and when the translucency is decreased, the light diffusion is decreased. There was a problem that it was difficult to raise both of them.

The present invention solves the above-described problems, and is excellent in both translucency and light diffusibility, and in particular, realizes a warm and lit illumination that is unique to Japanese paper and that is particularly brilliant for LED light sources. An object of the present invention is to provide a translucent decorative laminate sheet and a method for producing the same.

The translucent decorative laminate sheet of the present invention, which has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, comprises a laminate sheet material in which a transparent resin sheet is superimposed on the front and back surfaces of a translucent decorative sheet, sandwiched between a pair of templates. A translucent decorative laminate sheet laminated by heating and pressurizing,
Total light transmittance is 80% or more and haze is 97.5% or more,
Or the total light transmittance is 70% or more and haze is 98.5% or more,
Alternatively, the total light transmittance is 65% or more and the haze is 99.0% or more.

Further, the method for producing a translucent decorative laminate sheet according to the present invention comprises laminating a sheet material for laminating, in which a transparent resin sheet is superimposed on the front and back surfaces of the translucent decorative sheet, by heating and pressing between a pair of templates. In the manufacturing method of the translucent decorative laminate sheet to be integrated,
One using a woven sheet disposed on at least one side of the core as a template, and using one having a release sheet disposed on at least one side of the core as the other template,
The pair of stencils are arranged such that the woven sheet and the release sheet are on the side of the laminating sheet material, and the laminating sheet material is interposed between these stencils and heated and pressed. To do.

According to a preferred embodiment, the fabric sheet is preferably a plain fabric sheet having a yarn count of 100 to 250 yarns / inch and a yarn diameter / interval distance of 1.5 to 2.0.

According to another preferred embodiment, the translucent decorative sheet is any one selected from Japanese paper, woven fabric, and non-woven fabric, and preferably has a basis weight in the range of 5 to 25 g / m 2. .

The translucent decorative laminate sheet of the present invention has a total light transmittance of 80% or more and a haze of 97.5% or more, or a total light transmittance of 70% or more and a haze of 98.5% or more, or a total light transmission. Since the rate is 65% or more and the haze is 99.0% or more, both the translucency and the light diffusibility are excellent. Can do.

The method for producing a translucent decorative laminate sheet according to the present invention uses one having a woven fabric sheet disposed on at least one side of a core as one template, and has releasability on at least one side of the core as the other template. Using a sheet in which a release sheet is arranged, these pair of mold plates are arranged such that the fabric sheet and the release sheet are on the side of the sheet material for lamination, and the sheet material for lamination is placed between these mold plates. Because it is heated and pressurized, it has excellent translucency and light diffusibility with an appearance that does not impair the texture of the translucent decorative sheet, and even if it is an LED light source, it shines in a dot shape. Therefore, a translucent decorative laminate sheet that shines as a whole and exhibits a Japanese-style taste can be easily manufactured by one step of heating and pressing.

The fabric sheet is a plain fabric sheet having a thread count of 100 to 250 / inch and a thread diameter / interval distance of 1.5 to 2.0. It is difficult to visually recognize the difference, and a translucent decorative laminate sheet having translucency and light diffusibility within a predetermined range can be produced.

The translucent decorative sheet is any one selected from Japanese paper, woven fabric, and non-woven fabric, and the basis weight is in the range of 5 to 25 g / m 2. It is possible to produce a translucent decorative laminate sheet having a predetermined range by providing (a feeling of material of the translucent decorative laminate sheet) and adjusting the translucency and light diffusivity in an auxiliary manner.

(Translucent decorative laminate sheet)
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a cross-section of a translucent decorative laminate sheet of the present invention that exhibits a Japanese paper-like texture, in which 1 is a sheet material for lamination. This laminating sheet material 1 is obtained by superimposing transparent resin sheets 3 and 3 on the front and back surfaces of a translucent decorative sheet 2 and has a thickness of 0.5 to 1.0 mm.

As the translucent decorative sheet 2, any one selected from sheet-like Japanese paper, woven fabric, and non-woven fabric having a thickness of 5 to 200 μm can be used.
As the sheet-like Japanese paper, a dispersed fiber pattern in which fibers obtained from plants, fibers made of synthetic resins such as acrylic fibers and rayon fibers, or inorganic fibers such as glass fibers are mixed, and the fibers have a number of convex shapes. Japanese paper to which is attached can be applied. In addition, as the plant, one or a combination of two or more selected from the leaves of plants and the like is used. Furthermore, a sheet-like woven fabric or non-woven fabric can also be used.

The translucent decorative sheet 2 has a basis weight in the range of 5 to 25 g / m 2 , more preferably in the range of 11 to 18 g / m 2 . This is because if the basis weight is less than 5 / m 2 , the material feeling (texture of the translucent decorative laminate sheet) is lost, and if the basis weight is greater than 25 / m 2 , the translucency cannot be obtained. . Therefore, it is necessary to make the basis weight within the above range in order to exhibit the texture of Japanese paper and keep the translucency and light diffusibility within a predetermined range.
On the other hand, as the transparent resin sheet 3, a synthetic resin film having a transparent or translucent translucent thickness such as an acrylic resin, a vinyl chloride resin, a polyester resin, an ABS resin, or a polycarbonate resin is used.

The translucent decorative laminate sheet of the present invention obtained by laminating and integrating the sheet material for laminating 1 between a pair of mold plates by heating and pressing has a total light transmittance of 80% or more and a haze of 97.5%. The total light transmittance is 70% or more and the haze is 98.5% or more, or the total light transmittance is 65% or more and the haze is 99.0% or more.
According to the experiment results of the present inventors, a translucent decorative laminate sheet that satisfies both the translucency and the light diffusibility could not be obtained when the value was within this numerical range. Note that if the total light transmittance was less than 65%, it could not be said that the transmittance was high, so it was excluded.

The balance between translucency and light diffusivity is delicate, and two characteristics could not be obtained only under the condition that the total light transmittance is 65% or more and haze is 97.5% or more. In general terms, there is a relationship that if the transmission increases, the haze decreases, and if the transmission decreases, the haze increases, but in reality it was difficult to increase the haze. According to the experiment of the present inventor, it was obtained that the fluctuation of 0.1 point of haze becomes a weight of a numerical value of about 1 point of the total light transmittance. And as a result of repeating experiment about the range which can satisfy both translucency and light diffusivity, it was confirmed that it is satisfactory if it is the following range.
As a result of experiments by the present inventor, it has been confirmed that when the total light transmittance is 80% or more, if the haze is 97.5% or more, both the translucency and the light diffusibility are satisfied. Further, when the total light transmittance is 70% or more, both the translucency and the light diffusibility are satisfied when the haze is 98.5% or more, or when the total light transmittance is 65% or more, the haze is 99.0%. If it was above, it could be confirmed that both translucency and light diffusivity were satisfied, and it was clarified that any of the above three conditions is sufficient.

(Method for producing translucent decorative laminate sheet)
Next, the manufacturing method of a translucent decorative laminate sheet is demonstrated.
It is basically the same as the conventional manufacturing method in that the sheet material for lamination in which the transparent resin sheet is superimposed on the front and back surfaces of the translucent decorative sheet is sandwiched between a pair of mold plates and heated and pressed to integrate them. is there. However, in a conventional method, a pair of template was the same.
On the other hand, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, by using different materials of the upper mold plate 4 and the lower mold plate 5 sandwiching the laminating sheet material 1, both translucency and light diffusibility are provided. It has been found that a satisfactory translucent decorative laminate sheet can be produced.

That is, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, an upper mold plate 4 is used in which a woven sheet 4b is disposed on at least one side of a core material 4a, while a lower mold plate 5 is used as a core material as shown in FIG. Using a sheet having a release sheet 5b having releasability disposed on at least one side of 5a, the pair of mold plates 4, 5 is placed on the side of the sheet material 1 for lamination, the fabric sheet 4b and the release sheet 5b. It arrange | positions so that it may become, and it has the characteristic in the point which inserts the said sheet material 1 for lamination | stacking between these template 4 and 5, and heat-presses.

In the illustrated example, an upper mold plate 4 is shown in which fabric sheets 4b and 4b are arranged on both sides of a core material 4a, and a lower mold plate 5 is a release sheet 5b having releasability on both sides of the core material 5a. 5b is shown.
In addition, according to the experiment result of the present inventor, when the core material 4a having the fabric sheet 4b disposed as the upper and lower mold plates is disposed on both the upper and lower surfaces, it is confirmed that the light diffusibility is obtained but the translucency is deteriorated. Has been. Moreover, when the core material 5a on which the release sheet 5b having releasability is disposed is disposed on both the upper and lower surfaces, it is confirmed that the light diffusibility is deteriorated although the translucency is obtained.

The core material 4a and the core material 5a impart rigidity to the template, and can be selected from thermosetting resin plates, paperboard, glass cloth, glass nonwoven fabric, and the like.
The fabric sheet 4b is preferably a plain fabric sheet having a yarn count of 100 to 250 yarns / inch and a yarn diameter / interval distance of 1.5 to 2.0. If the number of yarns is less than 100 yarns / inch, the total light transmittance decreases and sufficient light transmission cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the number of yarns exceeds 250 yarns / inch, haze decreases and sufficient light diffusibility is obtained. I can't.
Further, the yarn diameter / inter-yarn distance is preferably in the range of 1.5 to 2.0. If the yarn diameter / inter-yarn distance is less than 1.5, the surface unevenness is too shallow and haze is lowered and sufficient light diffusibility cannot be obtained, while the yarn diameter / inter-yarn distance is 2.0. Exceeding either of the light-transmitting properties or the light-diffusing properties decreases.

The release sheet 5b preferably has a surface gloss that is further suppressed so as not to impair the texture of the translucent decorative laminate sheet to be obtained. For example, a synthetic resin film such as a polypropylene film, an aluminum alloy foil or sheet, paper A sheet | seat etc. are mentioned, It can select arbitrarily from these various raw materials.
Further, the lower mold plate 5 may be integrated, and a metal plate, a thermosetting resin plate, or the like can be used.

Upper mold plates a to g on which polyester plain fabric sheets having the conditions shown in Table 1 (diameter of yarn, distance between yarns, number of yarns, ratio of yarn diameter to distance between yarns) were arranged were prepared. Among these, b-d shows the Example of this invention, a, e-g has shown the comparative example. Further, h is a lower mold plate in which a release sheet having releasability on one side is prepared as a sheet-shaped template.

As a sheet material for laminating, a paper sheet having a basis weight of 11 g / m 2 and a hard vinyl chloride resin sheet having a thickness of 100 μm superimposed on both sides was prepared. Note that an adhesive is applied to one side of the hard vinyl chloride resin sheet, and the application surface is set to be the Japanese paper surface side.
The above laminating sheet material was inserted between the upper mold plate and the lower mold plate shown in Table 1, and pressed at 110 ° C. for 10 minutes with a hot press machine to prepare a translucent decorative laminate sheet.
Table 2 shows the total light transmittance (%) and haze (%) of the obtained translucent decorative laminate sheet. The total light transmittance (%) was measured according to JIS K 7361-1, and the haze (%) was measured according to JIS K 7136.
Appearance evaluation of the obtained translucent decorative laminate sheet is confirmed from a position 500 mm away, and “○” indicates that the texture of the translucent decorative sheet is not impaired and the difference between the front and back surfaces cannot be visually recognized. What was not was made into "x".
In addition, in the evaluation of the transmissivity of the translucent decorative laminate sheet, “○” indicates that both the translucency and the light diffusibility are excellent with respect to the LED light source. What was recognized was "△", and what was recognized as a conventional physical property level was "x".

Moreover, the total light transmittance (%) and haze of the translucent decorative laminate sheet obtained when a Japanese paper having a basis weight of 18 g / m 2 was used as the laminating sheet material and the other conditions were the same as above. (%) Is shown in Table 3.

As is clear from the above examples, the translucent decorative laminate sheet of the present invention has a predetermined total light transmittance (%) and haze (%), and is excellent in both translucency and light diffusibility. Thus, it was confirmed that even if it was an LED light source, it could be shined as a whole without shining in a spot shape. Moreover, according to the manufacturing method of this invention, it has confirmed that the translucent decorative laminate sheet excellent in both translucency and light diffusivity could be produced simply and cheaply.
