Abstract
Description
本発明の一実施形態による誘電体磁器組成物は、(Ca1−xSrx)(Zr1−yTiy)O3で表示される母材粉末(上記xの範囲は0≦x≦1.0、yの範囲は0.3≦y≦0.8)を含む。
本発明の一実施形態によれば、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第1の副成分として、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnのうち少なくとも一つ以上を含む酸化物又は炭酸塩をさらに含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によれば、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、上記母材粉末100at%に対して、Y、Dy、Ho、La、Ce、Nd、Sm、Gd及びErのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物又は炭酸塩である4.0at%以下の第2の副成分をさらに含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によれば、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、上記母材粉末100at%に対して、Siを含む酸化物又は炭酸塩或いはSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物である0.5〜4.0at%の第3の副成分をさらに含むことができる。

Claims (10)
- (Ca1−xSrx)(Zr1−yTiy)O3で表示される母材粉末(xの範囲は0≦x≦1.0、yの範囲は0.3≦y≦0.8)を含む、誘電体磁器組成物。
- 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100at%に対して、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物又は炭酸塩である0.2〜4.0at%の第1の副成分をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
- 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100at%に対して、Y、Dy、Ho、La、Ce、Nd、Sm、Gd及びErのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物又は炭酸塩である4.0at%以下の第2の副成分をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
- 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100at%に対して、Siを含む酸化物又は炭酸塩或いはSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物である0.5〜4.0at%の第3の副成分をさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
- 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、可変電界(a variable electric field)が印加されるとき、誘電率が一定である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
- 誘電体層と第1及び第2の内部電極が交互に積層されたセラミック本体を含み、
前記誘電体層は、(Ca1−xSrx)(Zr1−yTiy)O3で表示される母材粉末(xの範囲は0≦x≦1.0、yの範囲は0.3≦y≦0.8)を含む誘電体磁器組成物を含む、積層セラミックキャパシタ。 - 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100at%に対して、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物又は炭酸塩である0.2〜4.0at%の第1の副成分をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100at%に対して、Y、Dy、Ho、La、Ce、Nd、Sm、Gd及びErのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物又は炭酸塩である4.0at%以下の第2の副成分をさらに含む、請求項6または7に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100at%に対して、Siを含む酸化物又は炭酸塩或いはSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物である0.5〜4.0at%の第3の副成分をさらに含む、請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記誘電体磁器組成物は、可変電界(a variable electric field)が印加されるとき、誘電率が一定である、請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
