Claims (4)
- エンジンと、発電機能のある第1回転電機と、前記エンジンからトルクが伝達される入力要素および前記第1回転電機からトルクが伝達される反力要素ならびに出力要素の少なくとも三つの回転要素によって差動作用を行う動力分割機構と、前記出力要素からトルクが伝達される出力部材と、前記エンジンから前記第1回転電機のロータに対するトルクの伝達と遮断とを行う第1係合装置と、前記第1係合装置とは異なる係合装置であってかつ前記エンジンから前記動力分割機構を介して前記出力部材に到るトルクの伝達を可能にする第2係合装置と、前記第1回転電機で発電した電力によって駆動されて走行のための駆動トルクを出力する第2回転電機とを備え、前記第1係合装置を係合させるとともに前記エンジンによって前記第1回転電機を駆動し、かつ前記第1回転電機が発電した電力で前記第2回転電機を駆動して走行するシリーズモードと、前記第2係合装置を係合させるとともに前記エンジンが出力する駆動力の一部と前記第2回転電機が出力する駆動力とによって走行するシリーズパラレルモードとの少なくとも二つの走行モードを設定可能なハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前進走行と後進走行とに走行方向を切り換えるシフト装置と、
前記走行モードを設定するコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラは、前記シフト装置によって前記走行方向を切り換える操作が行われた場合に、前記走行方向の切り換え後の走行モードを、前記走行方向の切り換え前に設定されていた走行モードに設定するように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記シフト装置によって前記走行方向を切り換える操作が行われかつ前記走行方向の切り換え前の走行モードが前記シリーズモードの場合に、前記第1係合装置の係合を維持したまま前記走行方向の切り換え後の走行モードを前記シリーズモードに設定するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記シフト装置によって前記走行方向を切り換える操作が行われかつ前記走行方向の切り換え前の走行モードが前記シリーズパラレルモードの場合に、少なくとも前記第2係合装置の係合を維持したまま前記走行方向の切り換え後の走行モードを前記シリーズパラレルモードに設定するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 前記第1回転電機が出力する駆動力と前記第2回転電機が出力する駆動力とのうち少なくとも前記第2回転電機が出力する駆動力で走行する電気走行モードを更に設定できるように構成され、
前記コントローラは、前記シフト装置によって前記走行方向を切り換える操作が行われかつ前記走行方向の切り換え前の走行モードが前記電気走行モードの場合には、前記走行方向の切り換え後の走行モードを前記電気走行モードもしくは前記シリーズモードのいずれか一方の走行モードに設定するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
