Abstract
【解決手段】ステントグラフト40は、膜状のグラフト材から構成される管状体41と、管状体41を支持するステントSTと、を備える。また、管状体41に開窓42が形成されており、開窓42の縁周辺にレントゲンマーカーRMが設置されている。

膜状のグラフト材から構成される管状体と、前記管状体を支持するステントと、を備えるステントグラフトにおいて、
前記管状体に開窓が形成されており、
前記開窓の縁周辺にレントゲンマーカーが設置されている、
ことを特徴とする。
前記開窓の四方に前記レントゲンマーカーが設置されていることが好ましい。
前記開窓が前記弓部大動脈から分岐する左鎖骨下動脈、左総頸動脈及び腕頭動脈の開口部を囲むように形成されていることが好ましい。
図を参照しつつ、実施の形態1に係るステントグラフトについて説明する。本実施の形態に係るステントグラフト10は、上行大動脈のバルサルバ洞から腕頭大動脈にかけて内挿されるものであり、主に、上行大動脈の大動脈解離の治療に用いられるものである。
図を参照しつつ、実施の形態2に係るステントグラフトについて説明する。ここでは、弓部大動脈瘤の治療に用いるステントグラフトを例にとり説明する。実施の形態に係るステントグラフト40は、図6(A)、(B)に示すように、開窓42を有する管状体41と、ステントSTと、レントゲンマーカーRMを備える。

Claims (5)
- 膜状のグラフト材から構成される管状体と、前記管状体を支持するステントと、を備えるステントグラフトにおいて、
前記管状体に開窓が形成されており、
前記開窓の縁周辺にレントゲンマーカーが設置されている、
ことを特徴とするステントグラフト。 - 前記レントゲンマーカーが前記開窓の内側に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステントグラフト。 - 前記ステントグラフトが拡張した際、前記開窓が円形状であり、
前記開窓の四方に前記レントゲンマーカーが設置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のステントグラフト。 - 前記レントゲンマーカーが前記ステントにはんだ付けされている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のステントグラフト。 - 前記ステントグラフトは弓部大動脈に挿入され、
前記開窓が前記弓部大動脈から分岐する左鎖骨下動脈、左総頸動脈及び腕頭動脈の開口部を囲むように形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のステントグラフト。
