- ガラス組成として、モル%で、SiO2 45〜60%、B2O3 1〜15%未満、ZnO 10〜35%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 3〜15%、Al2O3 0〜10%、BaO 0〜10%を含有し、モル比ZnO/(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)が0.5〜4であることを特徴とするガラス粉末。
- モル比ZnO/B2O3が1〜4であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス粉末。
- ガラス組成中のZnOの含有量が18〜28モル%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス粉末。
- ガラス組成中に実質的にPbOとBi2O3を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のガラス粉末。
- 30〜350℃における平均熱膨張係数が70×10−7/℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のガラス粉末。
- マクロ型DTA装置で測定した軟化点が550〜740℃であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のガラス粉末。
- ガラス粉末 25〜99質量%、無機顔料粉末 1〜75質量%、耐火性フィラー粉末 0〜40質量%を含有する複合粉末であって、
ガラス粉末が、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のガラス粉末であることを特徴とする複合粉末。 - 無機顔料粉末がCr-Cu系複合酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の複合粉末。
- 結晶化ガラス基板の表面に絵付層を有する絵付層付き結晶化ガラス基板であって、
絵付層がガラス粉末の焼結体であり、且つガラス粉末が請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のガラス粉末であることを特徴とする絵付層付き結晶化ガラス基板。 - 結晶化ガラス基板の表面に絵付層を有する絵付層付き結晶化ガラス基板であって、
絵付層が複合粉末の焼結体であり、且つ複合粉末が請求項7又は8に記載の複合粉末であることを特徴とする絵付層付き結晶化ガラス基板。 - 調理器用トッププレートに用いることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の絵付層付き結晶化ガラス基板。
