前記筆記要素を覆うように前記軸筒部材の前記先端部に嵌合可能なキャップ部材と、

前記軸筒部材の前記先端部には、アライメント用凸部が形成されており、
前記キャップ部材は、前記アライメント用凸部と嵌合するアライメント用凹部を有している
というキャップ部材付き筆記具であって、
前記アライメント用凸部は、周方向に見て一方の半部において、軸線方向に垂直な断面の形状が先端または先端近傍において最大であるのに対し、周方向に見て他方の半部において、軸線方向に垂直な断面の形状が先端または先端近傍よりも後方側において大きい箇所があり、
前記アライメント用凹部は、周方向に見て一方の半部において、前記アライメント用凸部の前記一方の半部に対応する形状を有しており、周方向に見て他方の半部において、前記アライメント用凸部の前記他方の半部に対応する形状を有しており、
前記キャップ部材の一方の半部の形状と他方の半部の形状とは、前記筆記要素に対して非対称となっている
ことを特徴とするキャップ部材付き筆記具。
