Description
Claims (13)
- 自動車の複数の駆動軸のための車軸接続解除システムであって、
2つの軸方向端部を有する係合バネと、
動力源と、
半径方向内側面にネジ状部分を有する固定車軸ハウジングと、
半径方向内側面および一組の複数のネジ山のある半径方向外側面を有し、前記動力源に駆動的に接続されたスライドギアであって、前記固定車軸ハウジングの前記ネジ状部分が、前記スライドギアの前記複数のネジ山と噛み合う、スライドギアと、
2つの軸方向端部および半径方向外側面を有し、第1車軸ハーフシャフトおよび前記スライドギアに駆動的に接続され、一方の軸方向端部面が複数の歯を有する第1サイドギアと、
一端に複数の歯を有し、第2車軸ハーフシャフトに駆動的に接続される第2サイドギアであって、前記第2サイドギアの前記複数の歯は、前記第1サイドギアの前記複数の歯と選択的に係合する、第2サイドギアと、
前記第1サイドギアの前記半径方向外側面と前記スライドギアの前記半径方向内側面との間に配置されたベアリングと、
を備え、
前記係合バネは、前記第1サイドギアの前記半径方向外側面に配置され、前記ベアリングに接続された一方の軸方向端部および前記第1サイドギアに接続された他方の軸方向端部を有し、
前記スライドギアは、前記第1サイドギアの前記複数の歯と前記第2サイドギアの前記複数の歯とが位置合わせされていない場合に、前記係合バネに予め負荷を与えるべく、前記複数のネジ山に沿って動く、車軸接続解除システム。 - 前記動力源は、低速で高トルクの電気モータである、請求項1に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記スライドギアは、軸方向延在部および半径方向延在部を有し、前記複数のネジ山は、前記軸方向延在部の外側面に配置される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記動力源と、前記スライドギアの半径方向延在部とに駆動的に接続される駆動ギアをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記駆動ギアおよびスライドギアは、1よりも大きなギア比を有する、請求項4に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記第1サイドギアは、軸方向延在部および半径方向延在部を有し、前記係合バネの前記一方の軸方向端部は、前記第1サイドギアの前記半径方向延在部に接続する、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記ベアリングは、前記第1サイドギアの前記軸方向延在部に接続される、請求項6に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記ベアリングは、外側軌道および内側軌道を有し、前記外側軌道は前記スライドギアに接続され、前記内側軌道は前記第1サイドギアに接続される、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記動力源は、前記固定車軸ハウジングの外に配置される、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 外側軌道および内側軌道を有する第2ベアリングであって、前記第2サイドギアが前記内側軌道に接続され、前記固定車軸ハウジングが前記外側軌道に接続される第2ベアリングをさらに備える、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記第1サイドギアの前記半径方向外側面に配置され、2つの軸方向端部を有する第2係合バネであって、一方の軸方向端部が前記ベアリングに接続され、他方の軸方向端部が前記第1サイドギアに接続された第2係合バネをさらに備え、
前記第2係合バネは、前記係合バネとは前記ベアリングの軸方向反対側に配置され、
前記第2係合バネは圧縮性であり、係合解除の間に前記第1サイドギアが複数のネジ山に沿って動かされる場合に負荷を受容する、請求項1に記載の車軸接続解除システム。 - 前記ベアリングと前記第2係合バネの一方の軸方向端部との間に段付スペーサをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
- 前記第1サイドギアは軸方向延在部および半径方向延在部を有し、前記係合バネの一方の軸方向端部は前記第1サイドギアの前記半径方向延在部に接続し、
前記係合バネおよび前記第2係合バネは、前記第1サイドギアの前記軸方向延在部の前記半径方向外側面に配置される、請求項11または請求項12に記載の車軸接続解除システム。
