Abstract
【解決手段】モータを有する手持ち式製品において、モータは、手持ち式製品の中を通る空気流を発生させる。モータは、フレームと、ロータ組立体と、ステータ組立体を有する。フレームは、ロータ組立体及びステータ組立体を支持し、内壁と、外壁と、内壁と外壁の間に延びる複数のディフューザベーンを有する。ロータ組立体は、シャフトと、磁石と、軸受組立体と、インペラを有する。ステータ組立体は、ボビンと、ステータコアと、ボビンに巻かれた巻線を有する。フレームは亜鉛で形成され、インペラはアルミニウムで形成される。

Claims (21)
- モータを有する手持ち式製品であって、
前記モータは、手持ち式製品の中を通る空気流を発生させ、
前記モータは、フレームと、ロータ組立体と、ステータ組立体を有し、
前記フレームは、前記ロータ組立体及び前記ステータ組立体を支持し、内壁と、外壁と、前記内壁と前記外壁の間に延びる複数のディフューザベーンを有し、
前記ロータ組立体は、シャフトと、磁石と、軸受組立体と、インペラを有し、
前記ステータ組立体は、ボビンと、ステータコアと、前記ボビンに巻かれた巻線を有し、
前記フレームは亜鉛で形成され、前記インペラはアルミニウムで形成される、手持ち式製品。 - 前記磁石及び前記インペラは、前記軸受組立体の両側で前記シャフトに固定される、請求項1に記載の手持ち式製品。
- 前記インペラは、軸線方向インペラである、請求項1又は2に記載の手持ち式製品。
- 前記フレームは、ダイキャスト及び機械加工のうちの一方又はそれらの組合せによって、亜鉛で形成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の手持ち式製品。
- 前記フレームの外壁は、実質的に円筒形であり、実質的に均一な内径を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の手持ち式製品。
- 前記軸受組立体は、前記フレームの内壁内に取付けられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の手持ち式製品。
- 前記インペラは、機械加工されたアルミニウムで形成され、内側ハブと、前記内側ハブの周りに半径方向に位置決めされた複数のブレードを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の手持ち式製品。
- 前記インペラの内側ハブは、凹部を含む、請求項7に記載の手持ち式製品。
- 前記インペラは13のブレードを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の手持ち式製品。
- 使用中、前記ロータは、75krpm〜110krpmの速度で回転して、前記手持ち式製品の中を通る空気流を発生させる、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の手持ち式製品。
- 前記手持ち式製品は、ヘアケア機器である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の手持ち式製品。
- 手持ち式製品の中を通る空気流を発生させるモータであって、
フレームと、ロータ組立体と、ステータ組立体を有し、
前記フレームは、前記ロータ組立体及び前記ステータ組立体を支持し、内壁と、外壁と、前記内壁と前記外壁の間に延びる複数のディフューザベーンを有し、
前記ロータ組立体は、シャフトと、磁石と、軸受組立体と、インペラを有し、
前記ステータ組立体は、ボビンと、ステータコアと、前記ボビンに巻かれた巻線を有し、
前記フレームは亜鉛で形成され、前記インペラはアルミニウムで形成される、モータ。 - 前記磁石及び前記インペラは、前記軸受組立体の両側で前記シャフトに固定される、請求項12に記載のモータ。
- 前記インペラは、軸線方向インペラである、請求項12又は13に記載のモータ。
- 前記フレームは、ダイキャスト及び機械加工のうちの一方又はそれらの組合せによって、亜鉛で形成される、請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載のモータ。
