Claims (14)
- 静脈カテーテル装置であって、
カテーテルチューブ(10)の近位端に配置され、チャンバ(16)を画定する内部表面(14)を有するカテーテルハブ(12)と、

前記針(20)上に摺動可能に配置され、前記針(20)が前記準備位置にあるときに前記チャンバ(16)に収容される針保護具(32)であって、前記針保護具(32)は、ベース部(34)と、前記ベース部(34)から延びる第1のアーム(36)と第2のアーム(38)とを含み、前記針(20)が前記準備位置にあるときに前記第1のアーム(36)が前記針(20)によって復元力に抗して半径方向外側へ湾曲され、前記針保護具(32)が前記カテーテルハブ(12)に係止接触する、針保護具(32)と、

- 前記係止突起(58)が、略平行な近位面(60)および遠位面(62)および/または、凸状であって、具体的には、円筒形の一部である周面(64)を有する、請求項11に記載の静脈カテーテル装置。
- 第2のディスク状係止突起(66)が前記第2のアーム上(38)に配置され、前記係止窪み(18)に係合するように構成された、請求項11または12のいずれか1項に記載の静脈カテーテル装置。
- 前記針保護具(32)が、前記第1の係止突起(58)の近位領域において前記第1および第2のアーム(36,38)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲むか、または前記第1および第2アーム(36,38)を共に付勢する線形付勢力を加える、張力要素を備える、請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の静脈カテーテル装置。
