Claims (10)
- 制御用計算機(2)を有する、ドットベースの印刷システム(1)にて、色密度値を変えるための方法において、
前記制御用計算機(2)は、印刷像のラスタライズの後に前記色密度値の変更を行い、所定の目標色密度値を得るために、被印刷材料上に被着されるべき印刷ドットの数および/または大きさを変える、
方法。 - 前記制御用計算機(2)は、前記被印刷材料上に被着されるべき前記画像ドットの数または大きさを変えることによって、色密度における変動を修正する、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ドットベースの印刷システムは、インクジェット印刷機(1)であり、少なくとも1つのデジタルグラフィックカード(4a,4b,4c)を有しており、
前記少なくとも1つのデジタルグラフィックカード(4a,4b,4c)は、前記インクジェット印刷機(1)によって出力されるべきインク滴の大きさを変えることによって、前記被印刷材料上に被着されるべき印刷ドットの大きさを変える、
請求項1または2記載の方法。 - 前記インクジェットのインク滴の大きさは、4つの異なる大きさで出力される、
請求項3記載の方法。 - 前記制御用計算機(2)は、1つまたは複数の印刷ヘッド(6)内の印刷ノズルを駆動制御する1つまたは複数の印刷ヘッド駆動制御電子カード(5a,5b)に接続されており、
前記印刷ヘッド駆動制御電子カード(5a,5b)は、前記印刷ノズルを駆動制御する際に、前記色密度値の変更を行う、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記制御用計算機(2)と前記印刷ヘッド駆動制御電子カード(5a,5b)との間に、1つまたは複数の印刷色に対して、1つまたは複数の、割り当てられているデジタルグラフィックカード(4a,4b,4c)が設けられている、
請求項5記載の方法。 - 各印刷色に対して、1つのデジタルグラフィックカード(4a,4b,4c)が設けられており、各デジタルグラフィックカード(4a,4b,4c)は、1つまたは複数の印刷色の処理を制御する、
請求項6記載の方法。 - 前記制御用計算機(2)に、画像検査システム(3)の画像データが供給され、前記画像検査システム(3)は、前記ドットベースの印刷システム(1)によって作成された被印刷材料を検出する、
請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記被印刷材料上に被着されるべき前記印刷ドットの色密度値を変更する際に、量子化雑音を最小化するために、修正関数、特にΔΣ変調を使用する、
請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記被印刷材料上に被着されるべき前記印刷ドットは、行と列で配置されており、
前記修正方法は、ΔΣ変調であり、
前記ΔΣ変調の使用時に、前記ΔΣ変調を画像列毎に乱数値によって初期化する、
