Claims (9)
- 断面積が狭い狭流路と、
前記狭流路の下流側に接続され、発熱体が熱的に接触する、断面積が広い広流路と、を備え、
前記両流路に流体である冷媒が流れることにより、前記発熱体で発生した熱が放熱される冷却器において、
前記広流路の前記発熱体が熱的に接触する位置より上流にある上流部に少なくとも1つ設けられた整流片を備え、
前記整流片は、
上流に向かって突出した単一の第1角部と、
鋭角で交差することで前記第1角部を形成する第1面および第2面と、を含む、ことを特徴とする冷却器。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却器において、
前記整流片の前記第2面は前記第1面より、前記狭流路に対する前記広流路の拡がり方向側に配置され、
前記第1角部より下流側において、
前記第1面は、前記広流路の中心線に対して鋭角で傾斜しまたは平行であり、
前記第2面は、前記広流路の中心線に対して鋭角で傾斜し、
前記広流路の中心線に対する前記第2面の角度は、前記広流路の中心線に対する前記第1面の角度より大きい、ことを特徴とする冷却器。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の冷却器において、
前記狭流路と前記広流路とを接続する接続面をさらに備え、
前記接続面は、前記狭流路より下流側で前記広流路の中心線に対して鋭角で傾斜しまたは垂直であり、
前記整流片の前記第1角部より下流側での前記広流路の中心線に対する前記第2面の角度は、前記狭流路より下流側での前記広流路の中心線に対する前記接続面の角度以下である、ことを特徴とする冷却器。 - 請求項3に記載の冷却器において、
前記各流路および前記接続面は、前記各流路の中心線に対して対称に設けられ、
前記整流片は、前記各流路の中心線に対して対称でかつ所定の間隔をおいて複数設けられている、ことを特徴とする冷却器。 - 請求項4に記載の冷却器において、
前記各整流片の前記第1面および前記第2面は、下流に向かうに連れて前記広流路の中心線から離れるように傾斜している、ことを特徴とする冷却器。 - 請求項5に記載の冷却器において、
前記整流片は、前記第1面および前記第2面と交差しかつ前記第1角部に接しない第3面と、
前記第2面および前記第3面が鈍角で交差することで形成される第2角部と、
前記第3面および前記第1面が鋭角で交差することで形成される第3角部と、をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする冷却器。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれかに記載の冷却器において、
前記広流路の中心線に対して垂直な断面形状は矩形であり、
前記整流片は、前記広流路の上流部に柱状に設けられている、ことを特徴とする冷却器。 - 請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれかに記載の冷却器において、
前記広流路の前記発熱体と対向する位置に少なくとも1つ設けられたフィンをさらに備えた、ことを特徴とする冷却器。 - 断面積が狭い狭流路と、
前記狭流路の下流側に接続された断面積が広い広流路と、を備え、
前記狭流路から前記広流路へ流体が流れる流路ユニットにおいて、
前記広流路の上流部に少なくとも1つ設けられた整流片と、
前記広流路の前記整流片より下流側に少なくとも1つ設けられたフィンと、をさらに備え、
前記整流片は、
上流に向かって突出した単一の第1角部と、
鋭角で交差することで前記第1角部を形成する第1面および第2面と、を含む、ことを特徴とする流路ユニット。
