a)カーボンナノ材料構造体の層と、
b)多孔質の金属化不織材を含むキャリア層と、を含み、前記キャリア層は、前記カーボンナノ材料構造体に接着されている、複合構造体。
Claims (15)
- a)カーボンナノ材料構造体の層と、
b)多孔性の金属化不織材を含むキャリア層と、を含んでなり、前記キャリア層は、前記カーボンナノ材料構造体に接合されている、カーボンナノ材料複合シート。 - 前記キャリア層は、前記カーボンナノ材料構造体に永久的に接合されている、請求項1に記載の複合シート。
- 前記複合シートは積層体である、請求項1又は2に記載の複合シート。
- 前記カーボンナノ材料構造体は、ランダムに配向されるとともに均一に分散されたカーボンナノチューブ(CNT)の構造体である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の複合シート。
- 前記カーボンナノ材料構造体は、1平方メートルあたり少なくとも1グラムの坪量のカーボンナノ材料を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の複合シート。
- 前記キャリア層は、ニッケル被覆繊維を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の複合シート。
- 前記CNTは、単層CNT(「SWCNT」)を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の複合シート。
- 前記CNTは、多層CNT(「MWCNT」)をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の複合シート。
- 前記ナノ材料構造体を形成している前記カーボンナノ材料の少なくとも一部が、前記キャリア層の厚み方向に散在し、キャリア層に絡まることによって、前記カーボンナノ材料構造体が、前記キャリア層に永久的に接合されている、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の複合シート。
- 前記カーボンナノ材料構造体は、カーボンナノチューブ、カーボンナノ粒子、カーボンナノスフィア、及び、グラフェンのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の複合シート。
- 前記カーボンナノ材料構造体に結合された少なくとも1つのポリマー層又はポリマーカプセル化層をさらに含む、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の複合シート。
- 前記カーボンナノ材料構造体に結合されたプリプレグ材をさらに含む、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の複合シート。
- キャリア層にカーボンナノ材料構造体の層を接合し、前記キャリア層は、多孔質の金属化不織材によって製造される、カーボンナノ材料複合シートの製造方法。
- 前記カーボンナノ材料構造体の層は、前記キャリア層に永久的に接合される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- さらに、剥離可能な保護フィルムを前記キャリア層に結合し、前記キャリア層は、前記保護フィルムと前記カーボンナノ材料構造体との間に位置する、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
