Description
本発明は、複合粒子に関する。具体的には、赤外線を良好に遮断する複合粒子、前記複合粒子を含む化粧料組成物、及び、前記複合粒子の製造方法に関する。 The present invention relates to composite particles. Specifically, the present invention relates to composite particles that block infrared rays satisfactorily, a cosmetic composition containing the composite particles, and a method for producing the composite particles.
皮膚老化の原因の一つとして、光照射が知られている。太陽光には、様々な波長の光が混在しており、なかでも、紫外線、及び、近赤外線は、皮膚のたるみ、シワ等の形成に影響を及ぼすと言われている。紫外線は、可視光よりも波長が短く、エネルギーが高く、皮膚に悪影響を及ぼすことが知られており、紫外線を遮断するための化粧用材料等について広く研究されている。 Light irradiation is known as one of the causes of skin aging. Sunlight contains light of various wavelengths, and among them, ultraviolet rays and near infrared rays are said to affect the formation of sagging skin, wrinkles and the like. Ultraviolet light has a shorter wavelength than visible light, has high energy, and is known to have an adverse effect on the skin, and extensive research has been conducted on cosmetic materials and the like for blocking ultraviolet light.
On the other hand, near infrared light is light having a wavelength of about 800 to 2000 nm, has a long wavelength, reaches the dermis layer of the skin, and has exothermic properties. Therefore, when the skin is exposed to near infrared rays for a long time, the reticular elastic structure of the dermis layer is damaged, and moisture transpiration is increased, which may promote skin aging. Near-infrared radiation accounts for about 50% of the thermal energy of sunlight, and it is extremely important to block not only ultraviolet rays but also near-infrared rays in order to suppress adverse effects on the skin caused by light irradiation.
In order to suppress the near infrared rays from reaching the skin, research on materials for blocking infrared rays has been conducted.
For example, in Patent Document 1, any one or two or more borides, complex borides, or mixtures of elements selected from Group IIa, Group IIIa, Group IVa, Group Va, Group VIa of the periodic table Boride fine particles composed of the above and oxide fine particles composed of any one or more oxides selected from In, Sn, Sb, Zn, and Ti, composite oxides, or a mixture thereof. A cosmetic material excellent in infrared shielding performance is disclosed.
また例えば、特許文献2では、窒化ホウ素粉末、及び、酸化セリウム、酸化チタン、タルク、酸化アルミニウム、酸化鉄、酸化亜鉛及びマイカからなる群から選択された一つ以上の粉末を含有する化粧料組成物が開示されている。 For example, in Patent Document 2, a cosmetic composition containing boron nitride powder and one or more powders selected from the group consisting of cerium oxide, titanium oxide, talc, aluminum oxide, iron oxide, zinc oxide, and mica. Things are disclosed.
また例えば、特許文献3では、平均粒径が0.5〜2.0μmである二酸化チタンと、屈折率が1.60以上でありグロス値が9.0以下である無機板状粉体とを含む、近赤外線から皮膚を効果的に保護することができる皮膚外用剤が開示されている。 For example, in Patent Document 3, titanium dioxide having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 2.0 μm and inorganic plate-like powder having a refractive index of 1.60 or more and a gloss value of 9.0 or less. A skin external preparation that can effectively protect the skin from near infrared rays is disclosed.
また例えば、特許文献4では、特定範囲の一次粒子粒径、横径、縦径を有する紡錘形状の二酸化チタン粉末と、特定範囲の一次粒子粒径を有する酸化亜鉛粉末を含む近赤外線透過遮蔽剤を含む近赤外線損傷の防止剤が開示されている。 Further, for example, in Patent Document 4, a near-infrared transmission shielding agent comprising a spindle-shaped titanium dioxide powder having a primary particle diameter, a horizontal diameter, and a vertical diameter in a specific range, and zinc oxide powder having a primary particle diameter in a specific range. A near-infrared damage preventive agent is disclosed.
しかしながら、例えば、従来の赤外線遮断剤である二酸化チタンを使用する場合、十分な赤外線遮断効果を奏するためには、二酸化チタンを多量に添加する必要があり、塗布した箇所が白くなるといった問題があった。また、赤外線遮断剤を肌へ適用する場合、安全性や使用感が未だ不十分であり、改善する余地があった。 However, for example, when using titanium dioxide, which is a conventional infrared shielding agent, in order to achieve a sufficient infrared shielding effect, it is necessary to add a large amount of titanium dioxide, and there is a problem that the applied part becomes white. It was. Moreover, when an infrared shielding agent is applied to the skin, safety and usability are still insufficient and there is room for improvement.

The fact that the infrared absorbing substance is fixed to the flaky particles can be determined by the wetness of the coating surface when a coating made of composite particles is formed. For example, the contact angle of water on the coating surface composed of composite particles in which an infrared absorbing substance is fixed to flaky particles is larger than the contact angle of water on the coating surface composed of particles in which no infrared absorbing substance is fixed to flaky particles. Large value. The degree to which the contact angle of water on the surface of the coating is increased by fixing the infrared absorbing substance to the flaky particles depends on the degree of hydrophilicity of the infrared absorbing substance, but is generally 10 ° to 90 °. In the present invention, the contact angle of water on the surface of the coating composed of composite particles formed by adhering an infrared absorbing substance to flaky particles is 10 ° to 40 than the contact angle of water on the surface of the coating composed of non-adhered particles. It is preferable that it becomes larger.
また、本発明の複合粒子からなる被膜表面の水の接触角は、20°以上が好ましく、赤外線吸収と保湿の観点からは、30°以上がより好ましく、30°〜60°が更に好ましい。
なお、本明細書において、前記被膜表面の水の接触角とは、透明テープ上に複合粒子を塗布して被膜量0.3mg/cm2の被膜を形成し、前記被膜の表面に水滴を置き、1分後の水滴の形状をマイクロスコープで撮影し、画像分析により測定した値である。
Further, the contact angle of water on the surface of the coating film composed of the composite particles of the present invention is preferably 20 ° or more, more preferably 30 ° or more, and further preferably 30 ° to 60 ° from the viewpoint of infrared absorption and moisture retention.
In the present specification, the contact angle of water on the surface of the coating film means that a composite particle is applied on a transparent tape to form a coating film having a coating amount of 0.3 mg / cm 2 , and water droplets are placed on the surface of the coating film. This is a value obtained by photographing the shape of a water drop after 1 minute with a microscope and measuring the image.

From Tables 1 to 4, the composite particles in which the infrared absorbing substance is fixed to the flaky particles have a higher absorbance at a wavelength of 1100 nm than the particles composed only of the flaky particles and the fixed component, and have a higher infrared shielding effect. I understand. In addition, composite particles in which an infrared-absorbing substance is fixed to flaky particles are excellent in gloss and have a low friction coefficient.
Further, from Table 4, the composite particles in which the infrared absorbing substance is fixed to the flaky particles have a higher absorbance at a wavelength of 1100 nm than the particles in which the infrared absorbing substance is not fixed to the flaky particles, and are composed of the particles. It can be seen that the contact angle of water on the surface of the coating is higher. Moreover, it turns out that a friction coefficient becomes low.
