Abstract
Description
試験した配合物(すべて、ROHに関してISO指数114を有した)はそれぞれ、ルビネート(Rubinate)M(Huntsmanから市販のポリマーメチレンジフェニルジイソシアネート(MDI));ジェフォール(Jeffol)R−425−X(Huntsmanから市販のポリオール);ボラノール(Voranol)490(Dow Chemicalから市販のポリオール)、テレート(Terate)2541(Invistaから市販のポリオール)を含有した。アンチブレイズ(Antiblaze)80は、Rhodiaから市販の難燃剤であり;テゴスターブ(Tegostab)B8404は、Goldschmidt Chemical Corporationから市販の界面活性剤である。ポリキャット(Polycat)8および5(ペンタメチルジエチレントリアミン、PMDETA)はAir Productsから市販されている。総発泡レベルは24.5mls/gである。表1に試験した配合物の特性をまとめる。
以下の実施例において、別段の指定がない限り、小さなポリウレタンディスペンサーによって発泡体を製造した。ディスペンサーは、A側(MDI)用シリンダーとB側(ポリオール混合物)用シリンダーの2つの加圧シリンダーからなる。シリンダー内の圧力は調整器によって調節することができた。B側混合物を予めブレンドし、次いで加圧シリンダーに装入した。次いで、発泡剤をB側シリンダーに添加し、完全に混合した。静的ミキサーを備えたディスペンスガンにシリンダーを連結した。A側とB側の所望の比を達成することができるように、両方のシリンダーの圧力を調節した。試験した配合物(すべて、ROHに関してISO指数110を有した)はそれぞれ、ルビネート(Rubinate)M(Huntsmanから市販のポリマーメチレンジフェニルジイソシアネート(MDI));ジェフォール(Jeffol)SG−360およびR−425−X(Huntsmanから市販のポリオール);TEAP−265(Carpenter Companyから市販のポリオール)を含有した。テゴスターブ(Tegostab)B8465はEvonik−Degussaから市販の界面活性剤である。ジェフキャット(Jeffcat)TD33AおよびZR−70は、Huntsmanから市販の触媒である。NP9.5は、Huntsmanから市販の相溶化剤である。総発泡剤レベルは26.0mls/gであった。表3に試験対象の配合物をまとめる。
Claims (16)
- ヒドロクロロフルオロオレフィン1233zdを含むポリマー発泡剤組成物であり、
前記ヒドロクロロフルオロオレフィン1233zdがトランス立体異性体である熱硬化性発泡体用のポリマー発泡剤組成物。 - ヒドロフルオロカーボンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のポリマー発泡剤組成物。
- 前記ヒドロフルオロカーボンが、ジフルオロメタン(HFC32);1,1,1,2,2−ペンタフルオロエタン(HFC125);1,1,1−トリフルオロエタン(HFC143a);1,1,2,2−テトラフルオロエタン(HFC134);1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン(HFC134a);1,1−ジフルオロエタン(HFC152a);1,1,1,2,3,3,3−ヘプタフルオロプロパン(HFC227ea);1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパン(HFC245fa);1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタン(HFC365mfc)および1,1,1,2,2,3,4,5,5,5−デカフルオロペンタン(HFC4310mee)からなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載のポリマー発泡剤組成物。
- ヒドロフルオロオレフィンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のポリマー発泡剤組成物。
- 前記ヒドロフルオロオレフィンが、テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO1234);トリフルオロプロペン(HFO1243);テトラフルオロブテン異性体(HFO1354);ペンタフルオロブテン異性体(HFO1345);ヘキサフルオロブテン異性体(HFO1336);ヘプタフルオロブテン異性体(HFO1327);ヘプタフルオロペンテン異性体(HFO1447);オクタフルオロペンテン異性体(HFO1438);およびノナフルオロペンテン異性体(HFO1429)からなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載のポリマー発泡剤組成物。
- 炭化水素、C1〜C5アルコール、C1〜C4アルデヒド、C3〜C4ケトン、C2〜C4エーテル、二酸化炭素、およびC3〜C4ジエーテルからなる群から選択される添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のポリマー発泡剤組成物。
- 前記炭化水素が、ペンタン異性体およびブタン異性体からなる群から選択される、請求項6に記載のポリマー発泡剤組成物。
- HCFC−1233zd以外のヒドロクロロフルオロオレフィンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のポリマー発泡剤組成物。
- ポリマー発泡体成分と、ヒドロクロロフルオロオレフィン1233zdを含む発泡体用発泡剤とを混合することを含み、前記ヒドロクロロフルオロオレフィン1233zdがトランス立体異性体である、ポリウレタン発泡体を発泡する方法。
- 前記発泡体用発泡剤が、ヒドロフルオロカーボンをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒドロフルオロカーボンが、ジフルオロメタン(HFC32);1,1,1,2,2−ペンタフルオロエタン(HFC125);1,1,1−トリフルオロエタン(HFC143a);1,1,2,2−テトラフルオロエタン(HFC134);1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン(HFC134a);1,1−ジフルオロエタン(HFC152a);1,1,1,2,3,3,3−ヘプタフルオロプロパン(HFC227ea);1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパン(HFC245fa);1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタン(HFC365mfc)および1,1,1,2,2,3,4,5,5,5−デカフルオロペンタン(HFC4310mee)からなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡体用発泡剤が、ヒドロフルオロオレフィンをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒドロフルオロオレフィンが、テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO1234);トリフルオロプロペン(HFO1243);テトラフルオロブテン異性体(HFO1354);ペンタフルオロブテン異性体(HFO1345);ヘキサフルオロブテン異性体(HFO1336);ヘプタフルオロブテン異性体(HFO1327);ヘプタフルオロペンテン異性体(HFO1447);オクタフルオロペンテン異性体(HFO1438);およびノナフルオロペンテン異性体(HFO1429)からなる群から選択される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡体用発泡剤が、炭化水素、ペンタン、ブタン、C1〜C5アルコール、C1〜C4アルデヒド、C3〜C4ケトン、C2〜C4エーテル、二酸化炭素およびC3〜C4ジエーテルからなる群から選択される添加剤をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡体用発泡剤が、HCFC−1233zd以外のヒドロクロロフルオロオレフィンをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒドロクロロフルオロオレフィンが、2−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン(1233xf)およびジクロロトリフルオロプロペン(HCFO1223)からなる群から選択される、請求項15に記載の方法。
