Abstract

Claims (35)
- ヒト心臓用の補助循環装置であって、
心臓動脈内に配置されるようにサイズ決定され、かつ前記心臓動脈内の選択された場所に配置されるように構成されるステントであって、流路を画定する開放構成を有するように構成される、ステントと、
前記ステント内に適合するようにサイズ決定され、かつ前記選択された位置および前記流路内で経皮的に配置されるように構成される回転子であって、中心部の周りに配置され、かつ前記流路に対して角度を成す表面を含み、さらに長手方向軸を画定し、第1の複数の磁石を有する、回転子と、
前記選択された位置で前記心臓動脈に隣接して、電気巻線を有する固定子を備える、カラーと、
前記固定子と動作可能に連結された電源と、
前記電源から前記固定子への電力の印加に応じて相互作用し、前記回転子を前記長手方向軸の周りで回転させるように構成される、前記固定子および前記回転子と、
前記固定子と動作可能に連結され、かつ前記回転子の回転速度を制御するように構成される、タイミング制御モジュールと、を備え、
前記回転子の前記表面は、前記回転子の回転に応じて、前記流路に沿って血液を移動させるように構成される、補助循環装置。 - 前記ステントは磁石セットを含み、前記回転子は第2の複数の磁石を含み、前記ステントの前記磁石セットと前記回転子の前記第2の複数の磁石とは、共働して前記流路に対する前記回転子の長手方向位置を制御する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記選択された位置は、大動脈および肺動脈の両方であり得る、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記選択された位置は、弁上である、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記回転子の前記表面は、複数の羽根によって形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。

- 前記回転子および前記ステントの一方または両方が、抗凝固剤で被覆される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電源は、皮下に配置されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電源は、経皮充電のために構成される、請求項10に記載の装置。

前記固定子と動作可能に連結された電源と、
前記電源から前記固定子への電力の印加に応じて相互作用し、前記回転子を前記長手方向軸の周りで回転させるように構成される、前記固定子および前記回転子と、
前記固定子と動作可能に連結され、かつ前記回転子の回転速度を基準となる第1の速度とより速い第2の速度との間で制御するように構成される、タイミング制御モジュールと、を備え、
前記回転子の前記表面は、前記回転子の回転に応じて、前記流路に沿って血液を移動させるように構成される、補助循環装置。 - 前記ステントは、折り畳み構成と拡張構成との間で切り替え可能であり、前記折り畳み構成は、所望の位置における前記ステントの経皮配置を可能にし、前記ステントは、前記ステントが前記流路を画定する時に、前記折り畳み構成から前記拡張構成に切り替わるように構成される、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記回転子は、折り畳み構成と拡張構成との間で切り替え可能であり、前記折り畳み構成は、前記所望の位置における前記ステント内の前記回転子の経皮配置を可能にする、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記回転子は、複数の羽根を含み、前記羽根は、前記回転子が前記折り畳み構成から前記拡張構成に切り替えられた時に拡張するように構成される、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記回転子に隣接して配置されたカラーをさらに備え、前記カラーは前記固定子を含み、前記カラーおよび前記回転子は、共働する磁石セットを含み、前記磁石セットは、共働して前記ステントに対する前記回転子の長手方向位置を前記流路に沿って制御する、請求項12に記載の装置。

- 前記回転子および前記ステントのうちの一方または両方が、抗凝固剤で被覆される、請求項12に記載の装置。

前記磁化された回転子に隣接して固定子を配置するステップであって、前記固定子は電気巻線を有する、ステップと、
