Abstract
Description
作業を行うための作業体と、
複数の気筒を有する内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関から前記作業体へ伝達される動力のオンオフを切り替えるクラッチと、
作業機を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、複数の気筒が有効に駆動する状態で前記内燃機関の回転数が所定回転数に到達するように、前記内燃機関を始動し、
前記内燃機関が始動した後に、前記制御部は、前記内燃機関の前記回転数が前記所定回転数で安定しているか否かを判定し、
前記内燃機関の前記回転数が前記所定回転数で安定している時に、前記制御部は、前記複数の気筒のうちの一部の気筒の駆動を休止させる。
前記制御部は、前記作業体の運転が要求されているか否かを判定してもよく、
前記作業体の前記運転が要求され、且つ前記複数の気筒のうちの前記一部の気筒の駆動が休止している時に、前記制御部は、前記複数の気筒での駆動に戻してもよい。
前記制御部は、前記内燃機関の前記回転数が前記所定回転数よりも高い回転数で、前記内燃機関を前記複数の気筒での前記駆動に戻してもよく、その後に、クラッチを接続状態に移行してもよい。
前記制御部は、前記クラッチが前記接続状態に移行した後、前記内燃機関の前記回転数が前記所定回転数に到達するように前記複数の気筒での駆動を継続しつつ前記内燃機関の回転数を調節してもよい。
前記制御部は、前記複数の気筒のうちの前記一部の駆動が休止している時に、前記内燃機関の前記回転数が前記所定回転数付近に留まるように前記複数の気筒のうちの残部の気筒の駆動を継続しつつ前記内燃機関の回転数を調節してもよい。
前記制御部は、前記複数の気筒のうちの前記残部の気筒の駆動が継続している時に、前記内燃機関の燃焼室に供給される混合気の濃度を薄くするとともに前記混合気の供給量を増加してもよい。
前記作業体はブレードであってもよく、
前記クラッチは、前記内燃機関から前記ブレードへ動力を伝達するためのブレードクラッチであってもよく、
前記作業機は、芝刈機であってもよい。
Claims (7)
- 作業を行うための作業体と、
複数の気筒を有する内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関から前記作業体へ伝達される動力のオンオフを切り替えるクラッチと、
作業機を制御する制御部と、
を備える作業機であって、
前記制御部は、前記複数の気筒が有効に駆動する状態で前記内燃機関の回転数が所定回転数に到達するように、前記内燃機関を始動し、
前記内燃機関が始動した後に、前記制御部は、前記内燃機関の前記回転数が前記所定回転数で安定しているか否かを判定し、
前記内燃機関の前記回転数が前記所定回転数で安定している時に、前記制御部は、前記複数の気筒のうちの一部の気筒の駆動を休止させることを特徴とする作業機。 - 前記制御部は、前記作業体の運転が要求されているか否かを判定し、
前記作業体の前記運転が要求され、且つ前記複数の気筒のうちの前記一部の気筒の駆動が休止している時に、前記制御部は、前記複数の気筒での駆動に戻すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業機。 - 前記制御部は、前記内燃機関の前記回転数が前記所定回転数よりも高い回転数で、前記内燃機関を前記複数の気筒での駆動に戻し、その後に、前記クラッチを接続状態に移行することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の作業機。
- 前記制御部は、前記クラッチが前記接続状態に移行した後、前記内燃機関の前記回転数が前記所定回転数に到達するように前記複数の気筒での駆動を継続しつつ前記内燃機関の回転数を調節することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の作業機。
- 前記制御部は、前記複数の気筒のうちの前記一部の気筒の駆動が休止している時に、前記内燃機関の前記回転数が前記所定回転数付近に留まるように前記複数の気筒のうちの残部の気筒の駆動を継続しつつ前記内燃機関の回転数を調節することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の作業機。
- 前記制御部は、前記複数の気筒のうちの前記残部の気筒の駆動が継続している時に、前記内燃機関の燃焼室に供給される混合気の濃度を薄くするとともに前記混合気の供給量を増加することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の作業機。
- 前記作業体はブレードであって、
前記クラッチは、前記内燃機関から前記ブレードへ動力を伝達するためのブレードクラッチであって、
前記作業機は、芝刈機であることを特徴とする、
請求項1から6の何れかに記載の作業機。
