Claims (7)
- 下部走行体と、
前記下部走行体上に搭載される上部旋回体と、
前記上部旋回体に搭載されるエンジンと、
前記エンジンに連結された油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプが吐出する作動油によって駆動されて作業要素を動かす油圧アクチュエータと、
前記油圧ポンプから前記油圧アクチュエータに流れる作動油の流量、及び、前記油圧アクチュエータから作動油タンクに流れる作動油の流量を制御するスプール弁と、
前記スプール弁に関する入力と出力の関係を取得する処理を開始させるスイッチと、を備える、
ショベル。 - 前記スプール弁を介した前記油圧ポンプから前記油圧アクチュエータへの作動油の流れが滞留した所定状態で、前記スイッチが操作された場合に、前記スプール弁のストロークを変化させる、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記油圧アクチュエータはバケットシリンダであり、
前記スプール弁に関する入力と出力の関係は、バケットを閉じるときの関係、又は、該バケットを開くときの関係であり、
前記所定状態は、前記バケットを最も閉じた状態、又は、前記バケットを最も開いた状態である、
請求項2に記載のショベル。 - 前記油圧アクチュエータはブームシリンダであり、
前記スプール弁に関する入力と出力の関係は、ブームを上げるときの関係、又は、該ブームを下げるときの関係であり、
前記所定状態は、前記ブームを最も上げた状態、又は、前記ブームを最も下げた状態である、
請求項2に記載のショベル。 - 前記油圧アクチュエータはアームシリンダであり、
前記スプール弁に関する入力と出力の関係は、アームを閉じるときの関係、又は、該アームを開くときの関係であり、
前記所定状態は、前記アームを最も閉じた状態、又は、前記アームを最も開いた状態である、
請求項2に記載のショベル。 - 前記油圧アクチュエータは旋回用油圧モータであり、
前記スプール弁に関する入力と出力の関係は、前記上部旋回体を右に旋回させるときの関係、又は、前記上部旋回体を左に旋回させるときの関係であり、
前記所定状態は、旋回ブレーキによって前記旋回用油圧モータを回転させないようにした状態である、
請求項2に記載のショベル。 - 前記所定状態は、前記スプール弁に関する入力と出力の関係を取得している間、前記油圧アクチュエータと前記スプール弁との間に設けられた切換弁が遮断されている状態である、
