Abstract
【解決手段】内部に成形材料が供給されるシリンダと、前記シリンダを支持すると共に、フレームに対し進退する前方サポートと、前記シリンダの内部に進退自在に配設される射出部材と、前記射出部材を支持すると共に、前記前方サポートの後方において前記フレームに対し進退する後方サポートと、前記フレームに固定されるガイドとを有し、前記ガイドは、前記前方サポートと前記後方サポートの共通のガイドとして用いられる、射出成形機。

内部に成形材料が供給されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダを支持すると共に、フレームに対し進退する前方サポートと、
前記シリンダの内部に進退自在に配設される射出部材と、
前記射出部材を支持すると共に、前記前方サポートの後方において前記フレームに対し進退する後方サポートと、
前記フレームに固定されるガイドとを有し、
前記ガイドは、前記前方サポートと前記後方サポートの共通のガイドとして用いられる、射出成形機が提供される。

Claims (10)
- 内部に成形材料が供給されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダを支持すると共に、フレームに対し進退する前方サポートと、
前記シリンダの内部に進退自在に配設される射出部材と、
前記射出部材を支持すると共に、前記前方サポートの後方において前記フレームに対し進退する後方サポートと、
前記フレームに固定されるガイドとを有し、
前記ガイドは、前記前方サポートと前記後方サポートの共通のガイドとして用いられる、射出成形機。 - 前記前方サポートが取付けられ、前記ガイドに沿って滑る前方スライダと、
前記後方サポートが取付けられ、前記ガイドに沿って滑る後方スライダとを有する、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。 - 前記前方サポートが前記前方スライダに対し旋回可能に取付けられ、且つ、前記後方サポートが前記後方スライダに対し取外し可能に取付けられる、請求項2に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記後方サポートが前記後方スライダに対し旋回可能に取付けられ、且つ、前記前方スライダが前記前方スライダに対し取外し可能に取付けられる、請求項2または3に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記シリンダに対し前記射出部材を進退させる射出モータと、
前記射出モータの回転運動を、前記前方サポートに対する前記後方サポートの直線運動に変換する運動変換機構とを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。 - 前記運動変換機構は、ねじ軸と、前記ねじ軸に螺合するねじナットとを有し、
前記前方サポートおよび前記後方サポートは、一方に前記射出モータが取付けられ、他方に前記ねじ軸または前記ねじナットが取付けられる、請求項5に記載の射出成形機。 - 前記ねじ軸の中心線と前記ねじナットの中心線とを合わせる芯合わせ機構を有する、請求項6に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記フレームにおける前記ガイドの固定面に対し垂直な方向から見たときに、前記ねじ軸と、前記ガイドとが重なる、請求項6または7に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記射出モータは、複数であって、前記シリンダの中心線を中心に対称に配される、請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
- 複数の前記射出モータは、前記フレームにおける前記ガイドの固定面に対し垂直な方向にずらして配される、請求項9に記載の射出成形機。
