Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 固定型と可動型からなる金型を所定の型締力により型締する型締装置と、型締された金型に対して所定の射出圧力により樹脂を射出充填する射出装置とを備える射出成形機において、前記金型内の樹脂の固化に伴って少なくとも当該金型の弾性復帰による樹脂の自然圧縮が可能となる型締装置を備えるとともに、射出充填時に、前記固定型と前記可動型間におけるパーティング隙間のパーティング面方向における内側部位の間隔が外端部位の間隔に対して大きくなり、かつ当該パーティング隙間の外端部位の間隔が0を含む所定の大きさ以下になる特定金型状態が生じるとともに、良品成形可能な射出圧力である成形射出圧力及び良品成形可能な型締力である成形型締力を設定する設定機能,及び,生産時に、前記成形型締力により前記金型を型締し、かつ型締された前記金型に前記成形射出圧力により樹脂を射出充填するとともに、所定の冷却時間の経過後に成形品を取出す制御を行う制御機能を有する制御手段を備えることを特徴とする射出成形機。
- 前記制御手段は、前記射出充填時に、前記外端部位に接する前記固定型及び前記可動型における各外側面間の相対的な変化角度又はこの変化角度に対応する物理量を検出する隙間状態検出器を備えるとともに、この隙間状態検出器から得る変化角度又はこの変化角度に対応する物理量に基づき前記特定金型状態を維持する制御を行う成形機コントローラを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機。
- 前記隙間状態検出器は、前記固定型の外側面と前記可動型の外側面間に設置し、前記固定型と前記可動型の一方に配した投射部と他方に配した反射部からなる非接触方式の測距センサを備え、この測距センサにより前記変化角度に対応する物理量である測定距離を検出することを特徴とする請求項2記載の射出成形機。
- 前記測距センサに備える前記投射部及び前記反射部は、前記外側面から直角方向外方に一定の距離以上離間した位置に配することを特徴とする請求項3記載の射出成形機。
- 前記投射部及び前記反射部は、それぞれ前記外側面に突設した所定長さの支持ステーにより支持することを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の射出成形機。
- 前記投射部及び前記反射部は、それぞれ前記支持ステーにより支持される支持機構を備え、この支持機構により、少なくとも前記外側面から前記投射部及び前記反射部までの距離を調整可能に構成することを特徴とする請求項5記載の射出成形機。
- 前記測距センサに備える前記投射部と前記反射部は、前記射出充填を行う前の型締時において所定の間隔を有し、少なくとも短縮方向の変化距離を検出可能に配することを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の射出成形機。
- 前記制御手段の設定機能は、前記成形射出圧力を生産時のリミット圧力として設定する機能を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機。
- 型締装置により所定の型締力で型締された固定型と可動型からなる金型に対して、射出装置により所定の射出圧力で樹脂を射出充填して成形を行う射出成形機の成形方法において、前記金型内の樹脂の固化に伴って少なくとも当該金型の弾性復帰による樹脂の自然圧縮が可能となる型締装置を使用し、予め、射出充填時に、前記固定型と前記可動型間におけるパーティング隙間のパーティング面方向における内側部位の間隔が外端部位の間隔に対して大きくなり、かつ当該外端部位の間隔が0を含む所定の大きさ以下になる特定金型状態が生じるとともに、良品成形可能な射出圧力となる成形射出圧力及び良品成形可能な型締力となる成形型締力を設定し、生産時に、前記成形型締力により前記金型を型締し、かつ型締された前記金型に前記成形射出圧力により樹脂を射出充填するとともに、所定の冷却時間の経過後に成形品の取出しを行うことを特徴とする射出成形機の成形方法。
- 前記パーティング隙間における外端部位の間隔は、0.3〔mm〕以下に設定することを特徴とする請求項9記載の射出成形機の成形方法。
- 前記射出充填時に、前記外端部位に接する前記固定型及び前記可動型における各外側面間の相対的な変化角度又はこの変化角度に対応する物理量を検出し、この変化角度又はこの変化角度に対応する物理量に基づいて、前記特定金型状態を維持する制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項9記載の射出成形機の成形方法。
- 前記変化角度又はこの変化角度に対応する物理量は、機械的に増幅して検出することを特徴とする請求項9又は11記載の射出成形機の成形方法。
