Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明に係るロータリ圧縮機の実施例を示す縦断面図である。図2は、実施例のロータリ圧縮機の圧縮部を示す横断面図である。
次に、図3〜図8を参照して実施例のロータリ圧縮機1の特徴的な構成について説明する。図3は、実施例のロータリ圧縮機1のステータ111とロータ112の組立前を示す縦断面図である。図4は、実施例のロータリ圧縮機1のステータ111とロータ112の組立後を示す縦断面図である。図5は、実施例のロータリ圧縮機1の圧縮部12及びステータ111と圧縮機筐体10の胴部10Aの嵌合前の状態を示す縦断面図である。図6は、実施例のロータリ圧縮機1の圧縮部12及びステータ111と圧縮機筐体10の胴部10Aの嵌合後の状態を示す縦断面図である。図7は、実施例のロータリ圧縮機1のステータ111の要部を示す斜視図である。図8は、実施例のロータリ圧縮機1の圧縮機筐体10とステータ111とのアーク溶接部を図1のA−A線に沿って示す横断面図である。
次に、図8〜図11を参照して、圧縮機筐体10の胴部10Aに対する圧縮部12の上端板160T及びモータ11のステータ111の接合状態を説明する。図9は、実施例のロータリ圧縮機1の圧縮機筐体10とステータ111との溶接前の状態を拡大して示す横断面図である。図10は、実施例のロータリ圧縮機1の圧縮機筐体10とステータ111との溶接後の状態を拡大して示す横断面図である。図11は、実施例のロータリ圧縮機1の圧縮機筐体10とステータ111とのアーク溶接部の位置を示す側面図である。
上述したように、実施例のロータリ圧縮機1におけるステータ111の外周部は、凹部164を有すると共に圧縮機筐体10の胴部10Aの内周部に中間ばめ状態で固定される。圧縮機筐体10の胴部10Aは、ステータ111の凹部164と接合されたアーク溶接部163Bを有する。これにより、圧縮機筐体10の外周部に貫通穴や止まり穴を加工する場合と比べて、圧縮機筐体10とステータ111とのアーク溶接部163Bの溶接状態の信頼性を高めることができる。

Claims (6)
- 冷媒の吸入部及び冷媒の吐出部が設けられた円筒状の圧縮機筐体と、
前記圧縮機筐体内に配置され前記吸入部から吸入された冷媒を圧縮するためのシリンダ及びピストンを有する圧縮部と、
前記圧縮部の前記ピストンが設けられた回転軸と、
前記圧縮機筐体の内部に固定され前記回転軸の一端側を回転自在に支持する軸受部と、
円筒状のステータと、前記回転軸の他端側に設けられて前記ステータ内で回転するロータとを有し前記回転軸を介して前記圧縮部を駆動するモータと、
を備えるロータリ圧縮機において、
前記ステータの外周部は凹部を有すると共に前記圧縮機筐体の内周部に中間ばめ状態で固定され、
前記圧縮機筐体は前記ステータの前記凹部と接合された溶接部を有する、
ロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記ステータは前記回転軸の軸方向に積層された複数の金属板を有し、
前記複数の金属板には、隣接する前記金属板同士が積層方向に対して接合されたカシメ接合部が前記金属板の厚み方向に変形して設けられ、
前記凹部は前記複数の金属板の径方向において前記カシメ接合部に対応する位置に形成されている、
請求項1に記載のロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記凹部は前記ステータの軸方向にわたって形成されている、
請求項2に記載のロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記凹部は、前記ステータの径方向における深さdが0<d≦0.3mmを満たす、
請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記圧縮機筐体は、前記ステータの外周部が前記中間ばめ状態で固定された部分の厚みtが2.0mm≦t≦4.0mmを満たす、
請求項4に記載のロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記ステータは、前記ステータの周方向に間隔をあけて設けられた複数の前記凹部を有し、前記複数の凹部が前記ステータの軸方向にわたって設けられ、
複数の前記溶接部は、前記圧縮機筐体の周方向において等間隔をあけて配置されると共に前記圧縮機筐体の軸方向に対する位置が互いに異なる、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のロータリ圧縮機。
