Abstract
【解決手段】可撓性を有する複数の減衰板36と、減衰板36を積層した状態、且つ撓みを許容するように、少なくともその一方の端部を保持する保持部材31と、保持部材31の保持位置から離れた位置に設けられ、表層位置にある減衰板36に係着、又は一群の減衰板36を貫通して、表層位置の減衰板36に当接可能且つ貫通方向に移動可能に該一群の減衰板36に保持される当接部材33とから構成される制振ユニット30を備える。制振ユニット30は、当接部材33が対象物Wに対して当接できるように、支持機構2によって支持される。

可撓性を有する複数の減衰板と、
前記減衰板を積層した状態で、且つ撓みを許容するように、少なくともその一方の端部を保持する保持部材と、
前記保持部材の保持位置から離れた位置に設けられ、表層位置にある前記減衰板に係着、又は一群の前記減衰板を貫通して、前記表層位置の減衰板に当接可能且つ貫通方向に移動可能に該一群の減衰板に保持される当接部材とから構成される制振ユニットを備え、
更に、前記当接部材が前記対象物に対して当接可能に、前記保持部材を支持する支持機構を備えた制振装置に係る。
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る制振装置について、図1乃至図5に基づいて説明する。図1に示すように、本例の制振装置1は制振ユニット30及びこの制振ユニット30を支持する支持機構2から構成される。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る制振装置について、図6乃至図9に基づいて説明する。図6乃至図8に示すように、この制振装置50は、中空且つ円筒状のワークW’を保持するワーク保持装置80に設けられるもので、このワーク保持装置80は、例えば、立形旋盤の主軸に装着される。

Claims (5)
- 対象物に接触した状態で該対象物の振動を制振する制振装置であって、
可撓性を有する複数の減衰板と、
前記減衰板を積層した状態で、且つ撓みを許容するように、少なくともその一方の端部を保持する保持部材と、
前記保持部材の保持位置から離れた位置に設けられ、表層位置にある前記減衰板に係着、又は一群の前記減衰板を貫通して、前記表層位置の減衰板に当接可能且つ貫通方向に移動可能に該一群の減衰板に保持される当接部材とから構成される制振ユニットを備え、
更に、前記当接部材が前記対象物に対して当接可能に、前記保持部材を支持する支持機構を備えていることを特徴とする制振装置。 - 前記支持機構は、前記当接部材が前記対象物に対して接近,離反するように前記制振ユニットを移動させる移動機構を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の制振装置。
- 前記支持機構は、前記当接部材が前記対象物に当接する位置を調節する位置調節機構を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の制振装置。
- 前記制振ユニットの複数を備え、
前記支持機構は、前記各制振ユニットを放射方向に移動可能に支持するとともに、前記各制振ユニットを前記放射方向に往復動させる移動機構を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の制振装置。 - 前記支持機構は、更に、前記各制振ユニットを前記放射方向と直交する方向に移動させる位置調節機構を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の制振装置。
