Abstract
Description
前記走行経路は、予め規定された領域である管理領域内の管理対象経路と、当該管理領域の外部の一般経路とを含み、
前記搬送管理装置は、1つの前記管理領域における前記管理対象経路に存在する前記物品搬送車の台数である領域内台数が、予め規定された管理台数以下となるように前記管理領域への前記物品搬送車の進入を管理し、
さらに、
ワイヤレス信号を各物品搬送車との間で送受信する複数のアクセスポイントと、
前記物品搬送車のそれぞれに搭載され、前記物品搬送車を識別する情報を少なくとも含むタグ情報を前記ワイヤレス信号として送信するワイヤレスタグと、
各アクセスポイントを介して前記物品搬送車のそれぞれの前記タグ情報を取得し、複数の前記アクセスポイントが受信した同一の前記タグ情報に基づいて、各物品搬送車の位置を検出する位置検出装置と、を備え、
前記位置検出装置は、前記管理領域内の複数の箇所を区別可能な精度で各物品搬送車の位置を検出し、
前記搬送管理装置は、各物品搬送車の位置を示す情報である位置情報を前記位置検出装置から取得し、当該位置情報に基づいて、予め規定された許容条件を満たす場合には、前記管理台数を超えて前記管理領域内に前記物品搬送車が進入することを許容する。

Claims (10)
- 走行経路に沿って一方向にのみ走行して物品を搬送する複数の物品搬送車と、前記物品搬送車のそれぞれを管理する搬送管理装置と、を備えた物品搬送設備であって、
前記走行経路は、予め規定された領域である管理領域内の管理対象経路と、当該管理領域の外部の一般経路とを含み、
前記搬送管理装置は、1つの前記管理領域における前記管理対象経路に存在する前記物品搬送車の台数である領域内台数が、予め規定された管理台数以下となるように前記管理領域への前記物品搬送車の進入を管理し、
さらに、
ワイヤレス信号を各物品搬送車との間で送受信する複数のアクセスポイントと、
前記物品搬送車のそれぞれに搭載され、前記物品搬送車を識別する情報を少なくとも含むタグ情報を前記ワイヤレス信号として送信するワイヤレスタグと、
各アクセスポイントを介して前記物品搬送車のそれぞれの前記タグ情報を取得し、複数の前記アクセスポイントが受信した同一の前記タグ情報に基づいて、各物品搬送車の位置を検出する位置検出装置と、を備え、
前記位置検出装置は、前記管理領域内の複数の箇所を区別可能な精度で各物品搬送車の位置を検出し、
前記搬送管理装置は、各物品搬送車の位置を示す情報である位置情報を前記位置検出装置から取得し、当該位置情報に基づいて、予め規定された許容条件を満たす場合には、前記管理台数を超えて前記管理領域内に前記物品搬送車が進入することを許容する、物品搬送設備。 - 前記走行経路を複数に区分した走行区を単位として前記走行経路上の前記物品搬送車の位置を検出する走行区検出装置を備え、
前記管理領域は、少なくとも1つの走行区によって構成され、
前記搬送管理装置は、前記走行区検出装置による検出結果に基づいて、前記走行経路上における前記物品搬送車の走行、及び前記物品搬送車の前記管理領域への進入を管理し、
前記位置検出装置は、前記走行区検出装置よりも高い精度で各物品搬送車の位置を検出する、請求項1に記載の物品搬送設備。 - 前記搬送管理装置は、前記物品搬送車が少なくとも前記管理対象経路に存在する場合には、当該物品搬送車が前記一般経路に存在する場合に前記位置検出装置から前記位置情報を取得する頻度である第1頻度よりも高い第2頻度で、当該物品搬送車の前記位置情報を取得する、請求項1又は2に記載の物品搬送設備。
- 前記物品搬送車の進行方向に沿って前記管理領域の手前に管理準備地点が設定され、
前記搬送管理装置は、前記物品搬送車が前記管理準備地点に到達した後、前記位置情報を前記第2頻度で取得する、請求項3に記載の物品搬送設備。 - 前記管理領域への前記物品搬送車の進入と、前記管理領域からの前記物品搬送車の退出を検出し、前記管理領域への前記物品搬送車の進入の可否を判定する管理領域管理装置を備え、
前記搬送管理装置は、前記管理領域管理装置の判定結果に基づいて、前記管理領域への前記物品搬送車の進入を管理し、
前記搬送管理装置は、前記許容条件を満たす場合には、前記管理領域管理装置の判定結果に拘わらず、前記物品搬送車が前記管理領域に進入することを許容する、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の物品搬送設備。 - 前記アクセスポイントは、第1通信チャンネル、及び前記第1通信チャンネルとは異なる第2通信チャンネルで前記ワイヤレス信号を送受信可能であり、
前記搬送管理装置は、各物品搬送車と、前記第1通信チャンネルを用いたワイヤレス通信を行って各物品搬送車を管理するものであり、
前記ワイヤレスタグは、前記第2通信チャンネルを用いて前記タグ情報を送信する請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の物品搬送設備。 - 前記第1通信チャンネルと前記第2通信チャンネルとの間で、前記アクセスポイントの通信チャンネルを切り換えるネットワークスイッチを備える請求項6に記載の物品搬送設備。
- 前記管理領域内の下流側において予め規定された範囲内に、先行車としての前記物品搬送車が存在する場合には、
前記搬送管理装置は、前記領域内台数から当該先行車の台数を減じて、後続車としての前記物品搬送車の前記管理領域への進入を管理する、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の物品搬送設備。 - 前記管理領域内に、前記走行経路が複数の経路に分岐する分岐点、及び、複数の経路が合流する合流点の少なくとも一方を含み、
前記分岐点及び前記合流点を挟んで、前記管理領域内の前記走行経路が、異なる経路ブランチとして設定されており、
前記物品搬送車の走行先の前記経路ブランチである走行先ブランチ、及び当該走行先ブランチよりも手前側であって当該走行先ブランチに繋がる前記経路ブランチに、別の前記物品搬送車が存在していない場合には、前記搬送管理装置は、前記領域内台数に拘わらず、前記物品搬送車が前記管理領域に進入することを許容する、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の物品搬送設備。 - 前記ワイヤレスタグは、前記タグ情報を送信するために必要な電力を供給するタグ電源を備える請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の物品搬送設備。
