得られたスラグをそのまま用いることができる一次製品として、埋戻し材、覆土材、土壌改良剤、肥料原料、ショットブラスト等の研磨材、バラスト等に活用できる。

Claims (5)
- バイオマス資源のメタン発酵残渣及び/または前記メタン発酵残渣と添加物の混合物に対する酸化性雰囲気下での溶融処理物を含む溶融製品。
- 下水汚泥、し尿汚泥、ヘドロまたは古紙の何れかまたは複数が前記添加物に含まれている請求項1記載の溶融製品。
- 前記溶融処理物は、リン成分を含有し、保水性と通水性を有する請求項1または2記載の溶融製品。
- バイオマス資源のメタン発酵残渣及び/または前記メタン発酵残渣と添加物の混合物を酸化性雰囲気下で溶融する溶融ステップと、
前記溶融ステップで溶融された溶融処理物を固化する冷却ステップと、
を含む溶融製品の製造方法。 - 下水汚泥、し尿汚泥、ヘドロまたは古紙の何れかまたは複数が前記添加物に含まれている請求項4記載の溶融製品の製造方法。
