Abstract
Description
また、本発明の他の実施形態としては、焼成の際に脱色する着色剤(A)、有機溶剤(B)、及び陶材粉末(C)を含有し、前記陶材粉末(C)が無機顔料を含有する、ペースト状歯科用陶材を焼成する工程を有する、歯科用陶材の使用方法が挙げられる。
上記したいずれの実施形態においても、上述の説明に基づいて、各成分の種類、含有量、沸点等を適宜変更でき、任意の成分について、追加、削除等の変更をすることができる。また、上記したいずれの実施形態においても、各ペースト状歯科用陶材の組成と特性(焼成前後の色差等)の値を適宜変更して組み合わせることもできる。
色差計(コニカミノルタ社製CM−3610A、光源F11)を用いて、焼成前の着色ペースト状陶材と焼成後の焼成体を測定し、下式から、焼成前と焼成後の色調差を色差ΔE*abで表した。
ΔE*ab={(ΔL*)2+(Δa*)2+(Δb*)2}1/2
ΔE*abは、色差計にて測定したCIE 1976表色系(L*a*b*表示系)による色差であり、ΔL*、Δa*、Δb*は、JIS Z 8781−4:2013に規定する方法から求めた。
ΔE*ab=0以上0.5未満:かすかに感じられる (Trace)
ΔE*ab=0.5以上1.5未満:わずかに感じられる (Slight)
ΔE*ab=1.5以上3.0未満:かなり感じられる (Noticeable)
ΔE*ab=3.0以上6.0未満:めだって感じられる (Appreciable)
ΔE*ab=6.0以上12未満:大きい (Much)
ΔE*ab=12以上:非常に大きい (Very Much)
フタル酸ジエチル98.5重量部に、食用青色1号(共立食品株式会社製)1.5重量部を室温下で徐々に加えた液成分を得た。得られた液成分40重量部と陶材成分(セラビアンZR エスクターナルステイン Blue:クラレノリタケデンタル製、屈折率:1.51)60重量部を、約10分間乳鉢中で混和して焼成前の着色ペースト状陶材を得た。得られた着色ペースト状陶材を表1記載の焼成条件で焼成し、焼成体を得た。
フタル酸ジメチル97.0重量部に、食用黄色4号(共立食品株式会社製)3.0重量部を室温下で徐々に加えた液成分を得た。得られた液成分40重量部と陶材成分(セラビアンZR エスクターナルステイン Orange2:クラレノリタケデンタル製、屈折率:1.51)60重量部を、約10分間乳鉢中で混和して焼成前の着色ペースト状陶材を得た。得られた着色ペースト状陶材を表1記載の焼成条件で焼成し、焼成体を得た。
フタル酸ジブチル97.0重量部に、食用赤色102号(共立食品株式会社製)3.0重量部を室温下で徐々に加えた液成分を得た。得られた液成分40重量部と陶材成分(セラビアンZR エスクターナルステイン Red:クラレノリタケデンタル製、屈折率:1.51)60重量部を、約10分間乳鉢中で混和して焼成前の着色ペースト状陶材を得た。得られた着色ペースト状陶材を表1記載の焼成条件で焼成し、焼成体を得た。
有機溶剤(B)として、フタル酸ジエチル98.5重量部の代わりに、1,3−ブタンジオール97.0重量部を使用し、食用青色1号の配合量を3.0重量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、焼成体を得た。
有機溶剤(B)として、フタル酸ジメチルの代わりに、1,3−ブタンジオールを使用した以外は、実施例2と同様にして、焼成体を得た。
有機溶剤(B)として、フタル酸ジブチルの代わりに、1,3−ブタンジオールを使用した以外は、実施例3と同様にして、焼成体を得た。

フタル酸ジエチル40重量部と実施例1と同じ陶材成分60重量部を、約10分間乳鉢中で混和して焼成前のペースト状陶材を得た。得られたペースト状陶材を表1記載の焼成条件で焼成し、焼成体を得た。
フタル酸ジメチル40重量部と実施例2と同じ陶材成分60重量部を、約10分間乳鉢中で混和して焼成前のペースト状陶材を得た。得られたペースト状陶材を表1記載の焼成条件で焼成し、焼成体を得た。
フタル酸ジブチル40重量部と実施例3と同じ陶材成分60重量部を、約10分間乳鉢中で混和して焼成前のペースト状陶材を得た。得られたペースト状陶材を表1記載の焼成条件で焼成し、焼成体を得た。
1,3−ブタンジオール40重量部と実施例1〜3と同じ陶材成分60重量部を、約10分間乳鉢中で混和して焼成前のペースト状陶材を得た。得られた各ペースト状陶材を表1記載の焼成条件で焼成し、焼成体を得た。
グリセリン40重量部と実施例1〜3と同じ陶材成分60重量部を、約10分間乳鉢中で混和して焼成前のペースト状陶材を得た。得られた各ペースト状陶材を表1記載の焼成条件で焼成し、焼成体を得た。
有機溶剤(B)を表1に記載の各種有機溶剤に変更した以外は、比較例9と同様にして、焼成体を得た。
フタル酸ジエチル40重量部と実施例13と同じ陶材成分60重量部を、約10分間乳鉢中で混和して焼成前のペースト状陶材を得た。得られたペースト状陶材を表1記載の焼成条件で焼成し、焼成体を得た。
フタル酸ジメチル40重量部と実施例14と同じ陶材成分60重量部を、約10分間乳鉢中で混和して焼成前のペースト状陶材を得た。得られたペースト状陶材を表1記載の焼成条件で焼成し、焼成体を得た。
フタル酸ジブチル40重量部と実施例15と同じ陶材成分60重量部を、約10分間乳鉢中で混和して焼成前のペースト状陶材を得た。得られたペースト状陶材を表1記載の焼成条件で焼成し、焼成体を得た。
有機溶剤(B)を表1に記載の各種有機溶剤(B)に変更した以外は、比較例15と同様にして、焼成体を得た。
Claims (12)
- 焼成の際に脱色する着色剤(A)、有機溶剤(B)、及び陶材粉末(C)を含有し、前記陶材粉末(C)が無機顔料を含有する、ペースト状歯科用陶材。
- 焼成前後の色差(ΔE*ab)が1.5未満である、請求項1に記載のペースト状歯科用陶材。
- 前記着色剤(A)が、有機溶剤(B)に溶解する有機色素である、請求項1又は2に記載のペースト状歯科用陶材。
- 前記有機色素が、芳香族系有機色素である、請求項3に記載のペースト状歯科用陶材。
- 前記着色剤(A)が、沸点が400℃以下の着色剤である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のペースト状歯科用陶材。
- 前記着色剤(A)が、沸点が400℃以下の食用色素である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のペースト状歯科用陶材。
- 前記有機溶剤(B)が、沸点が100〜350℃の有機溶剤である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のペースト状歯科用陶材。
- 前記有機溶剤(B)が、有機溶剤(B)の屈折率と陶材粉末(C)の屈折率との差の絶対値が0.10未満の有機溶剤である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のペースト状歯科用陶材。
- 焼成温度が700℃以上である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のペースト状歯科用陶材。
- 焼成の際に脱色する着色剤(A)、有機溶剤(B)、及び陶材粉末(C)を混合する工程を有し、前記陶材粉末(C)が無機顔料を含有する、ペースト状歯科用陶材の製造方法。
- 焼成の際に脱色する着色剤(A)、有機溶剤(B)、及び陶材粉末(C)を含有し、前記陶材粉末(C)が無機顔料を含有する、ペースト状歯科用陶材を焼成する工程を有する、歯科用陶材の使用方法。
- 焼成温度が700℃以上である、請求項11記載の使用方法。
