Abstract
Description
本出願は、2011年4月11日に出願の仏国特許出願第1153150号明細書および2011年11月8日に出願の仏国特許出願第1160168号明細書に基づく優先権を主張し、これらの出願の全内容は、すべての目的のために参照により本明細書において援用される。
− 織布の場合のとおり、秩序を有して絡み合って;
− 不織布もしくは「マット」の場合のとおり、秩序を有せずにして絡み合って;または
− 「粗糸」の場合のとおり、絡み合っておらず、縦方向に、互いに平行に、
配されていてもよい。
− 基本繊維の集合体の場合には、繊維を交差方向に分離して拡散させるデバイスに通すステップ;
− 張力制御手段に通すステップ;
− 帯電防止処理。
リール1で、Owens Corning Vetrotex社製、名称RO 99 P 192の、4800texの線密度(標準ISO1889に準拠した計測で4.8g/m)を有するガラス繊維の「粗糸」を送出し、これをシラン系カップリング剤で処理したところ、構成フィラメントの直径は24μmであるものであった。2.5m/minの速度で進むこの「粗糸」を、23℃および大気圧下で、ロール2を介して、ヒドロゾル浴3中で液浸させたが、このヒドロゾル浴3の中には円柱形のバー4が位置されており、互い違いとなるよう相互に配置されており、バー4のそれぞれの高さおよび間隔は、「粗糸」に所望の張力を加えられるよう調節可能とした。
− Solvin社から072 GAの名称で市販されている、72に等しいK値を有する塩化ビニルホモポリマーの分散体(古典的な水性エマルジョン中で重合した)31.40重量%;
− 12.44重量%の可塑剤(ジイソノニルフタレート);
− 0.65重量%の熱安定剤(ジ(n−オクチル)錫チオグリコレート);
− 0.91重量%のアニオン性乳化剤(脂肪酸ナトリウム塩とドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウムとの混合物);
− Triton X100の名称でSigma Chemicalから市販されているノニオン性乳化剤0.50重量%;
− 0.5重量%のセルロースエーテル;
− 53.6重量%の水。
リール1で、Depestele社製の0.5g/mの線密度を有する亜麻繊維の「粗糸」を送出させた。次いで、この「粗糸」を、実施例1に記載のとおりヒドロゾル浴中に液浸させた。
− Solvin社から072 GAの名称で市販されている、72に等しいK値を有する塩化ビニルホモポリマーの分散体(古典的な水性エマルジョン中で重合した)31.04重量%;
− 12.30重量%の可塑剤(ジイソノニルフタレート);
− 0.65重量%の熱安定剤(ジ(n−オクチル)錫チオグリコレート);
− 0.90重量%のアニオン性乳化剤(脂肪酸ナトリウム塩とドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウムとの混合物);
− Triton X100の名称でSigma Chemicalから市販されているノニオン性乳化剤0.49重量%;
− 1.14重量%のセルロースエーテル;
− 53.49重量%の水。
リール1で、Flocart社製、名称KVT1200Tex13EKV11の、1200texの線密度(標準ISO1889に準拠して計測)を有するバサルト繊維の「粗糸」を送出した。次いで、この「粗糸」を、実施例1に記載のとおりヒドロゾル浴中に液浸させた。
Claims (15)
- 繊維および少なくとも1種の塩化ビニルポリマーを含む複合材の製造方法であって、前記ポリマーのヒドロゾルでコートした繊維を得るための前記ヒドロゾル中への前記繊維の液浸ステップ、これに続く、前記繊維にコートされた前記ヒドロゾルの乾燥およびゲル化ステップを含む方法。
- 前記繊維が、織布、不織布および粗糸から選択される基本繊維の集合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維が、アサおよび亜麻から選択される植物由来の生産物に由来する繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維が、ガラス繊維およびバサルト繊維から選択される無機繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維が、亜麻繊維の粗糸、ガラス繊維の粗糸またはバサルト繊維の粗糸であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記塩化ビニルポリマーがホモポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記塩化ビニルポリマーの前記ヒドロゾルが、水性エマルジョン中でのラジカル重合により得られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維が、完全な液浸を確実とするために好適な寸法を有するヒドロゾル浴中に浸されて、前記ヒドロゾルによりコーティングされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒドロゾルが、温風を適用して、好ましくは前記ヒドロゾルおよび前記繊維の分解温度未満の温度に加熱することにより乾燥されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒドロゾルが、赤外線を適用して、前記ヒドロゾルを、含有される前記ポリマーのガラス転移温度より高く、前記繊維の分解温度より低い温度にしてゲル化されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ヒドロゾルでコートされた繊維を得るための、少なくとも1種の塩化ビニルポリマーの前記ヒドロゾル中への繊維の液浸、続いて、前記繊維にコートされた前記ヒドロゾルの乾燥およびゲル化によって前記ポリマーでコートされた前記繊維を含む複合材。
- 物品を形成するための、請求項11に記載の複合材または請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる複合材の使用。
- 強化物体を製造するための、請求項11に記載の複合材または請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる複合材の使用。
- 請求項11に記載の複合材または請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる複合材から得られる物品または強化物体。
- 請求項11に記載の複合材または請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる複合材によって強化された形材。
