Claims (15)
- 燃焼煙道ガス中の廃水を蒸発させて酸性ガスの排出を低減する方法であって、
廃水を加熱して加熱廃水を生成する熱交換器(53)に廃水を供給するステップと、
フラッシュ容器(77)内で加熱廃水を蒸発させてフラッシュ容器(77)内の残りの廃水を回収するステップと、
残りの廃水を、配置された蒸発器デバイス(7)に、蒸発器デバイス(7)内の残りの廃水を蒸発させるために蒸発器デバイス(7)を通る煙道ガスの流れと共に供給するステップと、
環境に放出するために処理済み煙道ガスを生成するため、煙道ガスから酸性ガスを吸収するために煙道ガスを湿式煙道ガス脱硫システム(13)に供給するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 廃水の加熱及び蒸発の前に、活性炭、活性化コークス、アルカリ性試薬及びスケール抑制剤からなる群から選択される1種以上を廃水に添加するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 煙道ガスとの接触時に煙道ガスから酸性ガスを吸収するために、湿式煙道ガス脱硫システム(13)に吸収液を供給するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱交換器(53)内での廃水の加熱が、約175°F〜約350°F(約80℃〜約180℃)の温度である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱交換器(53)における廃水の加熱が、約1bar(絶対)〜約10bar(絶対)、又は約1.4bar(絶対)〜約6bar(絶対)の圧力である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 蒸発器デバイス(7)が噴霧乾燥器である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 蒸発器デバイス(7)が、湿った吸収材料を分散させるシステムである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 廃水を蒸発させ、燃焼煙道ガスから酸性ガスの排出を減少させるためのシステムであって、煙道ガスから酸性ガスを吸収して廃水を生成し、環境に放出するための処理済み煙道ガスを生成する湿式煙道ガス脱硫システム(13)と、
廃水を供給されて、供給された廃水を加熱して加熱廃水を生成する熱交換器(53)と、
加熱廃水を蒸発させ、その内に残った廃水を回収するためのフラッシュ容器(77)と、
その中を通って流れる煙道ガスの流れの中の残りの廃水を蒸発させるための湿式煙道ガス脱硫システム(13)の上流にある蒸発器デバイス(7)と
を備えるシステム(13)。 - 煙道ガスの少なくとも第1の部分が蒸発器デバイス(7)に供給されるように、蒸発器デバイス(7)に流体接続された煙道ガスを生成する燃焼ユニット(1)、
をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のシステム(13)。 - 蒸発器デバイス(7)が、噴霧乾燥器である、請求項8に記載のシステム(13)。
- 蒸発器デバイス(7)が、湿った吸収材料を分散させるシステムである、請求項8に記載のシステム(13)。
- システム(10)の動作条件を調整するように動作可能な制御デバイス(81)をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のシステム(13)。
- 1以上のシステムセンサ(50、52、54)から測定値を受信するように動作可能な制御デバイス(81)をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のシステム(13)。
- 温度、流量及び湿度の1以上のシステム(10)動作条件の断続的又は連続的な測定のための1以上のセンサ(50、52、54)をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のシステム(13)。
- 熱交換器(53)が、廃水を加熱するために、約175°F〜約350°F(約80℃〜約180℃)の温度で、約1bar(絶対)〜約10bar(絶対)、又は約1.4bar(絶対)〜約6bar(絶対)の圧力で動作可能である、請求項8に記載のシステム(13)。
