Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 車両用の駆動力源と、前記駆動力源から伝達されたトルクを左右の駆動輪のうちの第1駆動輪に伝達する第1ドライブシャフトと、前記駆動力源から伝達されたトルクを前記左右の駆動輪のうちの第2駆動輪に伝達する第2ドライブシャフトとを備え、
前記第1ドライブシャフトと前記第2ドライブシャフトとの相互のトルクを異ならせることができるように構成された差動機能を備えた駆動装置において、
前記駆動力源は、前記第1ドライブシャフトにトルク伝達可能に連結された第1モータと、前記第2ドライブシャフトにトルク伝達可能に連結された第2モータとの少なくとも二つのモータを有し、
前記第1モータから前記第1ドライブシャフトにトルクを伝達する第1トルク伝達経路と、
前記第2モータから前記第2ドライブシャフトにトルクを伝達する第2トルク伝達経路と、
前記第1トルク伝達経路に設けられた第1回転部材と、
前記第2トルク伝達経路に設けられた第2回転部材と、
前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材との間に設けられ、かつ前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材との間で伝達されるトルクを変更して前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材との差動回転を選択的に制限する差動制限機構と
を備えている
ことを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の駆動装置において、
前記第1トルク伝達経路における前記第1回転部材を含む複数の回転部材のうちのいずれかの第3回転部材と、
前記第2トルク伝達経路における前記第2回転部材を含む複数の回転部材のうちのいずれかの第4回転部材と、
前記第3回転部材と前記第4回転部材とのうちの一方の回転部材の回転を選択的に禁止するロック機構と
を備えている
ことを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の駆動装置において、
前記差動制限機構は、前記第1回転部材と一体に回転する第1回転要素と、前記第2回転部材と一体に回転する第2回転要素と、前記第1回転要素と前記第2回転要素とを選択的に接触させ、かつその接触圧を制御するアクチュエータとを有する摩擦係合機構であり、
前記第1回転要素は、第1ブレーキロータを有し、
前記第2回転要素は、第2ブレーキロータを有し、
前記第1ブレーキロータと固定部材とが接触して前記第1回転要素に制動トルクを作用させる第1制動機構と、
前記第2ブレーキロータと前記固定部材とが接触して前記第2回転要素に制動トルクを作用させる第2制動機構と
を備えている
ことを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の駆動装置において、
前記第1モータの回転軸線と前記第2モータの回転軸線とが同一軸線上に配置され、
前記第1モータの第1出力軸は、前記第2モータ側に延出して形成され、
前記第1出力軸における前記第2モータ側に延出した部分に、第1出力ギヤが連結され、
前記第1出力ギヤおよび前記第1ドライブシャフトに連結され、かつ前記第1出力軸の回転軸線と平行な回転軸線を中心として回転する複数のギヤにより構成された第1ギヤトレーン部を有し、
前記第1トルク伝達経路は、前記第1出力軸と、前記第1出力ギヤと、前記第1ギヤトレーン部により構成され、
前記第2モータの第2出力軸は、前記第1モータ側に延出して形成され、
前記第2出力軸における前記第1モータ側に延出した部分に、第2出力ギヤが連結され、
前記第2出力ギヤおよび前記第2ドライブシャフトに連結され、かつ前記第2出力軸の回転軸線と平行な回転軸線を中心として回転する複数のギヤにより構成された第2ギヤトレーン部を有し、
前記第2トルク伝達経路は、前記第2出力軸と、前記第2出力ギヤと、前記第2ギヤトレーン部により構成され、
前記差動制限機構は、前記第1出力軸と前記第2出力軸との端部の間に配置され、かつ前記第1出力軸と前記第2出力軸との間で伝達されるトルクを変更して前記第1出力軸と前記第2出力軸との差動回転を選択的に制限するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の駆動装置において、
前記第1モータの回転軸線と前記第2モータの回転軸線とが同一軸線上に配置され、
前記第1モータの回転軸線と前記第1ドライブシャフトのうちの前記第1トルク伝達経路に連結された端部の回転軸線とが同一軸線上に配置され、
前記第2モータの回転軸線と前記第2ドライブシャフトのうちの前記第2トルク伝達経路に連結された端部の回転軸線とが同一軸線上に配置されている
ことを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 請求項5に記載の駆動装置において、
前記第1モータの第1出力軸は、前記第1モータの両側に延出し、
前記第1出力軸のうちの前記第2モータとは反対側に延出した部分に、少なくとも三つの回転要素を有する第1遊星歯車機構が連結され、
前記第1ドライブシャフトは、前記第1遊星歯車機構のうちの一つの回転要素に連結され、
前記第1トルク伝達経路は、前記第1出力軸と前記第1遊星歯車機構とにより構成され、
前記第2モータの第2出力軸は、前記第2モータの両側に延出し、
前記第2出力軸のうちの前記第1モータとは反対側に延出した部分に、少なくとも三つの回転要素を有する第2遊星歯車機構が連結され、
前記第2ドライブシャフトは、前記第2遊星歯車機構のうちの一つの回転要素に連結され、
前記第2トルク伝達経路は、前記第2出力軸と前記第2遊星歯車機構とにより構成され、
前記差動制限機構は、前記第1出力軸のうち前記第2モータ側に延出した端部と、第2出力軸のうち前記第1モータ側に延出した端部との間に配置され、かつ前記第1出力軸と前記第2出力軸との間で伝達されるトルクを変更して前記第1出力軸と前記第2出力軸との差動回転を選択的に制限するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする駆動装置。
