Description

The present invention relates to an induction heating cooker that induction-heats an object to be heated such as a metal cooking pan placed on a top plate.

Conventionally, as a configuration of this type of induction heating cooker, there is a configuration in which the direction of the cooling air flowing through the heat radiating portions of the plurality of heating inverter boards is set to be substantially the same direction to reduce mutual heat influence (for example, patents) Reference 1).

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing inverter boards and cooling air passages arranged above and below the conventional induction heating cooker described in Patent Document 1.

As shown in FIG. 8, the inverter board is arranged at different positions in the vertical direction, and is arranged on the inverter board with the first inverter board 101 arranged on the upper side, and switching of the first inverter board is performed. Japanese Patent No. 5003597

However, in the conventional configuration, the inverter board is disposed at a position where the vertical height is different so that there is no thermal influence of the cooling air, and the first cooling air passage and the second cooling air passage are arranged. Have the same orientation. In addition, when there are multiple cooling air passages with the same height and different orientations, the cooling performance is reduced due to the heat of each cooling air, so the multiple cooling air passages are arranged side by side in parallel in the same direction. There was a problem that it was necessary to ensure the cooling performance in consideration of not having the heat effect of the cooling air.

This invention solves the said conventional subject, and it aims at providing the induction heating cooking appliance which can ensure cooling performance by utilizing effectively the limited main body space.

In order to solve the above-described conventional problems, an induction heating cooker according to the present invention has a main body having a top plate on which an object to be heated is placed, and is disposed in the main body, and is placed on the top plate. A first heating coil that induction-heats the object to be heated and a second heating coil that is arranged in the main body and induction-heats the object to be heated placed on the top plate, and is arranged in the main body A first inverter board that supplies a high-frequency current to the first heating coil; and a second inverter board that is disposed in the main body and supplies the high-frequency current to the second heating coil; , Disposed on the first inverter board, disposed on the second inverter board, and a first heat radiating portion for radiating heat of the heat-generating component of the first inverter board, and the second inverter board. Inverter board A second heat dissipating part that dissipates the heat of the thermal component, and a first air blowing part that generates cooling air that cools the first heat dissipating part, and is disposed in the main body. And a second air blowing section that generates cooling air that cools the second heat radiating section, and the cooling air generated by the first air blowing section cools the first heat radiating section. And the flow in which the cooling air generated by the second air blowing unit cools the second heat radiating unit is in a twisted position.

Thereby, the flow of the first cooling air and the flow of the second cooling air have different directions and positions of torsion of different heights, thereby reducing the mutual thermal effect and the length of the heat dissipation part of the inverter board. By laying out in the longitudinal direction of the main body according to the size, layout constraints can be reduced and cooling performance can be ensured.

The induction heating cooker of the present invention makes effective use of the limited main body space to reduce the mutual thermal effect, and also reduces the restrictions on the fan blowing direction and board layout / size to ensure cooling performance can do.

A first invention includes a main body having a top plate on which an object to be heated is placed, a first heating coil disposed in the main body and induction-heating the object to be heated placed on the top plate; A second heating coil disposed in the main body for inductively heating an object to be heated placed on the top plate, and a high-frequency current disposed in the main body, A first inverter board for supplying high-frequency current to the second heating coil, and a first inverter board for supplying high-frequency current to the second heating coil, A first heat dissipating part for dissipating heat of the heat generating component of the first inverter board; and a second heat dissipating member for dissipating heat of the heat generating component of the second inverter board. Heat sink and the book A blower that generates cooling air that cools the first heat dissipating part and a second that generates cooling air that cools the second heat dissipating part. The cooling air generated by the first air blowing unit cools the first heat radiating unit, and the cooling air generated by the second air blowing unit generates the second heat dissipation. When the plurality of cooling air passages having the same height and different orientations usually exist, the cooling performance is deteriorated due to the heat of each other cooling air. Therefore, it is necessary to arrange multiple cooling air paths in parallel in the same direction to ensure that the cooling performance is ensured so that there is no thermal effect from each other, and there is a restriction on the layout direction of the cooling air flow. However, the layout of the heat sink, fan, and board may be restricted. However, the direction of the heat radiation part and the fan / board could not be laid out freely in front, back, left, and right, and the limited body space could not be used effectively, but the flow of the first cooling air and the second cooling Mutual thermal effects are reduced at different twist directions and at different heights of the wind flow, and the length of the heat dissipation part of the inverter board is adjusted without considering the effects of the inverter cooling air. Layout in the longitudinal direction of the main body, eliminating the restrictions on the layout considering the cooling performance, effectively utilizing the limited main body space, reducing the mutual thermal influence from multiple inverters, and blowing the fan It is possible to improve the cooling performance without being restricted by the direction and layout / size of the heat dissipation part of the board and to make the main body compact and save space. it can.

According to a second aspect of the invention, particularly in the first aspect of the invention, the first blower portion sends a cooling air generated by the first blower portion to the outside of the first blower portion. The second air blowing unit has a second air blowing port for blowing the cooling air generated by the second air blowing unit to the outside of the second air blowing unit, and The first air outlet and the second air outlet are located at different heights in the height direction of the main body, so that the cooling air passage from the first air outlet and the second air outlet Thus, the cooling air flow path and the heat effect are reduced at different height positions, and the cooling performance can be improved.

According to a third aspect of the invention, in particular, in the second aspect of the invention, the first inverter board and the second inverter board have the same number of heat-generating components arranged on the first inverter board as the second inverter board. The first inverter board is located above the second inverter board in the height direction of the main body, The second air outlet is positioned below the first air outlet in the height direction of the main body, so that the first heat dissipating part and the first heat must dissipate a large amount of heat. The cooling air passage is formed at the top, the cooling air passage with a high temperature is formed upward, and the cooling air passage with a low temperature is formed below, and the influence of the rising air flowing upward is reduced. The effect of mutual wind flow It becomes possible to further reduce the thermal effects, thereby improving the cooling performance.

In a fourth aspect of the invention, particularly in the first to third aspects of the invention, the first inverter board and the second inverter board have a rectangular shape with one side being a long side, and are generated by the first blower. The cooling air cools the first heat radiating part along the longitudinal direction of the first inverter board, and the cooling air generated by the second air blowing part is generated by the second inverter board. By cooling the second heat dissipating part along the short direction, it is laid out in the longitudinal direction of the main body in accordance with the longitudinal size of the inverter board without considering the cooling performance. According to the size, it can be laid out in the short direction of the main unit, eliminating the restrictions on the layout considering the cooling performance, and making effective use of the limited main unit space to reduce the mutual thermal effects from multiple inverters. With Without being limited to the blowing direction and layout size of the substrate of the fan, as well as improve the cooling performance, it can be made compact in construction can save space the body.

According to a fifth aspect of the invention, particularly in the third or fourth aspect of the invention, a support member for holding the first inverter board in the main body is disposed below the first inverter board, and the support The member is made of metal, and a power supply board that supplies power to the first inverter board and the second inverter board is disposed below the support member, so that other components are provided. In particular, the leakage magnetic flux generated by the first inverter board and the second inverter board can be shielded against the power supply board by the support member made of metal, and the noise shielding performance can be improved.

As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, a power supply board 12 that supplies power to the cooking device is disposed below the support member 11, and the power supply board 12 is connected to a main body that takes in power from an external commercial power supply. A power supply connection unit 13 and a power supply noise filter unit 14 for an external commercial power supply are provided. The power supply connection portion 13 of the power supply cord 15 inserted through the outer rear side opening hole below the support member 11 is connected to the terminal block of the noise filter portion by a terminal screw. Further, the power cord ground connection portion 16 is connected to the outer bottom surface under the support member 11 by being tightened. A metal support member 11 is formed so as to surround the upper and left sides of the power supply connection portion 13 and the power supply cord ground connection portion 16 of the noise filter portion and the power supply cord 15.

The second inverter board 10 is disposed at the bottom of the main body outer shell 1 at substantially the same height as the power supply board 12, and the support wall of the support member 11 formed of metal between the second inverter board 10 and the power supply board 12. Is arranged.

The first inverter board 9 and the second inverter board 10 are supplied with a rectifying / smoothing unit 17 for converting an AC voltage supplied from a commercial power supply through a power supply noise filter unit 14 into a DC voltage, and a DC voltage supplied from the rectifying / smoothing unit. An inverter circuit 18 is provided that generates a high-frequency current and outputs the generated high-frequency current to the heating coil. An input current detection unit 19 for detecting an input current flowing from the commercial power source to the rectifying / smoothing unit 17 is provided between the commercial power source and the rectifying / smoothing unit 17. As shown in FIG. 7, the rectifying / smoothing unit 17 is a low-pass filter including a full-wave rectifier 20 formed of a bridge diode and a choke coil 21 and a smoothing capacitor 22 connected between output terminals of the full-wave rectifier. And having. The inverter circuit includes a switching element 23 (IGBT in the present embodiment), a diode 24 connected in antiparallel to the switching element 23, and a resonant capacitor 25 connected in parallel to the heating coil. When the switching element 23 of the inverter circuit is turned on / off, a high frequency current is generated, and the inverter circuit and the heating coil constitute a high frequency inverter. For this reason, the switching element generates a large amount of heat, and it is necessary to dissipate the heat of the switching element, which is a heat generating component, so as not to exceed the allowable temperature of the component, and to cool the switching element 23. The heat radiating part formed by extruding aluminum is attached to the switching element 23 by screwing.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the first inverter board 9 has four switching elements 23 for flowing high-frequency current to the four elliptical coils that are the first heating coils 6, It attaches to the 1st thermal radiation part 26 by screwing. Therefore, the first heat radiation part 26 has an elongated shape. The first inverter board 9 has a rectangular shape with one side being a long side. The long side of the first inverter board 9 and the length of the first heat radiation part 26 are arranged in the same direction. The first air outlet 28 that blows the cooling air generated by the first air blowing unit 27 that generates the cooling air for cooling the first heat radiating unit 26 toward the first heat radiating unit 26. Is arranged. The longitudinal direction of the first inverter board 9 and the longitudinal direction of the main body outline are arranged in the same direction. A first cooling air flow 29 is formed to cool the first heat dissipating part 26 passing through the groove formed in the outer periphery of the main body shell 1 and exhausted from the exhaust port on the side surface of the main body shell 1.

The second inverter board 10 has one switching element 23 for flowing a high-frequency current to one circular coil that is the second heating coil 7, and is attached to the second heat radiation part 30 by screwing. Yes. Therefore, the second heat radiation part 30 has an elongated shape. The second inverter board 10 has a rectangular shape with one long side, and the short side direction of the second inverter board 10 and the long side direction of the second heat radiation part 30 are arranged in the same direction, and the second heat radiation board At the end of the unit 30, the second air blowing that blows the cooling air generated by the second air blowing unit 31 that generates the cooling air that cools the second heat dissipating unit 30 toward the second heat dissipating unit 30. The mouth 32 is arranged. The longitudinal direction of the second inverter board 10 and the longitudinal direction of the main body outline are arranged in the same direction. The second blower unit 31 is a sirocco-type fan, sucks outside air from the suction hole on the bottom surface of the main body, blows air in the centrifugal direction, and extends in the longitudinal direction of the heat sink as the second heat radiating unit 30 from the second blower port 32. A second cooling air flow 33 is formed to cool the second heat radiating part 30 passing through the groove formed on the side wall, and exhausted from the exhaust port on the side surface of the main body shell 1.

The dimensions of each of the first inverter board 9 are a rectangle 300 mm deep and 250 mm deep, the second inverter board 10 is a rectangle 200 mm deep and 150 mm deep, the power board 12 is a rectangle 200 mm deep 150 mm and a sirocco fan. □ 100mm 40mm in height and the blower opening is 35mm in height and 45mm in width. The left side 20 mm of the second inverter board 10 is located below the first inverter board 9.

The first heat dissipating portion 26 of the first inverter board 9 is an aluminum extrusion heat sink having a long side of 250 mm, a short side of 50 mm, a height of 30 mm, and a groove having a width of about 5 mm parallel to the long side.

The second heat dissipating part 30 of the second inverter board 10 is an extruded aluminum heat sink having a long side of 120 mm, a short side of 50 mm and a height of 30 mm and provided with a groove having a width of about 5 mm parallel to the long side.

Four switching elements 23, which are heat generating components, are attached to the first heat radiating portion 26, and one switching element 23, which is a heat generating component, is attached to the second heat radiating portion 30.

The first heat dissipating part 26 is located above the second heat dissipating part 30 in the direction of the top and bottom, or the top plate and the bottom, which are the height direction of the main body, and the second air blowing port 32. Is positioned below the first air outlet 28 in the height direction of the main body.

As shown in the partial cross-sectional view of BB and the partial cross-sectional view of A-A in the perspective view of FIG. 4, the first cooling air flow 29 is located above the second cooling air flow 33. The first cooling air flow 29 is a wind flow flowing along the first heat radiating portion 26 from the left to the right toward the main body, and the second cooling air flow 33 is the rear from the front of the main body. The first cooling air flow 29 and the second cooling air flow 33 are in a twisted position.

About the induction heating cooking appliance comprised as mentioned above, the operation | movement and an effect | action are demonstrated below.

First, when the user places the object to be heated 3 on the first induction heating area 4 and the user performs a heating start operation on the operation display unit 8, all the heating coils in the first induction heating area 4 are weakly applied. A detection current that is a current is passed, and whether or not the object to be heated 3 is placed on each heating coil is detected based on changes obtained by the input current detection unit 19 and the resonance voltage detection unit 34. The unit 35 detects and outputs a detection signal to the control unit 36. When the control unit 36 determines from the information that the object to be heated 3 is at a position substantially above the heating coil, the control unit 36 generates a high frequency magnetic field by the heating coil below the object to be heated, and the eddy current due to the high frequency magnetic field causes The heated object 3 generates heat.

At this time, since the high-frequency current is generated by turning on / off the switching element 23 of the first inverter substrate 9 constituting the high-frequency inverter, the switching element generates heat. It is necessary to dissipate the heat of the switching element, which is a heat generating component, and cool it so that the allowable temperature of the component is not exceeded. In the switching element 23, a heat radiating portion formed by extrusion of aluminum that radiates heat from the switching element 23 is attached to the switching element 23 by screwing, and the heat generated in the switching element 23 contacts the heat radiating portion of aluminum. It is transmitted from the department. Then, a sirocco-type fan, which is a blower unit, sucks outside air from an intake hole on the bottom surface of the main body, generates air in the centrifugal direction, and is formed from the first blower port 28 in the longitudinal direction of the heat sink, which is the first heat radiating unit 26. The cooling air that promotes the heat radiation of the first heat radiating portion 26 that passes through the groove is generated to form the first cooling air flow 29, and the switching element 23 of the first inverter board 9 exceeds the allowable temperature of the component. The heat of the switching element 23 which is a heat generating component is radiated and cooled.

When the user places the object to be heated 3 on the second induction heating area 5 and the user performs a heating start operation on the operation display unit 8, a high frequency magnetic field is generated by a heating coil below the object to be heated. The article 3 to be heated generates heat due to the eddy current caused by the high frequency magnetic field.

At this time, since the high-frequency current is generated by turning on / off the switching element 23 of the second inverter substrate 10 constituting the high-frequency inverter, the switching element generates heat. It is necessary to dissipate the heat of the switch element, which is a heat generating component, and cool it so that the allowable temperature of the component is not exceeded. Then, a sirocco-type fan that is a blower unit sucks outside air from an intake hole on the bottom surface of the main body, generates air in a centrifugal direction, and is formed from the second blower port 32 in the longitudinal direction of the heat sink that is the second heat radiating unit 30. The cooling air that promotes the heat radiation of the second heat radiating part 30 passing through the groove is generated, the second cooling air flow 33 is formed, and the switching element 23 of the second inverter board 10 exceeds the allowable temperature of the component. The heat of the switching element 23 which is a heat generating component is radiated and cooled.

Here, the first heat dissipating part 26 is located above the second heat dissipating part 30 in the height direction of the main body, and the second air blowing port 32 is the first in the height direction of the main body. It is located below one air outlet 28. The first cooling air flow 29 is positioned above the second cooling air flow 33, and the first cooling air flow 29 flows from the left to the right toward the main body. 26, the second cooling air flow 33 is a wind flow flowing along the second heat radiating portion 30 from the front to the rear of the main body, and the first cooling air The flow 29 and the second cooling air flow 33 are twisted positions. The torsional position means that the wind flow has a predetermined angle with each other and the heights through which the wind flows are different from each other in the wind flow in two directions through which the wind flows. For this reason, the flow 29 of the first cooling air including the heat radiated from the switching element 23 of the first inverter board 9 through the first heat radiating portion 26 tends to rise upward due to hot air. Yes, the air flows upward from the second blower port 32 and the second cooling air flow 33 toward the exhaust port disposed on the rear surface of the main body, and is discharged. Therefore, the heat effect can be suppressed without the second cooling air flow 33 being affected by the waste heat of the first cooling air flow 29.

The first air outlet 28 and the second air outlet 32 are located at different heights in the height direction of the main body, so that the flow of the cooling air from the first air outlet 28 and the second air The influence of the mutual wind flow can be reduced at height positions where the flow of cooling air from the blower port 32 is different.

Furthermore, since the first inverter board 9 and the second inverter board 10 are located at different heights in the height direction of the main body, the first inverter board 9 and the second inverter board 10 are The cooling air is partitioned by the substrate and the flow of the cooling air is separated in the height direction, so that the thermal influence of the cooling air flow between the inverters can be reduced. The second air blowing unit 31 on the right side of the main body is disposed leeward of the first cooling air flow 29. Normally, the first cooling air flow 29 is behind the first heat radiating unit 26. The second blower unit 31 that hits the center receives the heat of the first cooling air flow 29 and reduces the cooling performance of the second blower unit 31, but the cooling air passage from the first blower port 28 and the second Since the cooling air passages from the blower openings 32 are at different height positions, the influence of mutual wind flow and the influence of heat are reduced.

In addition, the outer shell of the main body is 800 mm in the left and right width, 300 mm in the depth direction, and 200 mm in height, so that the cooling air passages are parallel to each other so that there is no thermal influence of the cooling air passages as in the conventional case. If it is going to be constructed from the front main body inlet to the rear main body outlet, the first inverter board 9 is arranged with the first heat radiation part 26 having a long side of 250 mm and a □ 100 mm sirocco fan in the depth direction from the main body outline. It will be too large to be placed in the main body. Conventionally, it is necessary to divide the heat dissipation part, add a fan to cool the heat dissipation part increased by dividing it, and fit it in the main body, etc., so that the number of parts increases as a response and the assembly becomes complicated was there.

However, the first cooling air flow 29 and the second cooling air flow 33 are twisted. Therefore, the second cooling air flow 33 is not affected by the waste heat of the first cooling air flow 29. Therefore, it is not necessary to configure the flow of each cooling air from the front main body inlet to the rear main body outlet so that the flow of each cooling air is parallel so that there is no thermal influence as in the prior art. The long side of the inverter board 9 and the length of the first heat radiation portion 26 are arranged in the same direction, and the longitudinal direction of the first inverter board 9 can be laid out in the left-right direction of the main body so as to be accommodated in the main body.

Further, the first inverter board 9 is disposed above the second inverter board 10 in the height direction of the main body, and the second inverter board 10 is at least of the second inverter board 10. Since a part is located below the first inverter board 9, the first inverter board 9 and the second inverter board 10 can be vertically overlapped with each other, and a limited main body space can be obtained. Utilizing it effectively, the board can be laid out compactly in the main body.

In order to connect the commercial power supply and the device, the power supply connection portion 13 of the power cord of the power supply cord is connected to the power supply noise filter portion 14 of the power supply substrate 12, and the power supply noise filter portion 14 of the power supply substrate 12 and the rectifying and smoothing portion of the circuit board Are connected, the rectifying and smoothing unit and the inverter circuit are connected in the circuit board, and the heating coil is connected to the inverter circuit. The power supply noise filter unit 14 of the power supply board 12 and the switching power supply 37 on the circuit board are connected, the switching power supply 37 and the control part 36 are connected in the circuit board, and the control part 36 and the operation display part 8 are connected. .

The noise filter unit prevents generated switching noise from leaking to the power line of the commercial power supply.

The rectifying / smoothing unit converts alternating current of the commercial power source into direct current. The inverter circuit switches the switching element 23 at several tens of kHz and generates a high frequency current in the heating coil. By generating a high-frequency current in the heating coil, an induction current is generated at the bottom of the load such as a cooking pot, and the load is heated.

The switching power supply 37 is a converter circuit that switches the switching element at about several hundred kHz, and generates a DC voltage supplied from the commercial power supply voltage to the control unit 36. The control unit 36 controls the heating of the induction heating cooker based on information from the operation display unit 8 and information from the inverter circuit. The user operates the operation display unit 8 to adjust the heating power during cooking.

The power supply noise filter unit 14 of the power supply board 12 is for preventing the generated switching noise from leaking to the power supply line of the commercial power supply. The power supply noise filter part 14 of the power supply board 12 is leaked by other components. Noise blocking performance is degraded by the influence of magnetic flux.

Therefore, in this configuration, the metal support member 11 is formed so as to surround the upper and left sides of the power supply noise filter portion 14 of the power supply substrate 12, the power supply connection portion 13 of the power supply cord, and the power supply cord ground connection portion 16. The member 11 is set so as to be in contact with the outer bottom and the side surface, and the support member 11 screw tightening portion provided on a part of the support member 11 is configured to screw with the main body outer bottom surface. Since it is connected to the earth, leakage magnetic flux generated in the heating coil and electromagnetic noise emitted from the switching power supply 37 are shielded by the outer shell of the main body and the support member 11 and absorbed by the earth as a ground potential portion. Further, the power supply noise filter unit 14 of the power supply board 12 is located at the lower part of the main body, and can be separated from the switching power supply 37 and the heating coil, and the leakage magnetic flux generated by other components to the power supply noise filter part 14 of the power supply board 12. Can be reduced. Further, by providing a power cord main body insertion port on the left rear side of the power supply noise filter section 14 of the power supply board 12, the distance from the switching power supply 37 and the heating coil can be increased. The influence on the power cord that is the power line can be reduced. Further, the power connection portion 13 of the power cord of the power cord inserted from the outer rear side opening hole of the power supply noise filter portion 14 of the power supply substrate 12 is connected to the terminal block on the left rear side of the power supply noise filter portion 14 of the power supply substrate 12 by a terminal screw Because it is connected, the length of the power cord lead from when the power cord is inserted into the main body until it is connected to the board can be shortened, and the length of the lead affected by the leakage magnetic flux generated by other components Since it is short, it is possible to reduce the influence of the noise filter on the power cord that is a commercial power line. Since the power cord ground connection portion 16 is tightened and connected to the bottom left outer bottom surface of the power supply noise filter portion 14 of the power supply substrate 12, the length of the lead can also be shortened, and the influence from the leakage magnetic flux generated by other components. Since the length of the lead is short, the influence on the ground wire can be reduced, and the influence on the power cord as a commercial power line can be reduced from the noise filter of the power cord integrated with three wires. it can. In addition, since the metal support member 11 covers the upper portion of the power supply noise filter portion 14 of the power supply substrate 12, the leakage magnetic flux generated by the heating coil is shielded by the metal support member 11. In addition, since a part of the support member 11 of the board is fastened to the metal main body by screws, the support member 11 is surely connected to the ground by screwing, and the leakage magnetic flux generated by other components is ground potential. Absorbed by the earth as part.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the first heat dissipating part 26 is positioned above the second heat dissipating part 30 in the height direction of the main body, and the second air blowing port 32 is formed of the main body. Is located below the first air outlet 28 in the height direction. The first cooling air flow 29 is positioned above the second cooling air flow 33, and the first cooling air flow 29 flows from the left to the right toward the main body. 26, the second cooling air flow 33 is a wind flow flowing along the second heat radiating portion 30 from the front to the rear of the main body, and the first cooling air In the flow 29, the second cooling air flow 33 is twisted. Therefore, the second cooling air flow 33 is not affected by the waste heat of the first cooling air flow 29, so that the heat influence can be suppressed and the cooling performance can be improved. The first air outlet 28 and the second air outlet 32 are located at different heights in the height direction of the main body, so that the flow of the cooling air from the first air outlet 28 and the second air The influence of the mutual wind flow can be reduced at different height positions where the flow of cooling air from the blower port 32 is different, and the cooling performance can be improved.

In particular, the second air blowing unit 31 on the right side of the main body has the first cooling air flow 29 in the first heat radiating unit 2.
6, the second air blowing unit 31 where the first cooling air flow 29 strikes after the first heat radiating unit 26 is normally disposed in the first cooling air flow 29. However, the cooling performance of the second blower 31 is reduced, but the flow of cooling air from the first blower port 28 and the flow of cooling air from the second blower port 32 are at different height positions. In this way, the influence of mutual wind flow and thermal influence are reduced, and the cooling performance can be improved.

Furthermore, since the first inverter board 9 and the second inverter board 10 are located at different heights in the height direction of the main body, the first inverter board 9 and the second inverter board 10 are The cooling air is partitioned by the substrate and the flow of the cooling air is separated in the height direction, so that the thermal influence of the cooling air flow between the inverters can be reduced and the cooling performance can be improved.

The first cooling air flow 29 is twisted with the second cooling air flow 33. Therefore, the second cooling air flow 33 is not affected by the waste heat of the first cooling air flow 29. Accordingly, since it is not necessary to configure the cooling air passages from the front main body inlet to the rear main body outlet so that the cooling air passages are parallel to each other so that there is no thermal influence of the cooling air passages as in the prior art, the first inverter The long side of the substrate 9 and the longitudinal direction of the first heat radiation part 26 are arranged in the same direction, and the longitudinal direction of the first inverter substrate 9 can be laid out in the left-right direction of the main body so that it can be accommodated in the main body. Constraints can be reduced.

Effective use makes it possible to lay out the board in a compact manner within the main body and save space.

A metal support member 11 is formed so as to surround the upper and left sides of the power supply noise filter portion 14 of the power supply board 12, the power supply connection portion 13 of the power supply cord, and the power supply cord ground connection portion 16, and the support member 11 is the bottom of the outer shell. The support member 11 screw tightening portion provided in a part of the support member 11 is configured to be screwed to the bottom surface of the main body and connected to the ground as a ground potential portion. Therefore, the leakage magnetic flux generated in the heating coil and the electromagnetic noise generated from the switching power supply 37 are shielded by the outer shell of the main body and the support member 11 and absorbed by the ground as a ground potential portion, so that the noise shielding performance can be improved. it can. Further, the power connection portion 13 of the power cord of the power cord inserted from the outer rear side opening hole of the power supply noise filter portion 14 of the power supply substrate 12 is connected to the terminal block on the left rear side of the power supply noise filter portion 14 of the power supply substrate 12 by a terminal screw. Because it is connected, the length of the power cord lead from when the power cord is inserted into the main body until it is connected to the board can be shortened, and the length of the lead affected by the leakage magnetic flux generated by other components Since it is short, it is possible to reduce the influence of the noise filter on the power cord that is a commercial power line. Since the power cord ground connection portion 16 is tightened and connected to the bottom left outer bottom surface of the power supply noise filter portion 14 of the power supply substrate 12, the length of the lead can also be shortened, and the influence from the leakage magnetic flux generated by other components. Since the length of the lead is short, the influence on the ground wire can be reduced, and the influence on the power cord as a commercial power line can be reduced from the noise filter of the power cord integrated with three wires. it can. In addition, since the metal support member 11 covers the upper portion of the power supply noise filter portion 14 of the power supply substrate 12, the leakage magnetic flux generated by the heating coil is shielded by the metal support member 11, and noise shielding to the noise filter is performed. The performance can be improved. In addition, since a part of the support member 11 of the board is fastened to the metal main body by screws, the support member 11 is surely connected to the ground by screwing, and the leakage magnetic flux generated by other components is ground potential. Since it is absorbed by the earth as a part, noise shielding performance can be improved.

As described above, the induction heating cooker according to the present invention can ensure the cooling performance by changing the layout of the heat dissipation portion provided on the inverter board and the board so that the limited space can be effectively utilized, Since the power supply noise filter can be shielded, it is effective not only for the induction heating cooker incorporated in the kitchen but also for an induction heating cooker of the type installed on the table if it has a plurality of induction heating units.
