Abstract
Description
複数本の素線を束ねてなり、可撓性を有する柔軟導体と、
形状保持性を有する剛性導体と、
前記剛性導体の端部に形成され、前記柔軟導体を包囲し且つ前記柔軟導体に固着された固着部と、
前記固着部の内周から突出した形態であり、前記素線が摺接可能な摺接部とを備えているところに特徴を有する。
本発明の導電部材は、前記剛性導体が全長に亘って筒状をなし、前記剛性導体の内周から全長に亘って前記摺接部が形成されていてもよい。この構成によれば、摺接部を含む剛性導体の全体を、押出成形のみにより一体部品として製造することができる。
以下、本発明を具体化した実施例1を図1〜図3を参照して説明する。本実施例1の導電部材Aは、電気自動車やハイブリッド自動車等の車両においてバッテリー、モータ、インバータ装置等の機器(図示省略)間を配索する手段として用いられる。導電部材Aは、剛性導体10と、可撓性を有する被覆導体20とを備えて構成されている。
次に、本発明を具体化した実施例2を図4を参照して説明する。本実施例2の導電部材Bは、剛性導体30を構成する筒状端末部材31(固着部32)の摺接部34の形状を上記実施例1とは異なる構成としたものである。その他の構成については上記実施例1と同じであるため、同じ構成については、同一符号を付し、構造、作用及び効果の説明は省略する。
次に、本発明を具体化した実施例3を図5を参照して説明する。本実施例3の導電部材Cは、剛性導体40を構成する筒状端末部材41(固着部42)の摺接部44の形状を上記実施例1とは異なる構成としたものである。その他の構成については上記実施例1と同じであるため、同じ構成については、同一符号を付し、構造、作用及び効果の説明は省略する。
次に、本発明を具体化した実施例4を図6を参照して説明する。本実施例4の導電部材Dは、剛性導体50を構成する筒状端末部材51(固着部52)の摺接部54の形状を上記実施例1とは異なる構成としたものである。その他の構成については上記実施例1と同じであるため、同じ構成については、同一符号を付し、構造、作用及び効果の説明は省略する。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施例に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施例も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
(1)上記実施例1〜4では、剛性導体が筒状本体と筒状端末部材とによって構成されているが、剛性導体を全長に亘って筒状とし、剛性導体の内周から全長に亘って摺接部を突出形成してもよい。この構成によれば、摺接部を含む剛性導体の全体を、押出成形のみにより一体部品として製造することができる。
(2)上記実施例1〜4では、摺接部を固着部(筒状端末部材)の内周に一体に形成したが、摺接部は、固着部とは別体の部品として成形したものを、固着部の内周に固着してものであってもよい。
(3)上記実施例1〜4では、剛性導体がアルミニウム製又はアルミニウム合金製であるが、剛性導体の材料は、アルミニウムやアルミニウム合金以外の材料(銅、銅合金等)であってもよい。
(4)上記実施例1〜4では、柔軟導体がアルミニウム製又はアルミニウム合金製であるが、柔軟導体の材料は、アルミニウムやアルミニウム合金以外の材料(銅、銅合金等)であってもよい。
(5)上記実施例1〜4では、剛性導体と被覆導体の柔軟導体を同一材料のものとしたが、剛性導体と柔軟導体は異なる材料のものとしてもよい。
(6)上記実施例1〜4では、周方向に隣り合う摺接部の間に、少なくとも1辺の素線が収容されるようになっているが、これに限らず、本体部の内周にローレット加工を施し、複数の摺接部が、周方向において素線の外径よりも小さいピッチで並ぶようにしてもよい。この場合も、実施例4と同様、素線の撚りを解かずに柔軟導体を固着部内に挿入することができる。
(7)上記実施例1〜4では、剛性導体(固着部)に被覆導体(柔軟導体)を接続する前の状態では、本体部と筒状本体の断面形状が円形であるが、本体部と筒状本体の断面形状は非円形であってもよい。
(8)上記実施例1〜4では、剛性導体を中空のパイプ状としたが、剛性導体のうち固着部(筒状端末部材)以外の領域は、中実の棒状であってもよい。
(9)上記実施例1〜4では、柔軟導体を固着部に挿入する工程と柔軟導体を固着部に固着する工程の両工程で、酸化皮膜が除去されるようにしたが、酸化皮膜の除去は、挿入工程と固着工程のいずれか一方の工程だけで行われるようになっていてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 複数本の素線を束ねてなり、可撓性を有する柔軟導体と、
形状保持性を有する剛性導体と、
前記剛性導体の端部に形成され、前記柔軟導体を包囲し且つ前記柔軟導体に固着された固着部と、
前記固着部の内周から突出した形態であり、前記素線が摺接可能な摺接部とを備えていることを特徴とする導電部材。 - 前記剛性導体が、前記剛性導体のうち前記固着部を除くほぼ全長の領域を構成する筒状本体と、前記剛性導体の端部に配されて前記固着部を構成する筒状端末部材とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の導電部材。
- 複数の前記摺接部の突出端部同士が繋がっていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の導電部材。
- 前記摺接部が屈曲した形状をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項記載の導電部材。
- 前記剛性導体が全長に亘って筒状をなし、
前記剛性導体の内周から全長に亘って前記摺接部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項記載の導電部材。
