Description

- カテーテルを形成する方法であって、
細長いカテーテル本体を形成することと、
遠位ハブで接合された複数の可撓性ワイヤを有する可撓性ワイヤアセンブリを、単一片の形状記憶材料から形成することと、
前記複数の可撓性ワイヤの反対側の位置にある前記遠位ハブの遠位端上に応力除去処理用縁部を形成することと、
前記可撓性ワイヤアセンブリを加熱してバスケット形状アレンジメントをヒートセットすることと、
複数の電極及びケーブル配線を前記複数の可撓性ワイヤのそれぞれに接続して、バスケット形状電極アセンブリを形成することと、
前記バスケット形状電極アセンブリを前記細長いカテーテル本体の遠位端に接続することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記単一片の形状記憶材料がニチノール合金チューブを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記応力除去処理用縁部が、前記可撓性ワイヤを前記遠位ハブに接続しているブリッジ部分を備える、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記応力除去処理用縁部が、複数の陥凹を有する連続波形を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記応力除去処理用縁部が複数の遠位突起を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
