Description
Claims (6)
- パワーデバイス制御システムにおいて、
一つ以上のパワー素子;
信号ラインを通じて上記パワー素子に対する駆動信号を提供し、第1無線モジュールを備える一つ以上の駆動モジュール;及び
信号ラインを通じて上記駆動モジュールに対する制御信号を提供し、上記第1無線モジュールと対応される第2無線モジュールを備える上位制御部;を含むが、
上記駆動モジュールの各々は、上記第1無線モジュールを通じて上記パワー素子及び上記駆動モジュールの状態情報を上記第2無線モジュールに伝送し、
上記上位制御部は、上記第2無線モジュールを通じて上記状態情報に対応される制御信号を上記第1無線モジュールに伝送するパワーデバイス制御システム。 - 上記上位制御部より上位階層で、上記第1無線モジュールに対応される無線モジュールを通じて上記状態情報の受信及び上記駆動モジュールに対する制御信号の伝送を行う、少なくとも一つの制御部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパワーデバイス制御システム。
- 上記パワー素子及びこれと連結される上記駆動モジュールが二つ以上存在する場合、上記二つ以上の駆動モジュールの各々は、上記第1無線モジュールを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のパワーデバイス制御システム。
- 上記パワー素子及びこれと連結される上記駆動モジュールが二つ以上存在する場合、上記二つ以上の駆動モジュールは単一の上記第1無線モジュールを共有することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のパワーデバイス制御システム。
- 二つ以上の駆動モジュールと連結された二つ以上の上記パワー素子が並列に連結される構造でそれぞれなされた二つ以上の上記パワーモジュールが相互直列連結される場合、
上記二つ以上のパワーモジュールの各々は、上記二つ以上の駆動モジュールが共有する単一の第1無線モジュールを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のパワーデバイス制御システム。 - 信号ラインを通じて上記駆動モジュールまたは上記上位制御部に対する制御信号を提供し、上記第1無線モジュール及び上記第2無線モジュールと対応される第3無線モジュールを備える次上位制御部;をさらに含み、
上記駆動モジュールは上記第1無線モジュールを通じて上記パワー素子及び上記駆動モジュールの状態情報を上記第3無線モジュールに伝送し、
上記次上位制御部は、上記第3無線モジュールを通じて上記状態情報に対応される制御信号を上記第1無線モジュールまたは上記第2無線モジュールに伝送することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のパワーデバイス制御システム。
