Abstract
【解決手段】液晶表示装置は、液晶表示パネルと、ドライバとを含む。液晶表示パネルは、走査線と、データ線と、画素単位とを含む。画素単位は、それぞれ走査線とデータ線の交差部分に配置され、画素単位は、複数の画素群に分割される。ドライバは、走査線およびデータ線にカップリングされ、表示データに基づいて、走査駆動信号およびデータ駆動信号をそれぞれ走査線およびデータ線に提供することにより、異なる駆動時間点で、または変動する駆動周波数で、液晶表示パネルの画素群を駆動し、それにより、走査駆動周波数が減少した時に生じるフリッカ現象を効果的に防ぎ、液晶表示装置の表示品質を大幅に改善する。

Claims (10)
- 複数の走査線と、
複数のデータ線と、
前記走査線と前記データ線の複数の交差部分にそれぞれ配置され、対応する前記走査線とデータ線にカップリングされ、複数の画素群に分割された複数の画素単位と、
を含む液晶表示パネルと、
前記走査線および前記データ線にカップリングされ、表示データに基づいて、複数の走査駆動信号および複数のデータ駆動信号をそれぞれ前記走査線および前記データ線に提供し、異なる駆動時間点で、または変動する駆動周波数で、前記画素群を駆動するドライバと、
を含む液晶表示装置。 - 前記ドライバが、同じフレーム周期の異なる時間点で、対応する前記画素群をそれぞれ駆動する請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記液晶表示装置の各単位駆動期間が、第1期間および第2期間を含み、前記ドライバが、前記第1期間において第1駆動周波数で前記画素群を駆動し、前記第2期間において第2駆動周波数で前記画素群を駆動する請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第2駆動周波数が、前記第1駆動周波数よりも高い請求項3に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記画素群の輝度が、前記第2期間において漸進的に変化する請求項3又は4に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 複数の走査線、複数のデータ線、および複数の画素単位を含み、前記複数の画素単位が、それぞれ前記走査線と前記データ線の複数の交差部分に配置されて、対応する前記走査線および前記データ線にカップリングされるとともに、複数の画素群に分割された液晶表示装置の駆動方法であって、
表示データを受信するステップと、
前記表示データに基づいて、複数の走査駆動信号および複数のデータ駆動信号をそれぞれ前記走査線および前記データ線に提供し、異なる駆動時間点で、または変動する駆動周波数で、前記画素群を駆動するステップと、
を含む駆動方法。 - 同じフレーム周期の異なる時間点で、対応する前記画素群をそれぞれ駆動するステップを含む請求項6に記載の駆動方法。
- 前記液晶表示装置の各単位駆動期間が、第1期間および第2期間を含み、前記駆動方法が、
前記第1期間において第1駆動周波数で前記画素群を駆動し、前記第2期間において第2駆動周波数で前記画素群を駆動するステップを含む請求項6に記載の駆動方法。 - 前記第2駆動周波数が、前記第1駆動周波数よりも高い請求項8に記載の駆動方法。
- 前記画素群の輝度が、前記第2期間において漸進的に変化する請求項8又は9に記載の駆動方法。
