ある実施の形態では、新たに押出された供給原料20は、柔軟であって様々な形状へと形成可能であり得る。ある実施の形態では、押出された材料が他の以前に押出された供給原料20に接着するように、新たに押出された供給原料20の表面は付着を受け入れ得て、例えば粘着性であり得る。
この実施の形態では、供給原料20は、下方ハウジング114の柱119の傍を通過して、次に小歯車157Bの傍を通過し、次にガイドチューブ134内に入る。ある実施の形態では、歯車157Bは、歯が供給原料20に対して圧力をかけるように位置決めされており、歯車157Bの回転が供給原料20に軸方向の力、すなわち長さに沿って向けられた力、を適用するように、供給原料20は、柱119およびガイドチューブ134によって歯車157Bの歯から離れる横向きの動きから抑えられている。第1方向における歯車組150の回転は、供給原料20を直線的に前方に、すなわち先端137に向かって、移動させるであろう。供給原料20のこの部分は、押出部132内における加熱によって影響されないため、反対方向における歯車組150の回転は、供給原料20を直線的に後方に、すなわち先端137から遠ざかるように、移動させるであろう。
ある実施の形態では、実施の形態100の押出通路133と同様な、押出通路を通過する液体供給原料の通路は、液体供給原料が3D描画装置200からの押し出し後すぐに硬化するように、液体供給原料を変化させ得る。

Claims (20)
- 供給原料を受けるように構成されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に少なくとも部分的に配置され、出口ノズルを有するノズルアセンブリと、
前記ハウジング内に配置されたモータと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記モータと前記供給原料との間に連結され、前記モータの回転が前記供給原料を前記出口ノズルから押し出させて3次元物体を形成するように構成された歯車列と、
を備えたことを特徴とする3次元(3D)描画装置。 - 前記出口ノズルに隣接して位置決めされ、当該出口ノズルを通る押し出しより前に前記供給原料を溶融させるように構成された加熱要素
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記出口ノズルにおいて冷却エアの流れを供給するように構成されたファン
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、内部容積と、前記出口ノズルに近接する少なくとも1つの冷却口と、を有し、当該冷却口は、前記内部容積に流体接続されており、
前記ファンは、前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記内部容積へとエアを引き入れるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの冷却口は、冷却エアの流れを前記内部容積から前記出口ノズルにおいて押し出される供給原料へと向けるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記モータを、少なくとも前記供給原料を前記出口ノズルから押し出させる第1方向に選択可能に回転させるように構成されたアクチュエータ
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記アクチュエータは、前記モータを前記第1方向とは逆の第2方向に選択可能に回転させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記アクチュエータは、少なくとも1つのボタンを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記アクチュエータは、
前記モータを前記第1方向に、前記供給原料が前記出口ノズルから第1レートで押し出されるような第1速度で回転させる第1ボタンと、
前記モータを前記第1方向に、前記供給原料が前記出口ノズルから前記第1レートより大きい第2レートで押し出されるような第2速度で回転させる第2ボタンと、
を有し、
前記第1ボタン及び前記第2ボタンの同時作動が、前記モータを前記第2方向に回転させる
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記供給原料は、ストランドの形状で供給され、
前記歯車列は、当該最終歯車の回転が前記供給原料のストランドを直線移動させるように前記供給原料のストランドと係合する歯を有する最終歯車を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D描画装置。 - 供給原料を受けるように構成され、内部容積と、当該内部容積に流体接続された少なくとも1つの冷却口と、を有するハウジングと、
前記少なくとも1つの冷却口に近接して前記ハウジング内に少なくとも部分的に配置され、出口ノズルを有するノズルアセンブリと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記内部容積へとエアを引き入れて、当該エアを前記少なくとも1つの冷却口から押し出すように構成されたファンと、
前記ハウジング内に配置されたモータと、
前記ハウジングに連結されたアクチュエータと、
を備え、
前記アクチュエータの作動は、前記供給原料を前記出口ノズルから押し出させて3次元物体を形成する
ことを特徴とする3次元(3D)描画装置。 - 前記出口ノズルに隣接して位置決めされ、当該出口ノズルを通る押し出しより前に前記供給原料を溶融させるように構成された加熱要素
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの冷却口は、冷却エアの流れを前記内部容積から前記出口ノズルにおいて押し出される供給原料へと向けるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記アクチュエータの作動が当該モータを少なくとも第1方向に回転させるように当該アクチュエータに連結されたモータと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記モータと前記供給原料との間に連結され、前記第1方向における前記モータの回転が前記供給原料を前記出口ノズルから押し出させるように構成された歯車列と、
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記アクチュエータは、前記モータを前記第1方向とは逆の第2方向に選択可能に回転させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記アクチュエータは、少なくとも1つのボタンを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記アクチュエータは、
前記モータを前記第1方向に、前記供給原料が前記出口ノズルから第1レートで押し出されるような第1速度で回転させる第1ボタンと、
前記モータを前記第1方向に、前記供給原料が前記出口ノズルから前記第1レートより大きい第2レートで押し出されるような第2速度で回転させる第2ボタンと、
を有し、
前記第1ボタン及び前記第2ボタンの同時作動が、前記モータを前記第2方向に回転させる
ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記供給原料は、ストランドの形状で供給され、
前記歯車列は、当該最終歯車の回転が前記供給原料のストランドを直線移動させるように前記供給原料のストランドと係合する歯を有する最終歯車を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、ユーザの手に保持されるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、ユーザの手に保持されるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の3D描画装置。
