Abstract
【解決手段】溶剤を蒸発器2に装填して減圧状態下で溶剤を蒸留して凝縮するもので、蒸発器2を2基以上配設して、廃溶剤の処理量に応じて蒸発器2を1基又は2基以上を使用して溶剤回収する溶剤蒸留回収装置1。蒸発器2を小容量の同一容量のものを並設し、これらの蒸発溶剤排出管14を蒸発器2に同一状に配管接続することが好ましい。蒸発溶剤排出管14に圧力センサー15を配置し加熱制御をおこなう溶剤蒸留回収装置1。

Claims (3)
- 廃溶剤を蒸発器に装填して減圧状態下で溶剤を蒸発して回収するもので、上記蒸発器を2基以上配設して、廃溶剤の処理量に応じて蒸発器を1基または2基以上を使用して溶剤回収することを特徴とする溶剤蒸留回収方法。
- 蒸発器を同一容量のものとして並設し、これらの蒸発溶剤排出管を蒸発器に同一状に配管接続したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶剤蒸留回収方法。
- 蒸発器の蒸発溶剤排出管に圧力センサーをそれぞれ配設し、蒸発器からの蒸発溶剤の排出量を同一となるように上記圧力センサーにもとづいて蒸発器を加熱制御することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の溶剤蒸留回収方法。
