Claims (15)
- 航空機用のスラストディスクであり、
平面本体と、
前記本体の一部から一元的に形成される領域とを備え、
前記領域は、前記平面本体上の前記領域を定義する複数の側を持ち、
前記領域はテクスチャ化特徴を持ち、
前記複数の側の一部はカットされ、かつ前記複数の側の少なくとも1つは前記本体へと完全に接続される、前記スラストディスク。 - 前記テクスチャ化特徴が波形である、請求項1に記載の前記スラストディスク。
- 前記テクスチャ化特徴が、対称的な凸凹模様、非対称な凸凹模様、及びひだ状模様から成る群から選択された1つである、請求項1に記載の前記スラストディスク。
- 前記領域が台形であり、前記台形の前記平行な側が湾曲しており、かつ前記平行でない側の少なくとも1つが前記本体に完全に接続している、請求項1に記載の前記スラストディスク。
- 前記領域が三角形、三日月形、長方形、凧型、正方形、円形、楕円形、正多角形、不規則な多角形、五角形、六角形、七角形、及び八角形から成る群から選択された1つである、請求項1に記載の前記スラストディスク。
- 前記スラストディスクが、前記本体の複数の異なる部分から形成された複数の領域をさらに備え、前記複数の領域がそれぞれテクスチャ化特徴を持つ、請求項1に記載の前記スラストディスク。
- 前記各複数の領域が異なる形状である、請求項6に記載の前記スラストディスク。
- 各前記複数の領域が同じ形状である、請求項6に記載の前記スラストディスク。
- 各前記複数の領域が異なるテクスチャ化特徴を持つ、請求項6に記載の前記スラストディスク。
- 各前記複数の領域が同じテクスチャ化特徴を持つ、請求項6に記載の前記スラストディスク。
- スラストディスクを製造する方法であり、方法は、
平面ディスクを提供することと、
前記平面ディスク上の領域の一部の側に沿ってカットすることと、前記領域の複数の側の少なくとも1つはカットされておらず、かつ前記平面ディスクに完全に接続され、
前記領域へとテクスチャ化特徴を加圧形成することと、を含む、前記方法。 - 前記テクスチャ化特徴を前記領域へと加圧形成することが、液圧プレスを用いて前記領域へと波形模様を加圧形成することをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の前記方法。
- 前記テクスチャ化特徴を前記領域へと加圧形成することが、対称的な凸凹模様、非対称な凸凹模様、及びひだ状模様から成る群から前記テクスチャ化特徴を選択することと、液圧プレスを用いて前記領域へと前記選択されたテクスチャ化加工された特徴を加圧形成することをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の前記方法。
- カットすることが、前記湾曲した平行な側と前記平行でない側の少なくとも1つをカットすることで台形を形成するようカットすることをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の前記方法。
- カットすることが、三角形、三日月形、長方形、凧型、正方形、円形、楕円形、正多角形、不規則な多角形、五角形、六角形、七角形、及び八角形から成る群から選択された1つを形成するようカットすることをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の前記方法。
