Abstract
Description
本開示の一つの実施形態は一種の樹脂に関する。その樹脂は0.20〜0.40間の“a”パラメーター(a parameter)と1〜6間のMWDとを有するポリエチレンである。
以下の開示は様々な実施形態の異なる特徴を実施するための、多数の異なる実施形態または実施例を提供する。本開示を簡略化するために、以下に、成分および装置の特定の実施例が説明される。これらはもちろん単に実例であって、限定する意図はもたれない。

Claims (18)
- 0.20〜0.40間の“a”パラメーターと1〜6間のMWDとを有するポリエチレンを含む樹脂。
- “a”パラメーターが0.28〜0.36間である、請求項1に記載の樹脂。
- MWDが2〜3.5間である、請求項1に記載の樹脂。
- ポリエチレンが、ASTM D792により測定される通りの0.915〜0.960g/cm3の密度を有する、請求項1に記載の樹脂。
- ポリエチレンが、ASTM D792により測定される通りの約0.918〜0.950g/cm3の密度を有する、請求項1に記載の樹脂。
- ポリエチレンが、ASTM D1238(190℃/2.16kg)により測定される通りの1〜16間のMI2を有する、請求項1に記載の樹脂。
- ポリエチレンが、ASTM D1238(190℃/2.16kg)により測定される通りの3〜6間のMI2を有する、請求項6に記載の樹脂。
- 請求項1に記載の通りに製造されるキャストフィルム。
- 請求項1に記載の通りに製造される被覆材料(coating material)。
- 0.28〜0.36間の“a”パラメーターと2〜3.5間のMWDとを有するポリエチレン樹脂を含むキャストフィルムまたは被膜。
- ポリエチレン樹脂が、ASTM D792により測定される通りの約0.918〜0.950g/cm3の密度を有する、請求項10に記載のキャストフィルムまたは被膜。
- ポリエチレン樹脂が、ASTM D1238(190℃/2.16kg)により測定される通りの3〜6間のMI2を有する、請求項10に記載のキャストフィルムまたは被膜。
- 水蒸気透過度(transmission rate)が、ASTM 1249により測定される通りの0.85〜1.20g/100in2(645cm2)/日/milである、請求項10に記載のキャストフィルムまたは被膜。
- 縦方向の1%割線係数(Secant Modulus)が、ASTM D882,Aにより測定される通りの17,000〜23,000psiである、請求項10に記載のキャストフィルムまたは被膜。
- 縦方向の降伏点引張り強さ(temsile strength yield)が、ASTM D882,Aにより測定される通りの900〜1300psiである、請求項10に記載のキャストフィルムまたは被膜。
- 横断方向(traverse direction)の降伏点引張り強さ(temsi
