Abstract
Description
− 積重ねフレーム4にエレメントボックス6を詰めるのに、複雑な加圧デバイスまたは溶接設備を必要としない。封止要素30を挿入することにより、漏れのない封止および組立てが可能になる。
− U字形状に曲げられた蓋部品24により、横断方向14における水平方向の封止が容易に達成される。
− エレメントボックス6同士の溶接連結、およびエレメントボックス6と積重ねフレーム4との間の溶接連結が省略されるので、組立中にかなりの時間が節約される。このことはまた、特に溶接設備または加圧設備を必要としないので、かなりの費用の削減をもたらす。

- 前記積重ねフレーム(4)と接触する前記エレメントボックス(6)が、特に溶接によって固定されることなしに、前記積重ねフレーム(4)に確実に保持される、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュール(2)。
- 前記側壁(50)が、金属薄板(32a、32b)からなり、前記金属薄板(32a、32b)が、前記2つの端面(16)のうちの少なくとも一方の縁部において、前記流れの方向(18)に対して斜めに配向された折返し領域を有する、請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュール(2)。
- 前記折返し領域(58)が、前記側壁(50)を貫通しかつ特に前記差込み要素(54)を形成するために前記側壁(50)の上に突出する、斜めに切られた垂直部分に隣接する、請求項11または8に記載の触媒モジュール(2)。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュール(2)のための取付けユニットであって、エレメントボックス(6)として構成され、前記エレメントボックス(6)が、少なくとも1つの触媒(10)を収容するための自由内部空間(8)を有し、かつ、少なくとも1つの差込み要素(54)および差込み開口部(56)が形成される側壁(50)も有し、したがって、前記差込み要素(54)および前記差込み開口部(56)により、相互に隣接するエレメントボックス(6)が互いに確実に保持される、取付けユニット。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の触媒モジュール(2)を作製するための方法であって、
− 取付けユニットに前記少なくとも1つの触媒(10)が与えられ、
− 第1のステップにおいて前記積重ねフレーム(4)が部分的にのみ組み立てられ、
− 部分的にのみ組み立てられた前記積重ねフレーム(4)に前記取付けユニット(6)が挿入され、
− 封止要素(30)が置かれ、
− 前記積重ねフレーム(4)が、前記積重ねフレーム(4)のサイドフレーム部品と前記取付けユニットのうちの少なくとも1つとの間での前記封止要素(30)の圧縮を伴って、機械的連結要素(26)により閉じられる、
方法。 - 前記積重ねフレーム(4)が前記封止要素(30)の圧縮を伴って閉じられる前に、前記積重ねフレーム(4)が、最初にL字形状に構成され、続いて、前記封止要素がL字形状に置かれる、請求項14に記載の方法。
