Abstract
Description
(付記1)
自動車パネル内に組み付けられ、車体に加えられた衝撃力を緩和させ、加えられた衝撃力を緩和できる2つの緩衝フレーム及び接続ラックを備え、前記接続ラックが前記車体の底面にあり、かつ前記車体のシャーシに固定され、前記2つの緩衝フレームがそれぞれ前記車体の前端と後端とにあり、かつ前記接続ラックの両端に固定されることを特徴とする車体バンパー構造。
前記緩衝フレームは並んで設置される複数の湾曲管を備え、前記湾曲管の中間部が外側に曲がり、上端が前記車体に接続し、下端が前記接続ラックに接続することを特徴とする付記1に記載の車体バンパー構造。
前記湾曲管の上端に緩衝パッドが付き、前記緩衝パッドの末端がラッパ状となり、かつ、前記車体に接続することを特徴とする付記2に記載の車体バンパー構造。
前記緩衝フレームはエアクッションを備え、前記エアクッションが前記湾曲管の屈曲部と前記車体との間にあることを特徴とする付記3に記載の車体バンパー構造。
前記接続ラックは並置される複数の縦棒と横棒を備え、各前記接続ラックが各前記縦棒の両端に接続し、各前記横棒の一端が前記縦棒に接続し、もう一端が前記シャーシに接続することを特徴とする付記1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の車体バンパー構造。
各前記縦棒は互いに独立した前縦棒及び後縦棒を備え、各前記前縦棒及び後縦棒の一端が前記緩衝フレームに接続し、もう一端が前記シャーシにあるビームに接続することを特徴とする付記5に記載の車体バンパー構造。
各前記前縦棒及び後縦棒は複数のロッドで接続することにより構成するものであり、かつ、接続部に弾性緩衝部材が設けられることを特徴とする付記5に記載の車体バンパー構造。
前記ロッドの接続部に複数のプラグ孔が設けられ、前記弾性緩衝部材が弾性ゴムブロックであり、前記弾性ゴムブロックの両端に、前記プラグ孔に挿入し固定する複数のプラグコネクタが設けられることを特徴とする付記7に記載の車体バンパー構造。
前記ロッドは直線に伸びるストレートロッド、及び湾曲した形状となった湾曲ロッドを備えることを特徴とする付記8に記載の車体バンパー構造。
前記湾曲ロッドに湾曲部の強度を強化させるための衝撃吸収ラックが設けられ、前記衝撃吸収ラックが2つの柱を介して前記湾曲ロッドに固定されることを特徴とする付記9に記載の車体バンパー構造。
車体内に設けられる複数のエアバッグを備えることを特徴とする付記10に記載の車体バンパー構造。
Claims (11)
- 自動車パネル内に組み付けられ、車体に加えられた衝撃力を緩和させ、加えられた衝撃力を緩和できる2つの緩衝フレーム及び接続ラックを備え、前記接続ラックが前記車体の底面にあり、かつ前記車体のシャーシに固定され、前記2つの緩衝フレームがそれぞれ前記車体の前端と後端とにあり、かつ前記接続ラックの両端に固定されることを特徴とする車体バンパー構造。
- 前記緩衝フレームは並んで設置される複数の湾曲管を備え、前記湾曲管の中間部が外側に曲がり、上端が前記車体に接続し、下端が前記接続ラックに接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車体バンパー構造。
- 前記湾曲管の上端に緩衝パッドが付き、前記緩衝パッドの末端がラッパ状となり、かつ、前記車体に接続することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車体バンパー構造。
- 前記緩衝フレームはエアクッションを備え、前記エアクッションが前記湾曲管の屈曲部と前記車体との間にあることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車体バンパー構造。
- 前記接続ラックは並置される複数の縦棒と横棒を備え、各前記接続ラックが各前記縦棒の両端に接続し、各前記横棒の一端が前記縦棒に接続し、もう一端が前記シャーシに接続することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の車体バンパー構造。
- 各前記縦棒は互いに独立した前縦棒及び後縦棒を備え、各前記前縦棒及び後縦棒の一端が前記緩衝フレームに接続し、もう一端が前記シャーシにあるビームに接続することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車体バンパー構造。
- 各前記前縦棒及び後縦棒は複数のロッドで接続することにより構成するものであり、かつ、接続部に弾性緩衝部材が設けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車体バンパー構造。
- 前記ロッドの接続部に複数のプラグ孔が設けられ、前記弾性緩衝部材が弾性ゴムブロックであり、前記弾性ゴムブロックの両端に、前記プラグ孔に挿入し固定する複数のプラグコネクタが設けられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車体バンパー構造。
- 前記ロッドは直線に伸びるストレートロッド、及び湾曲した形状となった湾曲ロッドを備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の車体バンパー構造。
- 前記湾曲ロッドに湾曲部の強度を強化させるための衝撃吸収ラックが設けられ、前記衝撃吸収ラックが2つの柱を介して前記湾曲ロッドに固定されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の車体バンパー構造。
- 車体内に設けられる複数のエアバッグを備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の車体バンパー構造。
