Claims (12)
- 患者の呼吸状態を測定するセンサ部;
前記センサ部が測定した測定値が所定の基準値を超えた場合に、前記患者の気管支に発生した異物を吸引するために前記患者の気管支内部に移動するチューブ部;及び
前記センサ部が測定した測定値に基づいて前記チューブ部の駆動を制御する制御部;を含むサクション装置。 - 前記センサ部は、患者の呼気ガスの質量を測定する質量流量計(MASS FLOW METER:MFM)センサを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサクション装置。
- 前記センサ部は、患者の呼気ガスの質量を一定時間チェックし、その測定結果を前記制御部に伝送することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサクション装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記MFMセンサから受信した前記患者の呼気ガスの質量値を分析し、前記患者の気管支に異物が発生したと判断した場合、駆動部を制御して前記チューブ部を前記患者の気管支内部に移動させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のサクション装置。
- 前記気管支内部に挿入されたチューブ部の吸引端部での真空圧を測定する測定部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサクション装置。
- 前記制御部は、測定部が測定した前記真空圧が所定の基準値を超えた場合に、駆動部を制御して前記チューブ部の吸引圧を増加させることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のサクション装置。
- 前記チューブ部は、前記異物を吸引するチューブ構造のカテーテル、及び前記カテーテルが巻回されている回転リールを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサクション装置。
- 前記チューブ部は、前記回転リールを回転させるステッピングモータをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のサクション装置。
- 前記チューブ部は、
前記気管支内部に挿入された状態で、空気によって膨張して前記気管支を拡張させる第1カフ、及び前記第1カフの下部で、空気によって膨張して前記気管支を拡張させる第2カフを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサクション装置。 - 前記第1カフ及び前記第2カフは、互いに交互に膨張及び収縮することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のサクション装置。
- 前記チューブ部は、前記第1カフの上部に形成される異物を吸引するチューブ、及び前記第1カフが収縮すると同時に前記第2カフが膨らまされて前記第2カフの上部に異物が形成された場合、前記異物を吸引するチューブをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のサクション装置。
- 前記異物の吸引のための動力を提供する外部駆動源からの吸引圧を減圧する減圧部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサクション装置。
