Claims (5)
- 主成分が下記一般式(1)の組成を有する誘電体組成物であって、a、b、c、dは、それぞれ、0.10≦a≦0.65、0<b≦0.45、0<c≦0.85、0<d<0.20および0.95≦a+b+c≦1.05を満たすことを特徴とする誘電体組成物。
(BiaNabSrc)(MgdTi1−d)O3…(1) - a、b、c、dは、それぞれ、0.10≦a≦0.65、0.01≦b≦0.45、0.01≦c≦0.85、0.01≦d≦0.16および0.95≦a+b+c≦1.05を満たす請求項1に記載の誘電体組成物。
- 請求項1または2に記載の誘電体組成物を備える誘電体素子。
- 請求項1または2に記載の誘電体組成物からなる誘電体層を備える電子部品。
- 請求項1または2に記載の誘電体組成物からなる誘電体層と内部電極層とを交互に積層されてなる積層部分を有する積層電子部品。
