Abstract
Description
そのため、施術時間が延びるという問題がある。
長孔132は細長型プレート130の長さ方向に長く形成される。
そして、ブロック400は、固定スクリュー300を用いて長孔132に着脱可能に設けられる。
そして、前記d1が膝蓋骨側に位置するようにブロック400は細長型プレート130に設けられることができる。
しかし、図12の(c)に示すように、切開部3にブロック400を設けることによって脛骨2の前記後方傾斜角を維持することができる。
そして、上部支持突起421と下部支持突起422の先端は設置の容易性のために尖った形態で形成され、前記先端が面取りになることが好ましい。
Claims (16)
- オープンウェッジ脛骨骨切り術によって切開された脛骨に設けられるオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具であって、
複数のナット孔が形成されたヘッド部と、複数のナット孔および長孔が備えられ、前記ヘッド部の一側から突出して形成された細長型プレートとを含む固定プレート、
前記ナット孔に結合されるスクリュー、および
固定スクリューを用いて前記長孔に着脱可能に設けられるブロック
を含むことを特徴とするオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具。 - 前記ヘッド部は所定の曲率で湾曲して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具。
- 前記ヘッド部が湾曲して形成されることにより、
前記ヘッド部の中心を基準に両側に設けられる前記スクリューは前記曲率の中心に向かって傾斜して設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具。 - 前記ヘッド部の中心と前記曲率の中心をつなぐ中心線に向かって設けられ、前記ヘッド部の中心を基準に両側に設けられる前記スクリューの先端は前記中心線から離隔して設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具。
- 前記ヘッド部に形成されたナット孔は前記細長型プレート方向に8〜12度の傾きで傾斜して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具。
- 前記ヘッド部の他側は傾斜角を有するように傾斜して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具。
- 前記傾斜角は5〜7度であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具。
- 前記ヘッド部と延設される前記細長型プレートの一領域は曲げ角度を有するように折り曲げられて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具。
- 前記曲げ角度は13〜16度であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具。
- 前記細長型プレートの幅は所定の曲率で湾曲して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具。
- 前記ブロックは、
上板、および
前記上板の一側面から互いに離隔して形成される1対の支持突起を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具。 - 前記上板の他側面は所定の曲率を有する曲面であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具。
- 前記支持突起は、
上部支持突起と下部支持突起に区分され、
前記上部支持突起と前記下部支持突起のうち少なくともいずれか1つは幅方向に傾斜して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具。 - 前記下部支持突起から前記上部支持突起に至る一側辺の長さと他側辺の長さの比率は2:3であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具。
- 前記細長型プレートは幅方向および所定の曲率で湾曲して形成され、
前記細長型プレートの前記曲率と前記上板の前記曲率は同一であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具。 - 前記ヘッド部はガイドピンが設けられるように形成された少なくとも2つのガイド孔を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のオープンウェッジ高位脛骨骨切り術のための固定器具。
