Abstract
Description
建築物へのあるいは建築物からの空気及び蒸気の出入りを防ぐために十分に封止される。好ましくは、建築物を封止するために用いられる材料は、建築物の内部から見えず、且つそれを隠すためのしっくいあるいは他の材料を必要としない。
Claims (20)
- 建築物の構造フレームと、
前記フレームにより支えられ且つ前記フレームに対して実質的に整列される少なくとも1つの窓あるいはドアと、
少なくとも1つの断熱サンドウィッチパネルにより形成された外壁であって、前記外壁内の前記パネルが前記フレームに支えられるとともに前記フレームから外方にオフセットされている、外壁と、を備え、
前記フレームは、仕上げられた前記建築物の内部の少なくとも一部に露出されており、前記建築物の内部配線の少なくとも一部は、前記フレームの上及び/または内部に沿って、前記建築物の内部を横切ることを特徴とする建築物。 - 前記外壁は、連接部あるいは空間を通しての熱の流れを実質的に低減あるいは防止するように、サンドウィッチパネル同士の間、あるいは、サンドウィッチパネルと窓、ドア、屋根、床、及びフレームなどの建築物の他の部品との間の連接部あるいは空間に、封止手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建築物。
- 前記外壁は、連接部あるいは空間を通しての空気の流れを実質的に低減あるいは防止するように、サンドウィッチパネル同士の間、あるいは、サンドウィッチパネルと窓、ドア、屋根、床、及びフレームなどの建築物の他の部品との間の連接部あるいは空間に、封止手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の建築物。
- 前記封止手段は、断熱された、防水あるいは気密のための部品であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の建築物。
- サンドウィッチパネル同士の間、あるいは、サンドウィッチパネルと窓、ドア、屋根、床、及びフレームなどの建築物の他の部品との間の連接部あるいは空間に配置されたサービスあるいは配線のための入り口点をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の建築物。
- 前記入り口点は、該入り口点を通しての空気の流れを実質的に低減あるいは防止するように、前記封止手段と前記連接部あるいは空間との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の建築物。
- 前記配線あるいはサービスは、前記入り口点からアクセス点へ、あるいはアクセス点同士の間に、前記フレームの内部を横切り、前記アクセス点は前記建築物の内部に位置することを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の建築物。
- 前記構造フレームは事前に仕上げられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の建築物。
- 少なくとも1つの断熱サンドウィッチパネルは事前に仕上げられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の建築物。
- 前記建築物を支持するための下張り床構造と、
支持支柱と、梁と、根太と、厚板あるいは切り株状の足場を含む前記下張り床構造への接続部とを含む複数のフレーム部材をさらに備える構造フレームと、
複数の断熱サンドウィッチパネルと断熱材料とをさらに備え、
実質的に前記フレームの全体が外部の環境から断熱され、断熱層の外部にあるフレームのどの部品あるいは支持接続部からも熱的に分離されるために、断熱サンドウィッチパネルあるいは断熱材料が支持連接部あるいは連接部を超えて延びるように、前記フレームは、1つ以上の支持連接部により前記下張り床構造に接続され、複数の断熱サンドウィッチパネルと断熱材料は、前記フレームの外方に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の建築物。 - 外部に露出されている部分以外の前記フレームのどの部分にも、前記フレームのその部分を通しての熱の流れを実質的に低減あるいは防止するように、追加の断熱材料が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の建築物。
- 前記構造フレームは実質的に金属から作られていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の建築物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのパネルの表面は金属であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の建築物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのパネルの表面の一部は建築物の他の部品に接触し、前記一部は、少なくとも1つの溝を有し、該少なくとも1つの溝は、前記パネルの前記一部に沿っての前記少なくとも1つの溝を横切る方向への熱の伝導を阻止するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の建築物。
- 前記一部は、2つのほぼ平行に隣接する溝を有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の建築物。
- 前記建築物の他の部品は、さらなる断熱サンドウィッチパネルであり、前記一部は、前記さらなるパネルの断熱層に接することを特徴とする請求項14または15に記載の建築物。
- 前記溝は、前記パネルの縁から前記パネルの内部が熱的に隔離されるように、実質的に前記パネルの縁に平行に延びる通路を形成することを特徴とする請求項13乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の建築物。
- 前記溝は、1mm〜12mmの幅であることを特徴とする請求項13乃至17のいずれか1項に記載の建築物。
- 前記一部、あるいは前記一部と前記建築物の他の部品との接続部は、前記一部あるいは前記接続部が補強されるように、支持材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項13乃至18のいずれか1項に記載の建築物。
- 前記建築物は、前記建築物の内部が実質的に気密で外部から断熱されたパッシブハウス建築物であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至19のいずれか1項に記載の建築物。
