Description
Claims (16)
- 複数のガス導管の対応する端部を使用時に対応する複数のポートに接続するための呼吸器コネクタであって、
第1の入口開口と、第1の出口開口と、その間に延在する第1の内部通路とを含む第1のコネクタ構造と、
第2の入口開口と、第2の出口開口と、その間に延在する第2の内部通路とを含む第2のコネクタ構造と、
前記第1のコネクタ構造と前記第2のコネクタ構造の間に延在するブリッジと、
を備え、
前記ブリッジは前記第1のコネクタ構造と前記第2のコネクタ構造の間の間隔を使用時に変化させるように作動可能である、呼吸器コネクタ。 - 前記ブリッジは弾性的に変形可能である、請求項1に記載の呼吸器コネクタ。
- 前記ブリッジは弾性変形可能な材料で形成され、作動によって撓むように構成されている、請求項2に記載の呼吸器コネクタ。
- 前記ブリッジは、前記第1のコネクタ構造と前記第2のコネクタ構造の間の間隔調整のために作動されるとヒンジ状に変形するように形状が湾曲又は屈曲している、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸器コネクタ。
- 前記ブリッジは、前記ブリッジが非作動状態にあるときは角度的にオフセットされた隣接ブリッジ部を備える、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸器コネクタ。
- 前記ブリッジは前記第1のコネクタ構造及び/又は前記第2のコネクタ構造と一体的に形成されている、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸器コネクタ。
- 前記ブリッジは前記第1の内部通路及び/又は前記第2の内部通路の前記内部通路の寸法より小さい壁厚を有する壁形状である、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸器コネクタ。
- 前記第1の入口開口と前記第2の入口開口はそれぞれ、第1の呼吸器導管と第2の呼吸器導管をそれぞれ受容するように適合されたリセスを備え、また前記第1の出口開口と前記第2の出口開口はそれぞれ、呼吸器流れ監視装置の流れ監視ポートに接続するように適合されている、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸器コネクタ。
- 前記第1の内部通路と前記第2の内部通路は実質的に平行で直線形状であり、前記ブリッジは作動すると、前記第1の内部通路と前記第2の内部通路の方向に実質的に平行な軸を中心に変形可能であるように構成されている、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸器コネクタ。
- 前記第1の入口開口と前記第2の入口開口は実質的に同一形状であるが、前記第1の出口開口と前記第2の出口開口は異なる形状である、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸器コネクタ。
- 前記第1の出口開口と前記第2の出口開口の1つは、使用時に雄型差込口構造を含むポートに接続するためにその間に環状リセスを画定するように配置された複数の同心壁を備える、請求項10に記載の呼吸器コネクタ。
- 請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸器コネクタと、
前記第1のコネクタ構造と前記第2のコネクタ構造から垂下する第1の導管と第2の導管と、を備える、呼吸器配管製品。 - 前記第1の導管と前記第2の導管はその長さの大部分に亘り一緒に接続されている、請求項12に記載の呼吸器配管製品。
- 第3の導管を含み、前記第3の導管は前記呼吸器コネクタから離間した第3のコネクタ構造を有する、請求項12又は請求項13に記載の呼吸器配管製品。
- 前記呼吸器コネクタは前記第1の導管と前記第2の導管の遠位端コネクタを備え、前記第1の導管と前記第2の導管のそれぞれの対向端部に取り付けられた近位端コネクタを更に備える、請求項12〜請求項14のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸器配管製品。
- 請求項12〜請求項15のいずれか一項に記載の前記呼吸器配管製品と、
ユーザ呼吸インタフェースの吸気ガス流経路及び/又は呼気ガス流経路に流体連通して取り付けるためのアダプタと、
を備え、
前記アダプタは、主ガス経路と、前記第1の導管と前記第2の導管に連通するための前記主ガス経路内へ開口したポートとを備えている、呼吸器導管コネクタキット。
