Claims (9)
- 液体を案内する加熱設備又は冷却設備において流量及び/又は差圧を調整するための調整器具(1)であって、液体用の少なくとも1つの入口(3)及び少なくとも1つの出口(4)並びにこれらの間に配置され、調整装置(9)、第1の流通調整装置(10)及び第2の流通調整装置(11)を内部に有する接続パイプ(5)を有するケーシング(2)で構成され、前記接続パイプ(5)又はこれに配置された複数の部分が、一方では前記第1の流通調整装置(10)に作用するアクチュエータのための接続ジオメトリ(6)を備え、他方では前記第2の流通調整装置(11)に作用する手動で操作可能な操作手段(8)のための接続ジオメトリ(7)を備えており、前記調整装置(9)が、前記第1の流通調整装置(10)及び前記第2の流通調整装置(11)を介して差圧を一定に保持する、前記調整器具において、
流通する液体の流れ方向において、前記入口(3)につづいて前記第1の流通調整装置(10)が設けられ、該第1の流通調整装置につづいて前記第2の流通調整装置(11)が設けられ、該第2の流通調整装置(11)につづいて前記調整装置(9)が設けられ、該調整装置(9)につづいて前記出口(4)が設けられていること、前記接続パイプ(5)内で長手方向に変位可能に配置されたスピンドル(12)が、前記接続パイプ(5)から突出する操作部(13)と、前記第1の流通調整装置(10)の構成部材であり、前記スピンドル(12)に固定された少なくとも1つの絞り要素(14)とを備えていること、及び前記スピンドル(12)が、前記調整装置(9)も、また前記第2の流通調整装置(11)も軸方向に貫通していることを特徴とする調整器具。 - 前記第2の流通調整装置(11)が、前記ケーシング(2)内又は前記接続パイプ(5)内に配置された、少なくとも1つの第1の流通開口部(18)を有する第1のディスク(16)と、該第1のディスクに接触し、該第1のディスクに対して回転可能な、第2の流通開口部(17)を有する第2のディスク(15)とで形成されており、前記流通開口部(17,18)が重なるように調整可能な流れ開口部を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整器具。
- 前記第2のディスク(15)が、前記ケーシング(2)内又は前記接続パイプ(5)内で回転可能に保持された回転連行部材(26)と相対回転不能に結合されており、該回転連行部材が、外側に位置して前記ケーシングに配置された取っ手と共に、前記第2の流通調整装置(11)を調節するための手動で操作可能な前記操作手段(8)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の調整器具。
- 前記スピンドル(12)が前記ケーシング(2)内で回転可能かつ長手方向に変位可能に枢支されており、前記スピンドル(12)が、前記調整装置(9)をシールして貫通し、該調整装置において長手方向に変位可能に案内され、前記第2の流通調整装置(11)を移動遊びをもって貫通し、前記操作手段(8)内で長手方向に変位可能に案内され、及び/又はシールされて保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の調整器具。
- 前記調整装置(9)が、前記スピンドル(12)上で軸方向に可動に配置された絞り本体(20)と、該絞り本体のための、ケーシング側に保持されたシート(21)とで構成されており、前記絞り本体(20)が、前記シート(21)へ向けて、また該シートから離れるように制限されて可動であり、これにより、流れ通路が、前記調整装置(9)によって、その断面について変更可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の調整器具。
- 前記絞り本体(20)がダイヤフラム(22)に結合されており、該ダイヤフラムの外側に周設されたダイヤフラムパッキン(25)が前記ケーシング(2)又は前記接続パイプ(5)の内壁に液密に接触しているか、又は密に保持されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の調整器具。
- 前記調整装置(9)の前記絞り本体(20)が、ジャケット又は前記スピンドル(12)にシールされて接触するシール(24)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の調整器具。
- 前記調整装置(9)の前記シート(21)と、前記回転可能な第2のディスク(15)と協働する前記第1のディスク(16)とが一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の調整器具。
- 前記調整器具(1)を流れる液体の、前記入口(3)と前記第1の流通調整装置(10)における圧力が、前記ケーシング(2)内及び/又は前記接続パイプ(5)内に形成された第1の圧力通路(19)を介して前記調整装置(9)又は該調整装置(9)のダイヤフラム(22)の一方側へ導かれており、前記第2の流通調整装置(11)と前記調整装置(9)の間における圧力が、前記調整装置(9)又は該調整装置(9)の前記ダイヤフラム(22)の他方側へ第2の圧力通路(23)を通して導かれており、該第2の圧力通路(23)が、前記第2の流通調整装置(11)と前記ダイヤフラム(22)の間に配置された、前記調整装置(9)の絞り本体(20)内に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の調整器具。
