Claims (21)
- 前面外観を形成し、タッチ部が形成された金属素材の前面パネルと、
前記前面パネルの背面の前記タッチ部に対応する位置に装着され、前面パネルのタッチを感知するタッチセンサが装着されたセンサPCBと、
前記センサPCBの背面に接触して前記タッチ部方向に加圧支持し、タッチ動作がない状態においても前記タッチセンサで基本電圧を生成させる弾性部材と、
タッチ動作発生時、前記基本電圧から増加した電圧を感知し、設定値以上である場合、タッチ動作として認識するセンサ制御部と、
を含むことを特徴とするメタルタッチ感知装置。 - 前記タッチセンサは、前記弾性部材の圧縮弾性力によって感知面が前記タッチ部の背面に密着することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のメタルタッチ感知装置。
- 前記タッチセンサは、前記タッチ部の背面に直接接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のメタルタッチ感知装置。
- 前記タッチセンサは、圧電素子または抵抗セル方式の素子を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のメタルタッチ感知装置。
- 前記基本電圧は、タッチ感知可能電圧レベルより低く設定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のメタルタッチ感知装置。
- 前記前面パネルは、0.4〜1.0mmの厚さで形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のメタルタッチ感知装置。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記タッチセンサの外側の対向する位置に一対が配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のメタルタッチ感知装置。
- 前記弾性部材は、複数の前記タッチセンサごとにそれぞれ備えられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のメタルタッチ感知装置。
- 前記タッチセンサ及びタッチPCBは、別途のハウジングに収容され、
前記ハウジングは、接着剤によって前記前面パネルに付着されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のメタルタッチ感知装置。 - 前記接着剤は、前記タッチ部の外側に提供されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のメタルタッチ感知装置。
- 前記タッチ部は、前記タッチセンサと対応する前記前面パネル上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のメタルタッチ感知装置。
- 前記表示部は、エッチング、レーザー加工、印刷などによって前記前面パネルの表面が加工されて形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のメタルタッチ感知装置。
- ウィンドウとタッチ部が形成され、家電製品の外観を形成する前面パネルと、
前記前面パネルのウィンドウの背面に装着されたディスプレイと、
前記前面パネルのタッチ部の背面に装着された複数のタッチセンサと、
前記複数のタッチセンサから伝達された信号を設定値と比較するセンサ制御部と、
前記複数のタッチセンサの設定値を貯蔵する貯蔵部と、
使用者の操作によって変更された設定値を前記ディスプレイに表示し、変更された設定値を前記貯蔵部に提供するホスト制御部から構成されることを特徴とする家電機器。 - 家電製品の外観を形成する前面パネルに形成された操作部のうち、設定時間以内に複数の異なるタッチ地点をタッチして、タッチ部の背面に装着された複数のタッチセンサのタッチ感度設定モードに転換するステップと、
前記複数のタッチセンサのうち、タッチ感度を再設定しようとするタッチセンサの前方に位置したタッチ地点をタッチするステップと、
前記タッチ感度を再設定しようとするタッチセンサの設定されたタッチ感度を、前記前面パネルの後方に位置したディスプレイを制御して、前記前面パネルの表示窓を介して表示するステップと、
前記タッチ感度を再設定しようとするタッチセンサの前方に配置されたタッチ地点をタッチしてタッチ感度を変更するステップと、含むことを特徴とする家電製品のタッチ感度設定方法。 - 金属素材から形成されて冷蔵庫ドアの外観を形成し、使用者のタッチ操作のためのタッチ部が形成される前面パネルと、
前記冷蔵庫ドアの内部に満たされる発泡液によって形成される断熱材と、
前記冷蔵庫前面パネルと前記断熱材との間に配置され、タッチ操作を感知するタッチセンサアセンブリと、
タッチ動作発生時、基本電圧から増加した電圧を感知し、設定値以上である場合、タッチ動作として認識するセンサ制御部と、
を含み、
前記タッチセンサアセンブリは、
前記タッチ部と接して、タッチ操作時に前記前面パネルの変位を感知するタッチセンサと、
前記タッチセンサが実装されるセンサPCBと、
前記センサPCBに提供され、前記タッチセンサが前記タッチ部に密着するように前記タッチ部方向に加圧支持し、タッチ動作がない状態においても前記タッチセンサで前記基本電圧を生成させる弾性部材と、
を含むことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 前記タッチセンサは、前記弾性部材の圧縮弾性力によって感知面が前記タッチ部の背面に密着することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記タッチセンサは、圧電素子または抵抗セル方式の素子を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記基本電圧は、タッチ感知可能電圧レベルより低く設定されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記前面パネルは、発泡圧力によって変形しないように0.4〜1.0mmの厚さで形成されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 板状の前面パネルによって外観の少なくとも一部が形成され、前記前面パネルに情報を表示するための光が透過するウィンドウが形成されたドアと、
前記ウィンドウと対応する前記ドアの内側に装着されるディスプレイアセンブリと、
前記前面パネルの背面に密着し、使用者の前記前面パネルタッチ操作を感知する多数のセンサが備えられたタッチセンサアセンブリと、
前記タッチセンサアセンブリと連結され、前記センサの操作感知信号を処理するセンサ制御部と、
を含み、
前記センサ制御部は、前記多数のセンサから同時に操作感知信号が発生する場合、誤操作と判断して前記センサの操作感知信号を無視することを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 冷蔵庫ドアの前面パネルに形成された多数のタッチ部操作を感知するセンサが備えられ、一般モードにおいて前記センサによって冷蔵庫の動作入力が可能な冷蔵庫の制御方法において、
前記多数のタッチ部のいずれか1つを操作する第1操作の後、設定時間以内に再び前記多数のタッチ部のいずれか1つを操作する第2操作によって、冷蔵庫の動作状態確認及び設定変更のための特殊モードへの進入が可能な冷蔵庫の制御方法。
