Abstract
Description
− 有機化合物を完全に無機化するまで分解することによって、換言するとそれらが酸化または光酸化によって、CO2およびH2Oに変わるまで、汚染物質を分解するもの、
− 汚染物質を分解せずに保持する多孔質吸着材で捕捉するもの。これらの材料は、ゼオライトまたは活性炭のタイプのものであり、環境空気処理において揮発性有機化合物および臭気を捕捉するのによく使用されるもの、である。
ここで、
− R1は、水素、アルキル基またはアリール基であり、
− R2は、水素であり、
− R3は、水素、アルキル基またはアリール基であり、
− R4は、水素、アルキル基またはアリール基であり、
− R5は、水素である。
ここで、
− R1は、水素、アルキル基またはアリール基であり、
− R2は、水素であり、
− R3は、水素、アルキル基またはアリール基であり、
− R4は、水素、アルキル基であり、
− R5は、水素または対応する塩であり、
アミンは、その対応するアンモニウム塩で置換可能であり、
さらに、イミンは、アクリジンイエロー、メチルイエローまたはジメチルイエローの中から選択されるシッフ塩基である。
ここで、
− R6は、C1〜C20のアルキル基、好ましくはC1〜C10のアルキル基、より好ましくはメチル基、エチル基、イソプロピル基、ブチル基、イソブチル基、t−ブチル基およびペンチル基、C3〜C16のアリール基、特にフェニル基およびアリールスルホニル基であり、
− R7は、C3〜C16のアリール基、特に、フェニル基およびアリールスルホニル基である。
M(X)m(OR8)n(R9)p
をもつ、少なくとも1つの金属酸化物から生成され、
ここで、
− Mは、ケイ素、アルミニウム、チタン、ジルコニウム、ニオブ、バナジウム、イットリウムおよびセリウムから選ばれる金属であり、
− R8およびR9は、他と関係なく、アルキル基またはアリール基であり、
− n、mおよびpは、それらの合計がMの価数と等しく、nは2以上であるような整数であり、
− Xは、ハロゲンである。
− 従来の吸収材または吸着材と特定の吸着材の質量比、
− 特定の吸着材の比表面積、
− 特定の吸着材の形状、
− 従来の吸収材または吸着材の物理的および化学的な特性。
第1の実施形態は、以下の特徴、
− 体積:12m3、
− 新鮮な空気の入れ替え:5m3/時、
− ホルムアルデヒド排出レベル:70.6μg/m3、
の室内を汚染除去するように定められる。
− 空気出力:140m3/時、
− 特定の吸着材の質量:20g、
材料/空気出力の比:1/7。
− 空気出力:70m3/時、
特定の吸着材の質量:10g、
材料/空気出力の比:1/7
により、先の実施形態と同じ特徴の部屋を汚染除去するように定められる。
Claims (12)
- 活性炭またはゼオライトから選択される従来の吸収材または吸着材を含む第1の濾過カートリッジ構造(104)を備える、空気清浄機のための濾過装置(110)において、多孔質であり、アルデヒド系の化学汚染物質を捕捉するように少なくとも1つのプローブ分子により機能化された特定の吸着材を有して構成される濾過媒体を保持する第2の別個の濾過カートリッジ構造(106)を備えることを特徴とする空気清浄機のための濾過装置(110)。
- 前記特定の吸着材は、アルデヒド類を捕捉することができるプローブ分子の金属酸化物の、多孔質、好ましくはナノ多孔質の構造を合成するためのゾル−ゲル法によって製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気清浄機のための濾過装置(110)。
- アルデヒド基と反応することができる反応基をもつプローブ分子は、エナミノン類、および対応するβ−ジケトン/アミン対、イミン類、アミン類、イミド類およびヒドラジン類、またはこれらの化合物から誘導される塩の中から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気清浄機のための濾過装置(110)。
- 前記濾過媒体を保持する前記構造(106)は、固い胞状構造(12)であり、胞状部(11)は、前記濾過媒体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の空気清浄機のための濾過装置(110)。
- マイクロ有孔フィルムは、前記固い胞状構造(12)の上流側(15)および下流側(14)の表面に組み付けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空気清浄機のための濾過装置(110)。
- 前記胞状部における濾過媒体の充填率は、40%を上回ることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の空気清浄機のための濾過装置(110)。
- 前記特定の吸着材は、細粒の形態であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の空気清浄機のための濾過装置(110)。
- 前記細粒の形態は、細粒の長さをL、細粒の直径をDとするとき、比率L/D>1の円柱形であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の空気清浄機のための濾過装置(110)。
- 前記濾過媒体を保持する構造(20)は、前記従来の吸収材または吸着材が上に含浸/分散される不織多孔質生地タイプ(21)のいくつかのフィルムの集合体であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の空気清浄機のための濾過装置(110)。
- 前記特定の吸着材の質量は、前記従来の吸収材または吸着材の質量の5〜95%であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の空気清浄機のための濾過装置(110)。
- 前記特定の吸着材の比表面積は、400〜1200m2/gの間であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の空気清浄機のための濾過装置(110)。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に従って定められる少なくとも1つの濾過装置を備えることを特徴とする空気清浄機。
