・ 架橋活性剤(ラインヒェミー ライナウ(RheinChemie Rheinau)社製レノフィット(Rhenofit)CF(登録商標))
・ 離型剤(カール(Kahl)有限会社製、カルヌバワックス(Carnubawax) 2442(登録商標))
・ カーボンナノチューブ(ナノシル(Nanocyl)社製ナノシル(Nanocyl) NC7000(登録商標))

Claims (14)
- ショアA硬度が60〜100である動的用途のための封止体であって、ゴムを含有するエラストマー材料と、前記エラストマー材料中にゴム100重量部に対して0.1〜20phrの量で分布するカーボンナノチューブとを含む封止体。
- 摩擦係数が1.5μ未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封止体。
- 前記エラストマー材料製の試験板の摩擦係数は、DIN ISO15113による計測で、μ=1未満であることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか1項または複数項に記載の封止体。
- DIN IEC 60093による計測で、体積抵抗率および/または表面抵抗率は、<106(Ω×cm2)/cmであることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか1項または複数項に記載の封止体。
- カーボンナノチューブの割合は、0.1〜15phrの範囲であることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか1項または複数項に記載の封止体。
- 前記エラストマー材料中でのカーボンナノチューブの散在および/または均等な分布を特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか1項または複数項に記載の封止体。
- 前記エラストマー材料は、FFKM、FKM、NR、IR、IIR、CR、ECO、EPDM、EPM、NBR、HNBR、PU、ACM、AEM、VMQ、FVMQならびにこれらのブレンドおよび/または熱可塑性材料との混合物を含有することを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか1項または複数項に記載の封止体。
- 前記エラストマー材料は、PVMQ、VMQ、FVMQおよびそのブレンドを含有し、ショア硬度が>80ショアであることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか1項または複数項に記載の封止体。
- 前記エラストマー材料は、EPDM、PVMQ、VMQ、FVMQ、CR、ECOならびにこれらのブレンドおよび/または熱可塑性材料との混合物を含有し、DIN ISO4649に従って計測した摩耗は<120mm3であることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか1項または複数項に記載の封止体。
- 以下の工程、すなわち、混合機中で、カーボンナノチューブをエラストマー材料中に取り入れ、未架橋エラストマー混合物を形成する工程と、成形工程と、封止体を形成しつつ架橋する工程とを含む上記請求項のいずれか1項または複数項に記載の封止体の製造方法。
- 運動用シールとりわけRWDRとして、および/または、動的用途のための固定シールとして形成された請求項1〜10のいずれか1項または複数項に記載の封止体。
- ショック・アブソーバ・シール、ラジアル・シャフト・シール(例えば、ラディアマティック(Radiamatic)(登録商標))、カセットシール、グルーブリング、リップシール、バルブ・シャフト・シール、ロッドシール、ピストンシール、膜、ベローズ、油圧シール、バルブ用途のためのアクチュエータ、動的用途のためのDリングおよび/またはXリングとして形成された請求項11に記載の封止体。
- 運動用シールとりわけRWDRとして、および/または、動的用途のための固定シールとしての、上記請求項のいずれか1項または複数項に記載の封止体の使用。
- ショック・アブソーバ・シール、ラジアル・シャフト・シール(例えば、ラディアマティック(Radiamatic)(登録商標))、カセットシール、グルーブリング、リップシール、バルブ・シャフト・シール、ロッドシール、ピストンシール、膜、ベローズ、油圧シール、バルブ用途のためのアクチュエータ、動的用途のためのDリングおよび/またはXリングとしての、請求項13に記載の封止体の使用。
