Abstract
Description
繊度が3デニールで繊維長が約30〜50mmであるポリエステル短繊維にバインダと光発熱物質であるATOを混合した後に噴射して光発熱物質を含有させた。
繊度が2デニールで繊維長が約40〜60mmであるポリプロピレン短繊維にバインダと光発熱物質であるジルコニウム酸化物を混合した後に噴射して光発熱物質を含有させた。
繊度が2.5デニールで繊維長が約30〜50mmで中空率が約20%であるポリエステル中空型短繊維にバインダと光発熱物質であるATOを混合した後に噴射して光発熱物質を含有させた。
光発熱評価実験は、前記実施例によって製造された本発明によるボール状の光発熱充填材を5cmに積層して評価実験を実施した。
イ。実験室の温・湿度:(24±2)℃、(40±5)%R.H
ロ。実験室で温度が同じになるように試料を安定化させた。
ハ。200Wの電球を試料と45cm離れた状態で30分間点灯して試料に光発熱を誘導し、試料の中心部に温度計を付着して温度を測定した。
前記の実験方法で前記実施例1乃至3による充填材の光発熱を評価した。実験結果を表1に示した。
1.実験方法
−直径241mmのシリンダに1オンス(28.4g)の試料を入れて3オンスの重さで3日間圧縮してから圧縮を除去した際に回復される容積を測定する。
フィルパワー測定の例示:回復される容積が300in3/ozであればフィルパワーは300である。
−各試料当たり5回の評価実験の平均値を計算する。
前記の実験方法で前記実施例1乃至3による充填材のフィルパワーを評価した。実験結果を表2に示した。
Claims (15)
- ポリアミド系短繊維、ポリエステル系短繊維、ポリプロピレン系短繊維のうち一つ又は選択される2つ以上の短繊維がボール状に固まって充填材を形成するが、
前記充填材に光発熱物質が含有されることを特徴とするボール状の光発熱充填材。 - 前記ポリアミド系短繊維、ポリエステル系短繊維、ポリプロピレン系短繊維のうち一つ又は選択される2つ以上の短繊維は0.5〜10デニールであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボール状の光発熱充填材。
- 前記ポリアミド系短繊維、ポリエステル系短繊維、ポリプロピレン系短繊維のうち一つ又は選択される2つ以上の短繊維は繊維長が0.5〜100mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボール状の光発熱充填材。
- 前記ポリアミド系短繊維、ポリエステル系短繊維、ポリプロピレン系短繊維のうち一つ又は選択される2つ以上の短繊維は中空糸であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボール状の光発熱充填材。
- 前記ポリアミド系短繊維、ポリエステル系短繊維、ポリプロピレン系短繊維のうち一つ又は選択される2つ以上の短繊維は中空率が10%以上であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のボール状の光発熱充填材。
- 前記ポリアミド系短繊維、ポリエステル系短繊維、ポリプロピレン系短繊維のうち一つ又は選択される2つ以上の短繊維はコンジュゲート糸であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボール状の光発熱充填材。
- 前記光発熱充填材に弾性糸を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボール状の光発熱充填材。
- 前記光発熱物質は炭素系化合物、ATO,ITO,第4属金属酸化物のうちいずれか一つ又2つ以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボール状の光発熱充填材。
- 前記光発熱物質は前記ポリアミド系短繊維、ポリエステル系短繊維、ポリプロピレン系短繊維のうち一つ又は選択される2つ以上の短繊維に含有されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボール状の光発熱充填材。
- 前記光発熱物質は噴射方法で充填材に含有されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボール状の光発熱充填材。
- 前記光発熱物質はディッピング(dipping)方法で充填材に含有されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボール状の光発熱充填材。
- 前記光発熱充填材は直径が0.1〜5.0cmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボール状の光発熱充填材。
- 前記光発熱充填材はフィルパワーが200以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボール状の光発熱充填材。
- 前記光発熱充填は赤外線照射の後に温度が10℃以上上昇することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボール状の光発熱充填材。
- 前記ボール状の光発熱充填材はガチョウの毛又はカモの毛と一緒に混合されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項14のうちいずれか一項に記載のボール状の光発熱充填材。
