Abstract
Description

抗菌性脂質構成成分が、多価アルコールの(C7〜C12)飽和脂肪酸エステル、多価アルコールの(C8〜C22)不飽和脂肪酸エステル、多価アルコールの(C7〜C12)飽和脂肪エーテル、多価アルコールの(C8〜C22)不飽和脂肪エーテル、それらのアルコキシル化誘導体、又はそれらの組み合わせを含み、アルコキシル化誘導体は多価アルコール1モル当たり5モル未満のアルコキシドを有し、ただし、スクロース以外の多価アルコールに関して、エステルはモノエステルを含み、エーテルはモノエーテルを含み、かつスクロースに関して、エステルはモノエステル、ジエステル又はそれらの組み合わせを含み、エーテルはモノエーテル、ジエーテル又はそれらの組み合わせを含む、組成物である。
1)1:10,000に希釈した希釈培養物10μLを接種した膜を、24時間の代わりに6時間にわたってインキュベートした。
2)抗菌性材料に曝露したバイオフィルムを18時間の代わりに48時間にわたってインキュベートした。
Claims (20)
- 懸濁媒体、
B2O3を含む生体活性ガラス、及び
有効量の抗菌性ビグアニド化合物を含む、組成物。 - 前記抗菌性ビグアニドが、ポリヘキサメチレンビグアニド、クロルヘキシジン、アレキシジン、ポリアミノプロピルビグアニド、前述の抗菌性ビグアニドのうちのいずれか1つの塩、及び前述の抗菌性ビグアニドのうちのいずれか2つ以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記抗菌性ビグアニドが、前記組成物の約0.01重量%〜約5重量%を構成する一部分として前記組成物中に存在する、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 懸濁媒体、
B2O3を含む生体活性ガラス、及び
有効量の抗菌性第四級アンモニウム化合物を含む、組成物。 - 懸濁媒体、
B2O3を含み、表面を有する生体活性ガラス、及び
銀又は銅を含む、有効量の抗菌性化合物を含み、
前記抗菌性化合物が、前記生体活性ガラスの表面のコーティングとして前記組成物中に存在する、組成物。 - 前記抗菌性化合物が、酸化銀、金属銀、酸化銅(II)、金属銅、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 懸濁媒体、
B2O3を含む生体活性ガラス、及び
有効量の抗菌性脂質構成成分を含み、
前記抗菌性脂質構成成分が、多価アルコールの(C7〜C12)飽和脂肪酸エステル、多価アルコールの(C8〜C22)不飽和脂肪酸エステル、多価アルコールの(C7〜C12)飽和脂肪エーテル、多価アルコールの(C8〜C22)不飽和脂肪エーテル、それらのアルコキシル化誘導体、又はそれらの組み合わせを含み、前記アルコキシル化誘導体は多価アルコール1モル当たり5モル未満のアルコキシドを有し、ただし、スクロース以外の多価アルコールに関して、前記エステルはモノエステルを含み、前記エーテルはモノエーテルを含み、かつスクロースに関して、前記エステルはモノエステル、ジエステル又はそれらの組み合わせを含み、前記エーテルはモノエーテル、ジエーテル又はそれらの組み合わせを含む、組成物。 - 前記抗菌性脂質構成成分が、モノラウリン酸グリセロール、モノカプリン酸グリセロール、モノカプリル酸グリセロール、モノラウリン酸プロピレングリコール、モノカプリン酸プロピレングリコール、モノカプリル酸プロピレングリコール、又はそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される化合物を含む、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 前記抗菌性脂質構成成分が、前記組成物の約0.1重量%〜約20重量%を構成する一部分として前記組成物中に存在する、請求項7又は8に記載の組成物。
- 前記懸濁媒体が、25℃以下の融点を有する第1のポリオールを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 37℃、平行板モードにて3.8/sのせん断速度で測定したときに、前記組成物が約0.1〜約100,000Pa・sの粘度を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記生体活性ガラスが、35重量パーセント未満のSiO2を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記生体活性ガラスが、約1重量パーセント〜約70重量パーセントのB2O3を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記生体活性ガラスが、生体活性繊維ガラス、生体活性ガラス粒子、又はそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記生体活性ガラスが、約5重量%〜約95重量%を構成する一部分として前記組成物中に存在する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含む、創傷被覆材。
- バイオフィルムの処置方法であって、前記バイオフィルムを請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の組成物と接触させることを含む、方法。
- 表面を処置し、表面上にバイオフィルムが形成されることを阻害する方法であって、前記表面を請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の組成物と接触させることを含む、方法。
- 創傷部位の処置方法であって、前記創傷部位を請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の組成物と接触させることを含む、方法。
