Claims (7)
- 造形テーブルの上面上に層状に重ねる粒状材料の一部の領域を固化して積層することにより、造形物を形成する三次元造形システムであって、
前記造形テーブルの上面上に長尺形状の吐出口から前記粒状材料を吐出して層状に重ねるリコータと、
前記リコータを前記吐出口の長手方向と交差して前記造形テーブルの上面に平行な平面方向に往復移動させる移動機構と、
前記造形テーブルの上面上に層状に重ねられる前記粒状材料の当該造形テーブルの上面の平面方向における一部領域を固化させる固化装置と、
前記リコータの前記吐出口の長手方向の1箇所以上で開口の一部を閉じて前記粒状材料の吐出範囲を制限する取り外し可能な栓部材と、を備える、三次元造形システム。 - 前記粒状材料の各層の固化領域を設定する固化領域設定部を備えており、
前記固化領域設定部は、前記造形物の固化領域に加えて、該造形物の固化領域の外側に、当該造形物に隣接して非固化状態で積層される前記粒状材料を貯留する壁形状物の固化領域が設定される、請求項1に記載の三次元造形システム。 - 前記移動機構を制御する移動制御部を備えており、
前記移動制御部は、前記吐出口が前記壁形状物の固化領域を予め設定されている距離だけ越える範囲内で往復するように前記リコータを移動させるように構成されている、請求項2に記載の三次元造形システム。 - 前記栓部材として、長さの異なる複数種類を選択可能に備える、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の三次元造形システム。
- 上記請求項1から上記請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の三次元造形システムを用いて前記造形物を形成する三次元造形方法であって、
前記造形テーブルの上面上に一定の厚さの層状に形成された前記粒状材料に、前記造形物とする造形物固化領域と、当該造形物固化領域の外側に隣接して非固化状態で積層される前記粒状材料を貯留する壁形状物とする壁形状物固化領域と、を前記固化装置により形成し、
前記造形物固化領域と一緒に前記壁形状物固化領域を積層することにより前記造形物と前記壁形状物とを形成する、三次元造形方法。 - 前記造形物固化領域が内側に位置する前記壁形状物固化領域の外側に前記粒状材料が吐出されることを制限する1つまたは2つ以上の前記栓部材を前記リコータの前記吐出口側にセットする、請求項5に記載の三次元造形方法。
- 前記リコータの前記吐出口が前記造形物固化領域から前記壁形状物固化領域を予め設定されている距離だけ越える範囲内で往復するように当該リコータを移動させる、請求項5または請求項6に記載の三次元造形方法。
